Every day we get more and more signs that there are those who are intentionally pushing America towards a civil war and the disarming of Americans and nowhere has it ever been more clear than in the sequence of events we'll witness in the videos and story excerpted below. Is this more proof we can't believe everything we're being told?

With a lone group of holdouts at the Oregon refuge pushing other Americans to join them, why would a live video that one of the men was making capture a series of events and statements that we can never 'unsee'? When you take a look at the videos below and actually HEAR these men being told they'd need to sign a 'talent release' and then READ the words coming from the lips of one of the men in this story from Cleveland.com, we can clearly see that Americans and US patriots are being set up. In a video posted Wednesday to Fry's youtube account, defendyourbase, Fry could be seen with a gun over his shoulder while a backhoe operated in the background.

On the same video, another man with a gun said, "The media has been ordered to leave. That means they're coming to kill us. They're going to murder all of us, and the medias are cowards."

The same man also urges people to join the occupation and shouts into the camera, "This is history in the making. There are no laws in this United States now. This is a free-for-all Armageddon. Any military or law enforcement or feds that stand and don't abide by their oath are the enemy. If they stop you from getting here, kill them!''


While ANP has been reporting upon the breakdown of the rule of law since we launched, especially by those who consider themselves to be 'above the law' and who largely inhabit Washington DC, we all have to be very careful who we're listening to and taking advice from. Anybody who's telling anyone else to kill others is obviously someone NOBODY should be listening to and following orders from, especially after watching the video below.

Why would those still left in Oregon be told they need to sign a 'talent release'? Why, once they realized what they were being told, would they suddenly run to cut off the live feed as we can clearly see in the videos below? The 2nd video is the actual live feed from the 'DefendYourBase' YouTube channel and ends just as we see it in the 1st video. 

We are incredibly grateful to the true American Patriots who continue to strong-willed and peacefully stand up to government tyranny. However, how can we really tell the difference between those who love America and those who may want to harm America? Of course, we cannot guarantee that the people we are witnessing below are 'crisis actors' rather than patriots but something about this video reeks to high heavens. The daughter of LaVoy Finicum, the Oregon militiaman shot dead by police during a traffic stop on Highway 395 yesterday, claims that her father was “murdered” execution-style with his hands in the air, an account backed up by an eyewitness to the incident.

Protesters involved in the weeks-long occupation of a federal wildlife refuge in Oregon, including leader Ammon Bundy, were apprehended by law enforcement as they traveled to the city of John Day to attend a community meeting set up by local residents.

“Everyone obeyed orders to surrender except two people: LaVoy Finicum and Bundy’s brother, Ryan Bundy,” a law enforcement official told CNN.

Media reports about the incident simply state that “shots were fired,” although Finicum’s daughter Thara Lynn Tenney posted a message on her Facebook page last night asserting that her father had already surrendered before he was gunned down.

“I want the world to know how my father was murdered today. His hands were in the air and he was shot in the face by the American authorities. Ammon Bundy reported there are 6 witnesses to this evil,” wrote Tenney.

Her testimony was echoed by another eyewitness, Victoria Sharp, who was in the car with Finicum when the group were pulled over by cops and federal agents.

Sharp claims that Finicum put his hands out of the car window and asked the police to allow the women to leave the car.

“They shot at him, but they missed him,” said Sharp, adding that the group then attempted to drive away in the car but were shot at again by police.

“When we crashed and stopped for a second, he got out of the car, he had his hands in the air, he’s like ‘just shoot me then’….and they did, they shot him dead,” said Sharp.

“He was just walking, with his hands in the air, I swear to God, and they shot him dead and after he was down on the ground, shot him three more times,” said Sharp, adding that the vehicle was again “bombarded with bullets” as well as tear gas rounds.

Sharp says that the group tried to “find something white” so they could display it as a sign of surrender. She challenges news reports that only six shots were fired, asserting, “they shot at least 120 shots altogether.”

Sharp also claims that none of the individuals in the car pulled out a gun at any point and that the incident was an “ambush” with “FBI snipers in the trees” surrounding the vehicle.

“They had their hands out of the window to show they were not firing, nothing, we showed no aggression at all,” said Sharp.

Sharp’s testimony is contradicted by another individualwho said he spoke to Ammon Bundy’s security guard and that LaVoy Finicum had “charged” at police officers after he exited the vehicle.

Protesters who remain at the occupied federal building have vowed to continue their stance as authorities continue to insist they want a “peaceful” resolution to the matter.

Dear Kittens All, it is with a sad, very heavy heart that the Kougar reports on the criminal and treasonous death, the cold-blooded murder of  Lavoy Finicum by the Redcoat FBI. NEVER EVER TRUST the FBI, not under any circumstances!!! Never ever trust anyone from the FBI.
The FBI, no matter how good some of the people are, and there are good people working there... however, THESE GOOD PEOPLE ARE RULED by dark-side higher ups... in short, they are ruled by evil. And these psychopathic wimps at the top of the heap WANT A CIVIL WAR... well, likely they've got it. Oh, it won't be TELEVISED. However, this is as Dave Hodges said, the shot heard round the world.
BECAUSE... as reported by those on site in Oregon, Mr. Finicum was a man who stood his ground because it was the right thing to do. He believed in freedom. He believed in the constitution as the law of the land. He was defending the area ranchers from the horrific abuses perpetrated by the BLM, by the Fish and Wildlife agency, by the corrupt Judge Gratsy, and by the corrupt, heartless sheriff -- this Big Cat reminds you files and files of evidence at the refuge center were discovered that documented this heavy-handed corruption taking place in Harney county, implicating the judge, the sheriff, and of course, many others.
Also, there are two eye witnesses [if they aren't killed, jailed, disappeared, etc.] ... who saw BLM start the fires to drive the Hammonds off their ranch, the fires the BLM blamed on lightning, and the fires the Hammonds were able to stop with a backfire.
Everyone who knew and got to know Mr. Finicum adored him as a kind man with true integrity. That was his life as a rancher, a man who helped troubled children grow to adulthood. And the FBI idiots murdered him. He had his hands up, folks. You know like in the old Westerns. He had his hands up, and these FBI goons shot him in cold blood. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS HEINOUS MURDER.

Murder at Malheur: The Shot Heard Around the World

We have seen this movie before. Federal officials abuse their authority and their heinous acts result in the deaths of people who did not deserve to die.

Two of these people are dead courtesy of the FBI.

Randy Weaver was convicted of possessing a shotgun that was one quarter of a inch too short.  For his transgression, the FBI showed up on his property and shot his 15 year old son as he ran in fear from the FBI. Weaver’s wife was gunned down without by a sniper’s bullet shot through the Weaver’s kitchen window as she was holding her infant child. Eventually, Randy Weaver’s case reached the attention of Congress, who paid him over $4 million dollars in restitution. However, that did not bring Weaver’s family back to him. And the FBI agents who murdered Weaver’s family were never held accountable.

The Waco Massacre

Innocent children were burned to death at Waco.

In 1993, Janet Reno, under the direction of Bill Clinton, ordered tanks to breach the walls of the Branch Davidians compound after a two month stand-off. Scores of innocent children were burned to death. Nobody was ever held accountable for this heinous act.

The Murder at Malheur

Lavoy Finicum, uunarmed, hands in the air, cooperating with authorities, is shot three times and killed while surrendering to authorities.

The Bundys are in custody along with five others and tragically, an unarmed Robert “Lavoy” Finicum was gunned down in an act of cold-blooded murder as he was surrendering with his hands in the air.

Two eyewitness accounts were posted on Facebook on the evening of January 26 about the murder of Finicum. At least temporarily, you may listen to these accounts by clicking here. I do not expect this recording to stay on Facebook much longer as the government censors will swoop in and remove this account. For posterity sake, if you are unable to listen to the eyewitness descriptions of this event, suffice it to say that Ammon Bundy was able to text that Lavoy Finicum was surrendering without incident when he was gunned down in an act of cold-blooded murder. Make no mistake Finicum was murdered. As was just stated, this true eyewitness account may no longer be available as the public reads these words.

Finicum, father of 11, with no criminal record, seemed to foretell his death in an interview he conducted with the Oregonian the day before his murder. He stated that the Feds were becoming increasingly hostile

Robert “LaVoy” Finicum’s last interview with The Oregonian on the day before his death “They’re doing all the things that shows that they want to take some kinetic action against us,” Robert “LaVoy” Finicum says of federal agents. These were some of Finicum’s last words to The Oregonian/OregonLive on the day before his death.

“They’re doing all the things that shows that they want to take some kinetic action against us,” he said. Lavoy was correct, he was dead the very next day. 

The Lead Up to Finicum’s Murder

When I first heard that the Bundy Patriots had seized a federal building 30 miles outside of Burns, Oregon, I knew that this was not going to end well. I interviewed former US Attorney, Kurt Haskell, and he said that these men were coming out in body bags or with 20 year federal prison sentences.

The MSM was portraying the group as hunkered down wild-eyed militants intent on shooting federal officials. I had repeatedly said that “this was not the hill to die on”. Yet, I sympathized with his cause for reasons I will elucidate later in this article. On January 10th,The Common Sense Show attempted to interview Ammon Bundy to get his side of things as I clearly saw the government narrative all over the reports on CNN and Fox. One minute prior to the interview, both satellites that carry my show were simultaneously taken down. Our listen by phone option was taken down as well as all forms of communications. At the same time, Ammon Bundy and his Patriots had their communications simultaneously taken down. The feds were determined that this interview was not going to take place. However, on January 11, Katy Whelan, the Health Reporter for The Common Sense Show, worked with Shawna Cox and covertly set up the interview for the next day on January 11.

We caught the feds totally off guard and the 40 minute interview went off without a hitch. In the interview, Ammon stated that he was in the area to prevent bloodshed. He cited several instances where he had gone on to land owned by local ranchers and removed BLM imposed barriers placed on rancher land which was depriving them of their ability to use their land to support their families. Ammon Bundy reached out to federal officials in Burns, Oregon and had a friendly relationship with them. Ammon Bundy came across as a reasoned person who was trying to thwart federal land abuse of thousands of ranchers across the West. I would like to ask CNN and Fox, who speaks for the ranchers? Why aren’t these land abuses reported on Fox and CNN?

It is at this point in the story, that I would put the archival link to the Bundy interview here. However, both of my archival records of my interview with Ammon Bundy have been disabled at the source. The federal government does not want the public to hear the sane and reasonable Ammon Bundy that I spoke with on January 11. How can anyone trust an administration that conducts it business in such an inappropriate manner?

The Real Issue Behind the Murder at Malheur

From the evidence obtained from sources like the New York Times, we believe that Uranium One is behind the mineral theft of ranchers’ lands in the West. We further believe that the company in question is a Russian controlled front company whose primary mission is to obtain uranium which is sold to the Russians and funnels back payoffs to Hillary Clinton’s Presidential campaign. This was reported by the New York Times. As a result to all of this chicanery, ranchers have had their land rights restricted in order that they can have their mineral resources stolen. Further, this has resulted in land restrictions for these ranchers that is is preventing them from making a living off of their land. The situation is so grave that as many as 19 counties in Northern California and Southern Oregon have attempted to created a 51st state called the State of Jefferson. It is their belief that if they form their own state, they will be able to better ward off the oppression of the EPA and the BLM.

Incidentally, Shawna Cox, who facilitated The Common Sense Show’s Ammon Bundy interview with Katy Whelan has been arrested  on the felony charge of conspiracy to impede officers of the United States from discharging their official duties through the use of force, intimidation, or threats, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 372. Orwell’s 1984 has clearly arrived in which telling the truth has become a revolutionary act.

Consequences

With the murder of Lavoy Finicum, I don’t expect we will see an immediate push back from the ranchers. However, Finicum’s death will harden the resolve of American ranchers throughout the West. The handling of the Malheur situation has greatly increased the likelihood that there will more deadly incidents like this. And the feds have all but guaranteed that they will be fired upon given how Finicum was executed as he was unarmed and surrendering. Stupid, stupid, stupid!

The Obama administration could turn gold into silly putty. They have managed to take a simple case of victimless tresspass on federal land and turned this into a rallying cry for ranchers all throughout the West.

Lavoy Finicum, you may have drawn the shots that will be heard around the world. Rest in peace.

Now Obama has a sixth scandal. It is the BLM/EPA scandal in which the Ammon Bundy/Burns, Oregon situation. Because of Ammon Bundy and his followers are exposing the heavy handed practices of the BLM trying to force as many ranchers and farmers off of their land, an increasing number of Americans are beginning to see that the government wants to control all food and food production. Slowly, America is realizing that in this land of plenty, Americans will soon be starved into submission. Millions will die. This fact is exacerbated by the fact that I recently interviewed farming experts, Ed Petrowski and Cliff Harris, about their unfolding prediction that at least 15% of the nation’s farmers and ranchers will be leaving the food growing industry. This coupled with a plunging Baltic Dry Index of under 370 means that the American people will soon face a food crisis of Biblical proportions. 
...When it comes to Ammon Bundy, it could be said that a rising tide lifts all boats. The Bundy standoff could become the catalyst for the coming civil disobedience of farmers and ranchers in the West. Obama cannot allow this. He will move against the American people and food seems the most likely avenue of attack.
Knowing these facts, would you not preemptively move to head off these crises with a series of false flag attacks which would provide the justification for martial law? Under martial law, Obama could thwart any legitimate challenge to the tyranny unfolding in this country.
