Teeter-tottering on the brink...

Friday into Saturday yowls, my Springtime frisky KitKats... sunny and warmer today... oh, is it emerald-beautiful green on the tame prairie now... the Kougaress spied one of the eagles soaring from the back pasture high in the blue sky over the neighbor’s pasture... and the wild critters, especially the squirrels, are hopping and bopping about... what a frantic busy day of just getting stuff done, though... except for writing, mew-darn it.
~~~
Apologies for missing Cinco de Mayo... the Kougaress doesn’t live near a town or city, so she isn’t always on top of things... and she’s got a bunch o’ stuff to get done everyday. However, she would have loved celebrating! Me-ow...
~~~
Omygosh, this Big Cat HATES dealing with computer upgrade stuff that doesn’t work. It crosses her eyes. Okay, she’s solved a couple of problems... but not a biggie on the Navigation bar. Crapster!

Teeter-tottering on the brink...

Yep, our precious world is on the brink, as Volcano spoke about in his Angelic Forecast for this week.

In truth, humanity as a whole is teetering on the brink between bringing forth universal love, or descending into a state of fear that furthers chaos and war. Because of this there are angelic energies raining down like spring showers, right now. Drink them in.

Friday Five - Who's Missing From Talbot's Peak?
by Serena Shay

Good Friday Morning, ya'll!

Has your week been hectic? Did yesterday's Cinco de Mayo activities get a little out of hand? Is everyone ready for the weekend?

When I sat down to prepare my blog for this week, I was struck the the realization that I have started three separate stories/flashes for Talbot's Peak, but I had no ideas for any of them this week. LOL

I also pondered those missing from our shapeshifting town, thus became the Friday Five. Without further ado, here's five folks still hiding in the wilds of The Peak!
~~~
Note: The Kougar has to wonder if this little beauty, and similar products, will ever make it to market. She hopes so because she wants one. However, given the past track record of BIG CORP GOV, it might go the way of cold fusion... which worked, and does work... however, THEY don’t want you to be energy self sufficient. Or have anything that works too well.
USB stick-sized computer runs web, email, costs $25
By Mike Wehner – Fri May 6, 1:49 pm ET
Renowned U.K. game developer David Braben set his game programming aside for a short while to create an amazingly affordable personal computer that he hopes will prompt an overhaul of computer education programs. The mini PC, called the Raspberry Pi, is no bigger than a standard USB memory stick, and runs a version of Linux, an open-source operating system.
The diminutive device has a single USB input for a keyboard or mouse (or a USB hub to expand those options), HDMI monitor output, 128MB of memory, and an SD card slot for storage. The pint-sized PC is capable of web browsing, word processing, email, and many other standard computer features. None of this would be particularly impressive, if not for the fact that the device costs just $25.
Braben plans to introduce his creation to school systems throughout the U.K. in hopes of overhauling what he sees as a computer education program in need of a refresh. He is currently in the processes of refining the Raspberry Pi prototype in anticipation of getting it manufactured on a larger scale, and projects that the tiny device will be formally introduced within 12 months.
Oh gosh, Savanna, computer and cover issues...yuckers
Is there anything I can help with?
Oh, thanks!
Naw, the Firefox upgrade to 4.1 has some good points. It's faster, but my navigation bar is missing one thing I can't seem to recover no matter what I try. All that time and energy spent on it. Yuck!
The cover issue... well, it's complex at the moment.
Hugs, and thank you for caring. That makes me feel better.
