Snow, my darling Saturday KitKats, some of the largest flakes the Kougaress has ever seen. Giant clumps of wet snow fell from the trees, too heavy to remain on the limbs... and the temps were too mild to keep the snow icy frozen. It’s fascinating how different snow looks on the ground depending on if it’s a dry fine snow or a heavy wet snowfall... however-mews, the tame prairie is beneath a blanket of snow.

The power of passion ~ it’s this Big Cat’s belief that if our beloved Earth was ruled by love and intimate passion, that would power us into a future paradise. Roars and purrs, the power of love and passion is underestimated in our world. Our culture often celebrates love and the ways of passion, yet also uses this power in many a vile advertising campaign that undermines our potential and stifles our souls.
To put it in crude terms, this power is like a hammer. It can be used to build a house or it can be used as a murder weapon.
There are those ‘bad people’ who use the power of love and passion to kill our spirits. Just as there are those ‘good individuals’ who use the power of love and passion to build our spirits, to uplift our hearts.
That’s one reason, the Kougar believes in the power of the romance novel to help change our precious world for the better.
Let’s rule with the power of love and passion, the way it is in our romance novels. Keep writing and keep reading, my beloved Kittens.
