Will the Real Pluto Please Stand up... or stand out?

From Coast to Coast am ~ Pluto's Mysterious Bright Spot
New Hubble photos of Pluto show a surface that appears red and yellow in places, with a mysterious bright spot near the equator. Scientists speculate that the bright area may be caused by carbon monoxide frost. More at Space.com.

Gray and more gray, those are the skies on the tame prairie, my bold and beautiful Big Cats... when Sol does get to shine, wowee-yowl, is he BRIGHT!
~~~
Will the Real Pluto Please Stand up... or stand out? ... a supposed bright spot on mistreated little Pluto that is being called carbon monoxide frost... maybe... more likely, a sign of civilization... since the scientists rarely get it right about space and what’s really out there, let’s take a little remote viewing trip and take a look... that is, if it’s allowed... hmmm... not looking good... the good folks of Pluto aren’t that hospitable... and given they have the greater psychic abilities... so, maybe, it’s just a giant patch of snow and there’s a big skiing party going on...
X-Serial Flash in Two Hundred ~ Sylva and Zeke’s story continues...
Part 403 ~
Sylva hugged her cowboy tightly as they moved toward the bedroom. “When and where is this meeting, exactly?” she asked, curious. Hesitating, he stroked her arm. “I’ll tell you later, darlin’ mine. It’s quite a distance from here.” Once they entered the bedroom, they turned toward each other simultaneously, their lips meeting in a impassioned kiss that had Sylva straining upwards, and standing on tiptoe. Zeke embraced her hauling her off her feet, and their kiss blazed more fiercely. His strength had Sylva languidly dancing her body against him. Her breasts crushed against his chest, became softly wanton with need.
Zeke tenderly plundered his Sylva’s mouth. His Sylva, if she couldn’t change him into a mounting stud quicker than the lightning-fast lash of a stallion’s hooves. Zeke brought her higher, his lips fusing with his wife’s in a different manner that only electrified his loins more. Passionately diving her hands into his hair, his bride kissed him with a fiery enthusiasm that went to his toes, and had him hugging her tighter. For an instant, she broke their lips apart. “Zeke.” Their mouths glued together again, and Zeke swore the sun poured through him like honey. “Sylva,” he hoarsely growled.
Ah sweet Pluto, a mysterious land far, far away from our sun. It's the planet that always tickled my imagination as a kid...
Only now it is not a planet any longer. ?? How can they do that? Oh I know, size and math and science all coming together to claim it does not have "what it takes" to be a planet, but really, it does not make any sense to the dreamer in me. :(
Whew, I guess I have some feelings about Pluto's bad deal! LOL
Serena, oh, I totally agree about Pluto, the mythos of that little planet is exciting. Though Mars captured more of my imagination as kid.
Who cares what those stuffy silly scientists say? Let the imagination rule!!!
Besides, the scientists really don't know... and those who do know aren't talking to us.
Ah, very true, my dear...those scientists don't really know...maybe one day a Plutonioun will come tell us how it really is! ;)
