Late evening greetings, my supernaturally beautiful Big Cats... another gray-sky day for the most part, yet milder in temps... always easier to deal with... hope all my darling KitKats are warm and safe, and digging in for the times ahead.

BIG CAT QUESTION OF THE DAY: Geez, if Brazil can run their cars on 95% alcohol for the past TWENTY YEARS, why can’t we do that here??? Get a still, if you can. Pretend you’re making your own moonshine and outsmarting Boss Hawg. Soon as you can!!! start making your own alcohol on the QT. Also, you can get converter kits for your car, or other vehicles, if you need it. Alcohol will also run generators, you know, when THEY decide to make energy costs beyond what most of us have the ability to pay. Yeah, and it would be great for trade or barter when THEY finally decide to dump the dollar, and force us to accept some horrendous world currency, and/or a control-grid cashless society.

Yeah, it was a Superstorm Year... yesterday, moi checked her Blogger stats... a combo of curiosity and to get an idea of what resonates with folks... anyhoo, she was surprised to see her Superstorm 2010 blog, from about a year ago, had a high hit level all of a sudden... that is, ‘high’ for her little bloggie... so, she clicked and read that blog again... and, yep, that’s what basically occurred... the year of 2010 was a Superstorm year in several ways, including the weather... however, 2011 is likely to be a DOUBLE SUPERSTORM of events, weather, land changes – meaning volcanoes and earthquakes, and heretofore unknown changes... political unrest will rise dramatically from the current level of worldwide unrest... people want change... real change... not false promises and more fool-you rhetoric... as the Kougaress heard on Unknown Country internet radio from the guest, Starfire Tor... there is a civil war brewing between the states and feds over the health care bill... as there should be in this Big Cat’s opinion... the states can’t pay for it... the feds won’t pay for it... and it’s just the insurance companies and big pharma holding out their greedy hands and stealing from the people... as well, the health bill will be used as an excuse to tax the people *more* with NO INTENTION to provide any kind of good health care, whatsoever... approximately THIRTY PERCENT of the doctors have already stated they will QUIT/RETIRE if the health bill is mandated... in fact, the entire health care system in our beloved country is sinking like the Titanic... folks are dying right and left from poor hospital care, from prescriptions drugs and drug interactions... they’re dying from superbugs that come from hospitals, and dying from unconscionable surgical mistakes... the current health care system is essentially a killing field... and, no, the fed gov [legislative, judicial, executive] will do NOTHING, except take care of their own with *premium* health care, while accelerating the demise of the country’s health care system, and while calling for death panels [yeah, get rid of the greatest generation, get rid of the veterans, and get rid of the baby boomers]... the result: mass murdering the population... Stalin, Mao and Hitler would be so proud.

Sylva lounged back, letting the water carry her weight. In a slow easy dance, their feet continued to caress each other. “Probably was, darlin’. Then again, with gold being the food of the gods...” Sylva felt her eyes widen. “Food of the gods,” she interrupted. “I mean, I know they used to put gold powder in food. Like in medieval times. Somehow, I don’t think that’s what you’re talking about.” Her cowboy gave a subtle nod in agreement. “Nope. Gold was traded, might still be being traded, with super races known as gods. Have all sorts of uses for it.”

Zeke closely observed the fleeting emotions in his Sylva’s eyes. “Let’s save my questions for another time... handsome.” His woman smiled. With the heel of her hand she aimed a spray of water at him, then a playful flirtation lit up the depths of her sky-gorgeous eyes. “Goldrush days. A miner’s bar. Not a saloon?” she asked. Zeke grinned. “No saloon gals. But, plenty of whiskey and drink.” She smirked at him. “Miner’s being an extra thirsty lot. Must be all those dry throats from stirring up the dust while digging.” Zeke cracked another smiled. “You could say that, darlin’.”

Meanwhile, pilots who fly conventional planes will soon be having problems: The FAA has announced that Defense Department tests will disrupt GPS signals from time to time between January 20 and February 22, 2011 in the southeastern US. Pilots will be warned about the tests, which are expected to make GPS signals either unreliable or unavailable for up to 45 minutes at a time. There is apparently no plan to warn the general public, and there is no indication of the degree to which land-based GPS signals will be disrupted. There is essentially no information about what is tested, how it can affect GPS signals, or whether or not there are any environmental or public health issues involved. Has this got something to do with the ongoing pole shift?

In Wired.com, Noah Shachtman writes, "For years, armed forces and intelligence community researchers have toyed with ways of manipulating minds. During the Cold War, the CIA and the military allegedly plied the unwitting with dozens of psychoactive drugs, in a series of zany (and sometimes dangerous) mind-control experiments. More recently, the Pentagon's most revered scientific advisory board warned in 2008 that adversaries could develop enhancements to their 'cognitive capabilities, and thus create a threat to national security.' The Pentagon has funded projects to optimize troop's minds, prevent injuries, preemptively assess vulnerability to traumatic stress, and even conduct 'remote control of brain activity using ultrasound.'"

Is there a civilian use for the drones that the US is using to bomb enemy sites in Iraq and Afghanistan? (NOTE: Subscribers can still listen to this show). They could be used by law enforcement agencies to spy on criminals. They could also be used by private investigators to track misbehaving spouses in divorce cases. A "drone" unmanned aircraft costs only a few hundred dollars to build and can be controlled with an iPhone. In the Wall Street Journal, Siobhan Gorman quotes celebrity photo agency CEO Gary Morgan as saying, "It would strike fear in the hearts of every celebrity having a birthday party." Gorman quotes divorce lawyer Raoul Felder as saying, "If the Israelis can use them to find terrorists, certainly a husband is going to be able to track a wife who goes out at 11 o'clock at night and follow her." She quotes Israeli Special Forces operative Aaron Cohen as saying, "I'm all for it, if the paparazzi want to use drones and get off the streets and stop crashing into each other."

On January 22, 1854, in Westphalia, Germany, fifty eyewitnesses watched a phantom army, composed of an infantry firing their flintlocks with powder flashing, a cavalry dressed in white uniforms, and numerous supply wagons, march over the landscape near their village and disappear in a densely thicketed forest. In the distance, two farmhouses had been set on fire and were being devoured by flames. Smoke hid the entire outfit from sight whenever it entered the woods. Local government officials collected testimonials from observers who agreed on the details of the spectacle, which vanished as the sun set. It was thought to be a vision of a previous battle that had taken place in the area.
