Too tired...yep moi’s eyelids are drooping right now... the Kougaress has been polishing BRANDED BY THE TEXANS for submission... and trying to get out to do some shopping, etc. Nope and big fat yowls!!! Even with the milder temps, the icy fog has rolled in making visibility a huge problem and the roads around here are still icy slick... another major block, it’s a holiday Monday... no banking allowed.

Spotlight on the Heart and Soul... yes and long tail swishes, the Kougar has noticed more folks opening up to express their hearts and their souls in such impressively beautiful ways it makes her feel all swoony and happy.
The celestial energy of the Blue Moon on New Year’s Eve is definitely spotlighting and encouraging this deeper, most lovely expression.
While this is good for all of us romance writers... yay! Let’s make romantic penning hay while we can... the larger question... will this bring a greater kindness to our world, a new level of caring? Has the true meaning of Valentine’s day arrived early? Is it here to stay? Wouldn’t that be nice, given the world stage horrors we face everyday?
Of course, the more we all share our hearts and souls, yes, it will turn the tide toward a more compassionate world community. Something this Big Cat believes we desperately need and all want, not just for ourselves, but for those we love and for humanity in general.
The eclipse yesterday, so what could it mean as an influencing force?
Eclipsed. What has been eclipsed? What can we eclipse?
Perhaps, this powerful force provides the opportunity to eclipse ourselves in new and greater ways. That is, eclipse our past by what we are able to accomplish now.
So, what would that be for yours truly, the Kougar Kat?
In the area of writing, itself, moi does feel she is eclipsing her past accomplishments in certain ways. Of course, is it anymore than how she would naturally have evolved as an author? Hmmm.... whisker-flattening contemplation...
Actually, what has been eclipsed is the Kougaress’s ability to see and spotlight the truth of what is occurring in the world... exponentially each day.
Not only is *truth* being revealed at an amazing rate all around us, it is eclipsing what has been shown in the past.
The truth is eclipsing itself at a rate never seen before in our modern times. Folks are waking up to what’s been intentionally hidden by those devoted to the dark side.
The power to see the truth, know the truth by All is eclipsing the bad guys’ ability to keep it hidden.
There is the beauty of truth ~ revealing our Hearts and Souls.
There is the ugliness of truth ~ what has been nefariously kept hidden from us all, that would create our world anew.

Longest solar eclipse for 1,000 years turns Sun into a blazing ring of fire

The sun is reduced to a ring of gold against the black sky as the Moon slips between it and Earth.
This solar eclipse yesterday lasted for 11 minutes and eight seconds, setting a record that will not be beaten until December 23, 3043.
Such events, which only blot out the middle of the Sun, are known as annular eclipses. They occur about 66 times a century and can only be viewed in the narrow band on the Earth’s surface below their path.

X-Serial Flash in Two Hundred ~ Sylva and Zeke’s story continues...
Part 384 ~
Sylva moved with Zeke as he guided her toward the dining area. The fragrance of bacon still hovered in the air. Now she smelled other goodies and suddenly she felt truly ravenous. “Wow, am I hungry.” Seating her with a tender flourish, her cowboy quickly filled a plate, then lowered himself opposite her. “Dive in, darlin’. I’m going to eat more.” Her stomach demanding food, Sylva tasted the bacon first, and before she knew it, she’d devoured most of what had been on her plate. The sound of a beverage being poured had her glancing up. “It’s a nutrition tonic.”
Zeke polished off an herb cheese biscuit, more than pleased his Sylva had found her appetite. “Try it. Lots of cherry and berries in it.” Giving him a little trusting smile, she picked up the glass and tasted. “Delicious.” He watched her swallow down most of it before setting it down again. “I swear, you have amazing foods here. Everything tastes so rich. I can’t get over the flavors.” Picking up on the biscuits, she nibbled, her expression turning euphoric. After she’d licked her fingers and drank down the rest of the tonic, she eyed him directly. “What the Silver Sun?”

Oh man this kitty would love to see kindness make a comeback! I'd also like to put in a request for good manners to follow right up behind it!! LOL, yep, I had one of those days today... ;)
Serena ~ there's so much good in the world, it would be nice to see that come to the fore and be the dominant dynamic.
