Such a Tired Cub

Yes, my kitten cubs, the Kougar is done worn out. Still, a roaring-shout out to erotic romance author, Samantha Crusie. Her Siren-BookStrand title, DEVIL’S PACT has sold over 10,000 copies, in combined venues. Moi has not had the opportunity to read this top seller. However, she has heard praise from several directions by those who adore this story. So, check it out and discover if it’s your cup of reading tea.

Just for the cowboy lovin’ big cats ~ a sneaky peekie X-snippet from BRANDED BY THE TEXANS...

“Is it that dangerous here?” she asked. Of course, compared to what she’d been through that seemed relative.
“There are what I call pockets of danger.”
He drifted layers of her hair through his fingers. Kylie basked in the sensual sensation, stroking her palms up his chest. How could a man feel this good?
“You’re going to have to trust me,” he continued.
“I’m not too good at trusting.”
“You’ll learn, Sparks.”
“Or you’ll beat on my butt again.”
“I’ll have to think of another way to punish you. I want your butt for pleasurable activities.”

Happy Courtship on another Earth

X-Serial Flash in Two Hundred ~ Sylva and Zeke’s story continues....

Part 165 ~

Sylva crashed toward exhaustion. As they strolled back the way they’d come, past the lovely shops, she leaned her head against her cowboy’s arm. Bundling her close as they continued walking, he asked, “Want a shoulder ride, darlin’?” She raised her face to him. “Do you mean slung over your shoulder?” Giving her a squeeze, he shook his head no. “Actually across my shoulders.” Sylva flattened her hand on his incredible chest. “That’s okay. I can make it. You wore me out. In a good way.” Halting, he tipped up her chin studying her face. Sylva indulged in his attention.

Zeke frowned over her pallor. He should have known it was all too much, given the night’s raging drama with Merlinda. He stroked her soft little cheek with his thumb. “We’ll try it slow, my wife. How’s that?” She nodded once. Zeke wrapped her close so that her weight was pressed against his side and moved them forward. He considered simply swooping her into his carrying embrace, but he was low on fuel. His reflexes would be compromised and also hampered if he needed to protect them for any reason. Placing her across his shoulders freed him up to shoot.

Sounds like there could be trouble on the way home. Sylva and Zeke are partied out. Hope the bad guys don't know that.
