Yep, it’s time to craft some fine wine, or practice that kind of old-timey skill. Whatever you enjoy doing as far as a craft-skill that would support those in a community, do it. Improve your abilities, learn more, or learn a new skill. Knitting, for example, will become a very good thing, as will making alcohol.
Alcohol makes a great fuel. You can run your car on it with a few minor adjustments to your engine, for example.

For the following week look for communication snafus, but also look for those ‘communications’ that will change your personal world for the better. Yes, those opportunities are arriving, as they will keep arriving for the whole month of January.
This could also be the time to switch jobs, or look for a different career path. If you have skills that would support a village community... for example, making and repairing shoes or brewing beer... or weaving cloth... now, is the time to continue using and improving those skills.
Now is also the time to learn that type of skill... sewing, candle making, or any craft that is typically at a Renaissance Festival... whichever one you feel most drawn to. Now is the time.
On the world stage, all hell is breaking loose. Look for it to escalate. And take cover.

Sylva gazed into the visage of a man who reminded her of an age-old oak tree. Wisdom shone from his eyes like the brightest stars. “Now is not the time to know all, my daughter of the mists. Your journey continues like a long winding river throughout the entirety of your life. I will be here, in this land of mist and truth, to watch over you. To guide you. As will others that you will recognize and come to know as your friends in Avalonia. I will tell you this. In the age of Ancient Magic, you were here.”
Zeke dipped out a small portion of the cream. As gentle as possible, he rubbed it onto the sole of his Sylva’s foot. Tenderly palming her other dainty foot, he applied the cream. Glad she only stirred minimally, he rose slowly and capped the jar. His gaze roved over the picture she made in his bed. All his. His beautiful woman. Beautiful in flesh and spirit. Moving to the side of the bed, he bent and touched a kiss to her sleep-warmed cheek. Taking a last look, he left the bedroom, heading toward the com unit to order their breakfast.

Bottom line, this Big Cat doesn’t want a chicken-dinner handout from Big Government. She wants what she’s always wanted, and has always been denied, since being a cub, her independence and a fair shot and swat at life.

Big effing government. They’re not only beating a dead horse, their pumping blood into him, using the peoples’ tax dollars as a constant transfusion.
