Late night blinks and purrs, my Valentine vivacious Pussycats... oh, the crescent moon is utterly gorgeous, a wedge of golden lemon in the night sky... and, yes, the Kougaress can actually see the stars in all their splendor, again, tonight. Stay safe, my darlings, and prepare for the storms of life... more is on the way.

Crunch, Crunch Cold Trek... it’s the old saying, desperate times call for desperate measures... yes, this Big Cat made another treacherous trek down to her mailbox and back, because a needed package had been delivered... Another three inches of snow had fallen during the morning hours covering the melt-compressed, icy foots of snow... and it was cold, face-stinging cold. The Kougaress should have worn two pairs of gloves... however, fortunately her circulation kicked in finally, and her fingertips warmed up, plus she didn’t fall... it was crunch, crunch through the snow beneath a clear blue sky... one good thing, a lot of her previous tracks came in handy... not as many critters were out and about... maybe because it was cold and later in the afternoon... though, one of the eagles did flap from its tree perch.

Big Cat Clawing Rant ~

One reason, only one of hundreds, this Big Cat HATES, DESPISES, LOATHES, DETESTS the FDA is because on the flimsiest of evidence, and because of pure corruption, the FDA took away the herb, Ephedra. Now, to be clear, Ephedra is *not* an herb that is good for everyone. And a warning label is appropriate. However, Aspirin and caffeine have killed many people, and still do, while it was never proven that Ephedra, by itself, killed anyone. And, for the Kougaress it was a *wonder* herb. As one herb in a formula called Bronc-ease, it kept bronchitis and allergy-induced asthma under control, and also helped to heal the lungs. This fabulous formula also kept migraine headaches away, the kind that made a guillotine look good ~ whenever the Kougaress took it just once a day. This Big Cat used Ephedra responsibly for years, at least seven years straight. There was only one incident where there was a problem because this Big Cat didn’t realize ~ don’t take before mowing the lawn in the heat of summer because a lot of sweating can cause rapid heartbeat. The Kougaress also used the herb as part of a diet formula. Slowly and effortlessly, she lost weight. No!!! because she doesn’t believe in them, she DID NOT go on ANY kind of diet. NONE. But, ephedra helps the body metabolize correctly, especially in utilizing fat for energy production. AND! The herb, ephedra, also helped ease the dreaded pms symptoms. Yeah, instead of taking prescribed drugs with a whole bunch of side affects, drugs which this Big Cat is allergic too, anyway... she had something totally natural that worked in the most wonderful ways. And, yes, it is important to feed the adrenal gland with nutrients, with licorice root and DHEA, while taking ephedra because it can over-tax them. And, life in these times burns the adrenals out, anyway.

So, why this rant now? Because a friend has a bad headache... and Bronc-ease might have worked in a safe and natural way. And, *because* the FDA is depriving millions and millions of folks of real remedies, and real cures, all while mass murdering people with the *approved* drugs... what? Over a hundred thousand a year die from their drugs....

2/7 - Disturbing the Peace. Police were called in to break up a sit-in protest at City Hall. A group calling themselves The Eastern Rockies Wiccan Alliance staged a protest at Talbot’s Peak City Hall Monday to protest a proposed bill to make it punishable by law to make predictions that don’t come true. Sheriff Joe Hackett expressed confusion at the protest, noting that there isn’t and “Eastern” part to the Rocky Mountains and the proposed law was for Romania, not Montana. While the protest did remain peaceful, the sheriff felt it was appropriate to break up the rally as the protesters were clearly out of their minds.
