The Claws, the Fangs... the claws...

Oh, past midnight meows, darling Felines, it’s serene on the tame prairie and it was summery today, even with the Autumnal Equinox almost upon us.

Nope and mews, there is just no understanding folks at times. Truly, the Kougar is scratching her noggin, and thinking this is ‘looney tunes’ time. Yep, she is about to have a really good yowling, howling laugh. This is after receiving a so-called response from JERR, or Just Erotic Romance Reviews, then writing a response to their response.

The Claws, the Fangs... the claws... that’s how this Big Cat author was feeling at first, not only over the silliness regarding JERR, but over another ‘clique’ situation currently taking place [the Kougaress is not and has never been a CLIQUE sort of cat girl ~ she loves people and animals, in general]... However, the absolute absurdity of the JERR situation has struck moi as really funny... and all she wants to do is LAUGH about it. Now.

Question: How can you be blacklisted from a review group/site WHEN you’ve asked them NOT to review your books, and to remove the reviews they have done? Isn’t that like submitting a resignation at a job, then afterward they fire you, then vilify you?

All this Big Cat can say right now... please, please, yes, yes, JERR, blacklist this Big Cat and her books forever and ever from your site!!! PUH-LEASE...

To give credit where credit is due. Whipping Cream Reviews was gracious and professional about removing an inaccurate review when it was requested. Thank you.

Wow... to give this a bit of analysis, it may be that there are *camps* forming, to a greater degree than ever before, over what is an acceptable read and what is not. We like this type of erotic romance, but we *don’t* like this kind of erotic romance. Or, we like this style of writing, but we don’t tolerate anything out of the box. And, if it is out of *our* box [be as dirty minded as you want to be here], well, it must be destroyed by a review. And, as an author this Big Cat ALWAYS plays and writes out of the sandbox.

Also, the Kougar believed her suggestion that reviewers simply review those books they like, and leave the rest alone, was a good one. Apparently, some of moi’s books were left alone. THANK THE DIVINE!!! However, since there is a shortage of reviewers why torment an author with a bad review? It is, after all, only your opinion. And, why not spend your time reading enjoyably?

You can always tell when I’m stuck for a topic because things like this come out of my keyboard. It was this or the moon bunnies. Enjoy.

“I knew something like this would happen,” Lenora said. “This is why men should never be allowed to do magic.”

AND! Yowsa, yes, the Kougar is working on her SHAPESHIFTER SEDUCTIONS bloggie for the 21st.

From Astrology.com ~

The Sun, on its final day in Virgo on September 21, decides to go out with a real fanfare of trumpets as is opposes expansive Jupiter and then sparkling, excitable Uranus in Pisces. An opposition usually produces a tension between the two ends so the hard-working Virgo Sun will not quite know what to do with lazy, over hopeful Jupiter, which usually expects results effortlessly. But, add Uranus into the mix and the energy will add adrenaline and speed us all along.

There should be more sudden and positive surprises coming your way, sprinkled over the past couple of days since the Jupiter Uranus conjunction on September 18-19. With the morale boost this brings, you'll be eager to take a few small risks, to step out into the unknown and try to make a real difference to your life. This isn't the time to hang onto security or the status quo. If you've been holding yourself back because of uncertainty, timidity, lethargy or even hopelessness, now is the right time to take a leap forward. Be bold!

On September 23, at 3:09 AM UTC (September 22, 11:09 PM EDT, 8:09 PM PDT), the Sun moves into Libra for four weeks ushering in the Autumnal Equinox of 2010. The year is nearing the end. It is autumn in the Western Hemisphere, and spring approaches in the Southern Hemisphere. The days and nights are of almost equal length. The Libra Ingress (point of entry of Sun into Libra) was always considered to be the most important, setting a tone for the coming twelve months.

The Sun's sojourn in Libra will bring a sociable, co-operative, fair minded mood to proceedings. Relationships of all varieties are Libra's main focus. As a sign it is happiest one-to-one, always thinking of the other and trying to calm down any aggravations. But it is also well adapted to larger groupings of people where Libra tries to instill a mood of balance, equilibrium and good manners.

The new Libra Sun, however, immediately moves into an opposition to the Aries Moon setting the scene for a Full Moon on September 23. A Full Moon denotes a time of opposites with the nurturing energy of the Moon at odds with the active energy of the Sun -- a time to seek balance, but also a time a time of culmination, a time for things to reach fullness, bring plans and a project together -- a time of romance!

X-Serial Flash in Two Hundred ~ Sylva and Zeke’s story continues...

Part 631 ~

Sylva emblazoned all that occurred in her memory bank as precious, as moments that would live inside her forever – as the starry light lived within her. Bear Feather gave her a surprisingly jovial grin. “As you know, the future is both, yet to be made, and is made now.” Sylva returned his grin. “Yes. That means you won’t say, Bear-man.” Indyra smiled at her, her eyes like a night sky filled with stars. “Yes, we live in circles. We spiral to an ever greater joy, to a larger creation.” Sylva understand in her spirit, even if her mind lagged behind.

Zeke stood in the center of what he called almighty truth. “It’s time to go, ain’t it?” his dad quietly uttered. Zeke heard in his dad’s voice his profound almighty truth. He didn’t recall blinking, but Zeke found himself standing inside the Center’s control room. He felt Sylva next to him, but glanced down instantly to make certain. His bride gave him owl-eyed look. “Wow,” she murmured, “that was something else. Where are we?” His dad pivoted before them, his gaze scrutinizing them for anything that had gone wrong. “We’re in the control room, Sylva” he answered. Zeke didn’t see a soul.
