BEWARE of the Fake Hummingbird

Nighttime sad yowls... oh, the state of our world, my beloved and brave Felines... on the tame prairie, colder, but some sunshine... and the Kougaress saw her flock of small birdikins feeding today... she heard some song-chirping, too... remember, darlings, this Big Cat loves ya!
~~~
BEWARE of the Fake Hummingbird ... yes, here it is, Pussycats, feel free to bat it down and destroy at your leisure... however, remember to bag it, then nuke it in the microwave first... so it’s dead and can’t ID you.
Sad sighs for all the innocent hummingbirds likely to perish because who wants to be spied on??? Unless, you’re an over-the-hill celeb looking for notoriety, and a comeback. But that meowed, hey, so sorry, little adorable and beautiful hummingbirds, you’re looking at being placed on the endangered species list. Not to mention, if you’re a shapeshifter... well, be smart. Trust no one to know the difference between the fake, and you. Even though, the fake spy hummingbird has a red camera light on it’s throat... according to the pic, that is.
Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it's the army's latest $4million spy drone disguised as a hummingbird, measuring just 16 centimetres
A pocket-sized spy drone disguised as a hummingbird has been unveiled by a major Pentagon contractor measuring just 16 centimetres and weighing less than an AA battery.
The mini spy plane can fly up to 11 miles an hour and took five years to develop at a cost of $4million.
Experts hope the drone, which can fly just by flapping its wings, compared with current models which rely on propellers, will eventually be able to swoop through open windows and perch on power lines.
The demonstration by AeroVironment – one of the world’s biggest drone suppliers – lasted eight minutes and saw the new creation fly through a door into an building and out again, and withstand winds of five miles per hour.
Todd Hylton, Hummingbird programme manager for the Pentagon’s research arm said it ‘paves the way for a new generation of aircraft with the agility and appearance of small birds.’
Army chiefs hope to use the drone’s tiny camera to spy on enemy positions in war zones without arousing detection and eventually deploy it into both rural and urban environments.
Matt Keennon, AeroVironment’s manager on the project, said the milestone of building a machine inspired by nature pushes the limits of aerodynamics.
He added: ‘This is a new form of man-made flight’.
Two years ago the company showed off its first Hummingbird prototype, managing just 20 seconds. The latest flight lasted eight minutes, with engineers expecting longer flights as development continues.
AeroVironment already produces a number of different drones for the US Army.
Last year it had 2,182 orders from the army for its Raven drone, which weighs four pounds with a wingspan of four-and-a-half feet.
Around 86 per cent of its orders come from the Government, meaning last year it was paid a whopping $215million from the Department of Defense.
The company, based in California with 732 full-time employees, expects to sell even more drones to the Government once rules are relaxed to allow spying within America.
The unveiling of the Hummingbird comes just weeks after the same company launched its $30million Global Observer with a wingspan similar to a Boeing 747 which can survey an area as large as Afghanistan.
Chris Fisher, project manager at AeroVironment explained: ‘It gives the guy on the ground the opportunity to see what’s on the other side of the hill. There’s only so much you can see with binoculars. A small [drone] can get up and go over the hill. That gives the ground soldier a capability that is huge.
He added: ‘One of the things we benefit from is the average young person in the military has hours and hours of video games experience. They are attuned to holding these things in their hands; moving the joysticks around with their thumbs and that’s how our planes are flown. To an 18-year-old it’s extremely simple.’
Weekly Angelic Forecast from Volcano
Straight from the Carnal Cherub himself...
Angelic Forecast ~ #129
The following week is chaos on steroids. There are so many facets to the worldwide happenings, that a forecast cannot cover all the important events. However, the trend to bring forth real freedom will flame high and fierce throughout the world, as the Aquarian Awakening spreads from soul to soul.
Add to that, continued weather catastrophes across the planet, and possibly a major earthquake, along with more volcanic activity. There is a celestial object, heretofore, not revealed by big media, that is influencing the Earth, and disturbing her orbit.
On a personal level, this week is a great time to take stock of your life, and then look to the future. For many of us, decisions about our lives, will come fast and furious now, and will be necessary before moving forward.
On the economic front, it is likely there will be further deterioration, and in the near future cash could become king for a short while. The positive side of this ‘takedown’ by the robber baron types, is that it will generate creative and innovative ways to trade, barter and have a community currency.
The time has come to become truly independent while aligning yourself with those of like mind and soul. The ways to achieve this are opening up. That is, if you’re looking for them. For, the old is falling before the new like an avalanche.
The main strategy for this week is to hang on, and hang tough against anyone or anything that threatens you. If you stand your ground, this will result in good things down the road.
Remember, books, music, and entertainment in these times, becomes invaluable. Not as in celebrities, mass market and high budget films, but in the fashion of a local speakeasy, a community tavern, or booths at a renaissance festival. This is true for digital formats and for grass roots get-togethers.
A trend for this week ~ a lot of folks are learning the art of preserving foods, such as canning and drying, at this time. The pantry and the root cellar, plus new ways to keep and store food, are becoming widespread, and in vogue.
MANILA (AFP) – Thousands of people in the Philippines fled their homes as a volcano erupted on Monday, sending a spectacular column of ash high into the sky, residents said.
The eruption of Bulusan, a 1,559-metre (5,115-foot) volcano, turned mid-morning into night for about 20 minutes across largely farming areas around its slopes, regional army spokesman Major Harold Cabunoc told AFP.
"There was a major ashfall. There was zero visibility," Cabunoc said.
X-Serial Flash in Two Hundred ~ Sylva and Zeke’s story continues...
Part 784 ~
Sylva struggled with her thoughts for moments. Still, part of her understood, in a way. “If time is happening all at once, then, yes. Somehow, we’re here and... that’s happening, too. All I know is that I am damn glad to be here.” Her Zeke hugged her tight for long instants. “Later, I’ll track down my professor. Exploring other Earths astrally would be a help to us now. Since the changeover to the fifth world is close.” Sylva felt that familiar intuitive zing. “The 2012 Awakening? The hyperdimensional shift of the Earth.” Zeke nodded, his chin resting on her shoulder.
Zeke felt a quickening buzz inside. “Yep, we could keep an astral eye on the bad guys. And an eye out for other good guys.” His Sylva spun around in his arms, facing him. “We could look for women like we talked about that want their own handsome cowboy.” She caressed his jaw, love shining her eyes. “Surely could.” She smiled with her heart. “I never imagined myself as a matchmaker. An Earth interdimensional matchmaker in this case.” Because his bride was dang irresistible, he tumbled her, then gave her big passionate kiss. “Time to get out of this heaven.”
