Title Magic Kisses the White Unicorn

Sigh, the soft sigh created from viewing what is beautiful to your soul. I just visited Title Magic our American Title IV finalists blog site (still under construction) . Another purring-sigh, Big Kittie Lovers, it is so beautiful to see all of us coming together, working together -- or as the immortal Muskateers triumphed, blades raised high, the slicing silver kind of blade, not the erotic blade raised in passion's most brutal desire.
One for all, all for One...or vice versa. The Kougar must refresh her memory on these swashbuckling hero hunks. A delightful activity, indeed.
Ahhh, this must be the Kougaress's day for *shiver...purr...shiver* fantasy deliciousness.
Not so salivating delicious, and what keeps the writer ever-humble...rejection. Not just rejection, yards (fabric yards) of red ink rejection. Growling-moi wishes the contest editor would simply have declared her fierce hatred of the Kougar's entered manuscript. Instead of asking that eternal question, that memorable question for all ages, golden to dinosaur, I thought unicorns were only white?
For all the huntresses out there, those of us who prowl and hunt the adored ecstasy-savored fantasy lands of poster art, of cover art...for all of us, the big cat goddesses who chase down the riveting splendor of fantasy illustrations...we, who run inside the art of lands and worlds not seen, yet seen within the imagination's landscape...seen across the dimensions, seen across the galaxy...seen across the Divine's life-in-every-glorious-and-terrible form Universe...no, dearest fantasy innocent...
No, unicorns are not only white. Those most magickal beloved beasties are in every shade and hue and shimmer imaginable...indeed, in every shape and size imaginable. Gossamer and fae delicate. Or, the unicorn as the most savage of warriors, their red nostrils flaring battle readiness, their scimitar-curved horns poised to strike, to destroy every enemy...
However, perhaps my next tentative step into the world of contest entries will focus on that most known, most fantasy acceptable -- ah yes, the ubiquitous mysterious and ever-praised white unicorn. Indeed, the beloved of the fantasy ages. Unicorn of the virgin maiden. May she reign supreme. Always.

Fantasy kisses from the Kougar...
