Independence Day purrs, my sparkly-adorable Big Cats... a respite from the summer heat on the tame prairie today, and a bit of rain... and yes, the fireworks are boom-booming at times, and lighting up the night sky with their gorgeous fiery colors.

Okay, then, the Kougar is down to choosing her two excerpts for KANDY APPLE AND HER HELLHOUNDS. With some of her books, that was relatively easy and obvious. However, for STALLION OF ASH AND FLAME, this Big Cat author didn’t own a clue, and asked the staff at Siren-BookStrand to choose them. They did a great job. With Kandy, the x-rated excerpt is likely chosen... however, the PG excerpt, that isn’t so obvious. Yet.

Venus's Emotional Rollercoaster Ride
Over the next few days, sweet Venus will move into protective Cancer and align itself with four different planets. Without a doubt, this is quite the recipe for an emotional rollercoaster ride, but don't worry too much -- even though this ride may have its trying moments, it'll be lots of fun!

You can also expect a few other planets to pop up during this cosmically wild time. On July 5, Mercury tips its hat to Uranus and Jupiter, adding sparkle and enthusiasm to your day. On July 7, Jupiter and Pluto get together in an aspect that's sure to lend you the confidence to bring your best ideas to life!

Gee, and the hits just keep on coming. Now it’s Yellowstone Corp-Borg Big Oil is destroying. Evidently, ‘they’ weren’t happy with ruining Alaska all those years ago. Mygosh, taking out the Gulf of Mexico, now a major horrific dead zone that keeps on killing... no, obviously that wasn’t enough for ‘them’.
