Where’s Robin Hood?

This is how the Kougaress first remembers Robin Hood.

Sunday into Monday maows, my Springtime fancy-foot Felines... sunset is a radiant neon cherry pink band on the horizon... another unusually cold day on the tame prairie... this Big Cat has no idea what to do about planting a few garden goodies... cold, then hot, then... well, she doesn’t have a greenhouse... she only wishes she did.

Where’s Robin Hood? ... okay, yeah-meow, so he’s had many incarnations in the movies, and on the TV screen... he’s gone Disney... there is version after version of the bold-hearted outlaw in fiction... he has fan pages on the world wide webbie... there are probably cyber games starring the arrow-true swashbuckler, and likely there are graphic novels... but, has he become a legend in his own mind?

So many good folks are in trouble these days, and need real help. Real help, that is all too often, not available. It does no good for the Kougaress to wish she could be a current-day Robin Hood. Still, if there was any way, that’s exactly what she would become during this time of all-out, corp-gov corruption.

She often wishes there were so many of us ‘Robin Hoods’ that we could defeat the soulless psychopaths who masquerade as leaders and o-ffcials. However, the Kougaress’s wishes might as well be the stars filling the night sky.

Likely, hopefully, there are ‘those’ out there in invisible-landia who are Robin Hoods, who are true heroines and heroes for the people. If there are, this Big Cat says stay invisible... run deep, run fast... and keep helping all of us who truly need it. You have the Kougaress’s prayers, and she’s sending you ‘power-up’ vibes.

"Lythe and listin, gentilmen,
That be of frebore blode;
I shall you tel of a gode yeman,
His name was Robyn Hode."
-A Gest of Robyn Hode
(An early printed Robin Hood ballad)

Authoress news and mews ~

THANK YOU! Purrs to the GOODREADS readers who have given the Kougar’s books overall good reviews. Sparkly aurora kisses coming your way!

Okay, the Kougar’s cover art dilemma is over. And, she is having the fabuloso Amanda Kelsey of ~ ~ design the cover art for KANDY APPLE AND HER HELLHOUNDS. ~tingly anticipating purrs~ Crossed claws no other life glitch occurs.

Okay, then, according to the Indiana court, the 4th amendment to the constitution is no longer valid. Yeah, a policeman can enter your house with ‘no’ probable cause, for ‘no’ reason whatsoever, and you can’t block their entry. Your home is ‘no’ longer your castle. Gee, if that isn’t bad enough, and shakes the very foundation of what this country was founded on, that means anyone can dress up as a cop, and you don’t dare stop them from entering your house. It’s not like a realistic uniform, badge, and gun, can’t be found/purchased. It’s done all the time. And by the time you know it’s a fake cop... well, it’s all over. This Big Cat has to wonder how a police person would like another police person entering their home without probable cause... oh, and, gee, what if a bad guy, dressed up like a cop, entered. Hey, so not good for the real cop. Huh.

Do these idiot judges have two brain cells to rub together, or are they just that corrupt?

The most powerful weapon is the human soul on fire. ALL POWER TO THE PEOPLE!

~ Happy Flower-blooming days of May ~

And, May you live the dreams of your heart, not in interesting times...

Savanna, Robin is alive and well, inside my head! LOL He's waiting patiently to tell me his story.

I do wish there were some modern day Robin's out there, watching over those is desperate need!

Sweet! Amanda's talent is on the Kandy apple case. I can't wait to see the results. :)

Serena, we need a stronger trend in erotic romance starring Robin Hood type heroines and heroes.

Yeah, I know some are out there, I just wish there were a whole lot more.

I am eagerly awaiting Amanda's cover art magic!
