Passionate Ink & David’s Polar Bears

A Happy Holiday from artist, David Burton ~ the Kougar’s cover artist for RED LIONESS TAMED. This Big Cat loves these polar bears and wouldn’t mind a long winter snuggle.

Late night merry meows, my Beautiful KitKats, it’s cold on the tame prairie again... not as cold as before... however, certainly comfortable enough for the polar bears... once again, there are a group of scientists, french scientists this time, who are doing their best to expose the Atlantis-type city below the ocean in the Caribbean, off the coast of Cuba. The images presented are impressive to moi... though, to those who don’t care, it probably won’t be much of anything.
Ooooh, and purring-yes, the Kougar would adore penning a story around all of this, as in below the sea... instead of, Atlantis risen, as in MURDER BY HAIR SPRAY IN GARDENIA, NEW ATLANTIS.
A thought, dearest Big Kittens, there could be some doings in January into February of 2010 where it will be wise to remain close to home, as in stock up on all those things you need for a month or two. There’s been some speculation by some medical professionals that the nasty disease ravaging some former eastern block countries has arrived in the US and could become a problem here. So, take care.

Authoress news and mews ~

Yep and loud alerting roars, it’s that time of year, Good Big Cat aspiring authors and authors or erotic romance... time for the Passionate Ink Contests to begin... for all the details, if you’re not a member of Passionate Ink, check out Serena Shay’s blog or click on ~ ~
It was Siren-BookStrand chat day on the Fallen Angel loop ~ Lindsay Townsend posed the question of what silly gift would you like... just because moi liked her own answer, here it is ~
Russel Crowe in his Gladiator armour would be quite enjoyable as a gift, however, right now, I'd like either a hard-muscled tough cowboy, who handles the chores during the day and me at night... or, that super sexy ET man who says, have I got a rejuvenation booth for you.

Now ~ FIRST! just for the big cool cats ~

Happy Courtship on another Earth

X-Serial Flash in Two Hundred ~ Sylva and Zeke’s story continues...

Part 357 ~

Sylva hugged Zeke as tight as she could. He felt the same, yet very different. Both of them did, as if they were made of lighter stuff. Once they’d gazed at each other, drowned in each other’s gazes, the love and passion spilling from them, Sylva reached for her cowboy’s hand. “Come see. It’s amazing.” Instantly, they stood before the space ark and the jewel-created creatures. His hand jerked in reaction, yet kept hold of hers. “Ancient Keeper of the Animals,” he intoned. “It’s an ancient story always told around the time of Winter Solstice. It’s always connected to Avalonia.”

Zeke tried like all get out to connect the dots of what all this meant, as easily as the interwoven knot design before him. The images were familiar to him. Not the whole phenomenal gemstone picture, but parts of it had survived as art on pottery and blankets. His Sylva was going to be surprised once she saw the collection of blankets in his bedroom. That art was on them, especially the horses and animals that were indigenous to the ranch’s area. That is, assuming, they weren’t somehow trapped. “Merlin,” she burst out. “He’s connected to Avalon on my Earth.”
