Ruben Procopio ~ Zorro & the Lone Ranger

The image/painting above is by Ruben Procopio ~ my Big Buckaroo Cats. The Kougar raoorrr-very happily discovered it today while doing research for her Friday blog at Happily Ever After titled ~ The Romance of the Lone Ranger.
The problem with reasearch... you can’t eat just one potato chip goodie, when discovered... yes, moi is a researchaholic. One search and she can’t put the drink of information and images down without an act of sheer will. Unless sheer exhaustion sets in.
So here they are, two of the Kougar’s all-time fave, be-still-my-beating-heart heroes from yesteryear. One dark, one light... oh which one does she choose, should she ever be in that horrific, yet heavenly dilemma...
Hmmm.... the Kougaress feels another story coming on...

X-Serial Flash in Two Hundred ~ Sylva and Zeke’s story continues...

Part 75 ~

Sylva felt her stomach unknot. “I think I like your mother already.” She glanced around the table. “Where do we put these dishes?” When she looked up, her cowboy had extended his golden tanned hand to her. “Not tonight, darlin’. I’ll take care of it while you refresh yourself and dress. We’re going out, so I can show you off.” Slipping her hand inside his, she apprehensively asked, “Out?” The confident gentleman, he lead her from the table, toward the dressing room he’d taken her in earlier. “ Celebratin’,” he drawled with enthusiasm.”Dancin’. I want to whirl you in my arms.”

Zeke wanted to crush her against him for a long deep kiss, and feel her womanly curves beneath his hands. Instead he let his gallant notions rule, leading her toward her dressing room. “I suppose you want me to wear the gown you showed me.” Her tone was cautious. He vowed to himself he would change that. Heckfire, he preferred her striking spirited claws. Either in her voice or on him. Drawing her before him, he deliberately leered at her breasts, the shape beautifully displayed by her robe. “I’m hankerin’ for a view of your creamy bosom above that gown’s bodice.”

HAPPILY EVER AFTER blog ~
Wednesday, Bekki wrote about her pet bunnies and how it’s not a good idea to get a bunny for Easter...

This is the beginning of Monday’s blog ~
An author and her pet...
By Lindsay Townsend

Pets are good for you and that's official. Owning a pet one can stroke and pet can help to reduce stress and lower blood pressure. The unswerving support and adoration of a faithful dog or house rabbit can sweeten those rejections and make the lonley life of the writer less lonely. An author can take inspiration from the haughty self-contained grace and self-belief of a cat to keep going and keep faith in her work. A writer can talk to her pets about character and read out dialogue, secure that she will be appreciated.

Sadly I have no pets. If I were to have a pet, I would like...

...a dragon.
