Lust or Love... is it all in the face?

The Kougaress found an article online today about a rather crude experiment in how men behave depending on whether they are thinking long-term relationship as in marriage or if they’re just looking for sex, fling or a one night stand. Well, okay, it makes sense that men who want a relationship look at a woman’s face first before checking out her figure. Of course, the study’s contention is that fertility, the youth of the woman can be seen by how young her face appears. Yeah, yeah, I’m certain that genetic drive is there. Procreation of the species, and all. However, come on, do you want to sit across from a mate whose face you can’t stand? Or simply don’t find appealing. Whereas, if you’re just looking for lust in the sack, hey, someone’s face doesn’t really matter all that much. After all, it’s not a lifetime.

Of course, there are all those instances where seeing a particular physical asset first, gets the juices riled up and ready... so, if you’re anxious, and can’t wait to see MS/MR sexy’s face... does that mean you’re turned on to the thought of being with them long-term? Or, if you remain enamored with their physical asset, does that mean you want sex until the feelings of lust stop?

Noticing how tightly she gripped the extra shiny box, she eased up and continued glancing around. If they were in the right place, where was he? Where was Indyra? Nothing malevolent hit her radar. Still... she tensed. Mentally sighing, she shut her eyes and reached out with her mind in an effort at contact. Keeping her patience, she expanded her search. Everything felt empty. “No one here,” she murmured. “Holy dang stars, I remember this place,” his dad burst out.

Zeke pivoted around fast, keeping his Sylva beside him. “What?” Questions swarmed in his head quicker than a hive of disturbed honeybees. “Yes.” They all turned at the sound of Bear Feather’s welcoming voice. “Greetings, Nevada.” For the first time, Zeke witnessed his dad tongue-tied. “It’s all rushin’ back,” he finally uttered. “I was on a Quest with my scout troop, about age sixteen. It was my turn to spend a day and a night alone. Sometime during the night before morning broke, I got the urge to walk a trail.” Bear Feather moved toward Nevada, his arm open wide.
