Charcoal to the rescue...

Mid-June meows, my gorgeous and glamourous Big Pussycats... the sunset was a beauteous pink blush on the horizon... and tail-twitches yep, it rained again on the tame prairie... not for long, but it is ‘dang’ WET!

Dang... can you tell the Kougar is editing Branded? She’s back in the western lingo saddle, and enjoyin’ it. So far, not too many hangups. It does amaze this Big Cat author, the wide variance of what is acceptable and what is not, depending on the editor... blink, blink... don’t take this comment as a complaint, however. Moi hasn’t disagreed too much with the suggested changes. SO FAR.

Activated charcoal to the rescue... if you don’t know anything about the supplement, activated charcoal, there’s info on the web. Activated charcoal is used in hospitals, especially for certain kinds of toxic poisoning. Charcoal has been a remedy for ages and ages. IF YOU ARE NEAR THE GULF COAST CONSIDER TAKING ACTIVATED CHARCOAL... why? It can take the toxins that coming from the oil and the clean-up chemicals, like Benzene, out of your body.
There is a caution, however. If you’re using medications, take charcoal TWO HOURS apart from any medication. This is because the charcoal is likely to take it out of your system the same way it does toxins.

Sylva asked what she didn’t want to ask. ‘Are there more wounds like that?’ The Green People still ‘stitched’ up the fissure, their pods weaving rhythmically and at a fast clip. ‘No others are as serious, my gifted one. However, plans are being made by the dark-natured humans to cause me more such wounds.’ Sylva gasped, an interesting sensation in this state. ‘No,’ she reacted, ‘please, no.’ At that instant, she felt The Mother embrace her, soaring her upwards. ‘You must return now, Sylva.’ Torn, wanting to return, yet wanting the attacks to stop, she asked, ‘How do I help you?’

Zeke watched his father’s face tighten into a grim mask. “We didn’t recognize to what guldurn lengths some in the Secret Circle would go. As far as missing animals and the stealing of plants, those mysteries have been cleared up. They’re collecting every kind of DNA, as far as we can figure. They’ve been damn varmint cagey about it, making their crimes small enough not to be noticed for what they was. Also, they’ve been purchasing seeds here and there, so as not to garner any suspicion. Once we got onto ‘em, the trail turned real easy to follow, though.”
