White Fang's Heroine

Saturday into Sunday yowls and mews, my Springtime rollicking frolicking KitKats... somewhat mild on the tame prairie... although there is really nothing normal about the weather or the sky... at least, given what has been called ‘normal’ in the recent past... the Kougaress could give a flying fierce claw what any ‘expert’ claims... she knows what she is experiencing and seeing and feeling vibrationally... and the vibrations in the air are wacked out strange... and, yeah, what a screamingly, raw-nerve frustrating day it was for this Big Cat!!! although, she did get stuff done, including a revision of her WIP’s latest chapter.
~~~
White Fang’s Heroine ... yep, the Kougar was doing research on prehistoric cats to get some ideas about what Z’Pasha, White Fang’s heroine, looks like in her shifted feline form. Since her ancestral heritage goes back to the antediluvian times on Earth when the Egyptian goddesses and gods lived among the human population and were part of the population as a whole... yeah, a controversial idea about prehistory... yet, one that there is a lot of evidence for, if you actually study what’s been discovered... anyhoo, the Kougar ended up studying cat statues of Bast and lion-headed statues of Sekhmet... but then, while reading about Egyptian history, she found this fabulous art pic, which is ~Z’Pasha~ in her human form, and the woman White Fang just can’t resist despite his steel-like discipline... this Big Cat could hardly believe her eyes... and thank you to the Divine.
Oops, correction... this is Z'Pasha as a cat woman... when the Kougar blew up the pic she found those adorable feline ears and her cat eyes. Z'Pasha, in full human form, has different eyes, and human-looking ears, even if they are a bit pointed.
Big Cat by-the-numbers ~
1:11 am... 2:12 am... 4:44 am... 1:11 pm... 4:44 pm... 10:10 pm... 11:11 pm... true independence is required at this time in our world... not an either-or scenario, not believing in the right or the left, but using your divine ability to think and feel independently, beyond what is offered as the overriding paradigm... because most everything is the Truman Show... most everything is designed to divide and conquer humanity.... that is one of the endgames right now.
*Unedited Six Sentence* progress on the latest WIP novella...
Chapter Six ~ Shere Khan’s Dishonorable Ninjas
A whirling wind heralded dawn, and blew through Z’Pasha. Once Earth’s breath intermingled with her essence, she knew she had achieved her desired diaphanous state.
Z’Pasha retained the full use of her magickal skills as she would while fully materialized, yet she could also travel as the wind. Aware Shere Khan possessed a similar sorcery due to his disciplined practice of the esoteric knowing, Z’Pasha sent breeze-like tendrils to act as her alarm.
While the Yakuza leader’s ninjas were advanced in the art of fighting astrally, they did not match his abilities, as Z’Pasha had discovered. She considered Shere Khan a dangerous enemy.
Another Day Done
by Solara
Octavia sat on the window seat, her knees drawn up to her chest. As she looped her arms loosely around her legs, she watched the moon rise. Two months had passed since they'd come to the cabin high above the artic circle. She marveled they were still in Alaska. The chill in the air seemed permanent and yet the days grew shorter. The nights lengthened taking over more of the day. Would she change any part of it?
Saturday Date Night
by Mary Quast
Remember when dinner and a movie was the standard for couples on a Saturday night?
But the economic downturn has forced couples to rethink date night, if not drop it altogether. Expense cutbacks, children, time and other reasons keep people from spending their extra cash, and many couples opt to stay home.
Note: While all is fair in the art of penning an erotic romance novel, the Kougaress just finds this to be really weird... unless it’s a turn-on to know someone from the gov may be listening... ???
Have Sex With Your Cell Phone
Thursday, April 28, 2011
Our cell phones are tracking us and spying on us--are they doing anything GOOD? Well, they may be delivering some good sex.
Vibrators are now sold in your local drug store, but you don't need to buy one--you can buy an iphone app that will do the job instead. In the April 21st edition of the New York Times, Hilary Howard reports that Suki Dunham, a former business manager for Apple, has created a line of vibrators that synchronize rhythmically with iPods, iPads, iPhones and other smartphones.
People who worry about what ELSE cell phones may be doing to their bodies should know that electromagnetic radiation from cellular phones may adversely affect your bones (NOTE: Subscribers can still listen to this show), especially if (as many men do) you wear your phone on your belt. Researcher Fernando D. Sravi measured bone density at the left and right hip in two groups of healthy men: 24 men who did not use cell phones and 24 men who carried their cell phone in a belt pouch, on the right side, for at least one year. With the rapid growth in cell phone use, any significant effect on bone strength could have a substantial effect on the osteoporosis rate in the population. Sravi wants to test women next, who have higher rates of osteoporosis, and also children, who would have longer expected lifetime exposure to cell phones.
Your May Forecast is Here!
May starts off with optimism and energy, bringing a welcome respite from the trials and tribulations of April. And what's more, this relief will last the entire month!
On May 1, Mars meets up with Jupiter in a jovial conjunction that will give you courage and confidence. You'll experience good fortune -- but in this case, it will be of your own making. There's a tendency to go over the top with this transit, so try to keep some of your extravagances in check, especially when it comes to sharing opinions that may not necessarily be appreciated by others.
The new Moon on May 6 helps you kick-start practical projects, and although you can indulge your whims at this time, you'll achieve greater success if you narrow your focus to specific tasks and projects.
Venus has been hindered by Saturn lately, but on May 11, a happy meeting with Jupiter brings out Venus's fun and frivolous nature; with this, you'll find yourself more free and happy than before. Also on May 11, Mars moves from Aries into Taurus. This transit will bring out your sensual side, while also adding a hint of pleasure-seeking and materialism.
May 15 sees not one, but two planets -- flirty Venus and chatty Mercury -- join both the Sun and Mars in Taurus. Mercury's influence will slow your decision-making process, but once you set your mind to something, you'll hold firm. Venus, meanwhile, will add to the sensuality of Mars and increase your need for physical affection.
The full Moon on May 17 creates tension between self-centered tendencies and a desire for more passion (which obviously requires someone else), so you'll need to rise above this see-saw and find a way to reach middle ground.
Then, on May 20-21, Mars, Mercury and Venus all meet in an easy transit with Pluto, at which point a solution will suddenly appear to dilemmas that have been slowing you down. Mars will give you power and Mercury will boost your persuasive capabilities; and with Venus, you'll simply ooze charm. Nothing can stop you now!
Finally, on May 22, the Sun moves out of earthy Taurus and into intellectual Gemini. Your curiosity will know no bounds, and you'll experience a restlessness that can only be satisfied by new experiences and activities.
Six Planets Now Aligned in the Dawn Sky
Geoff Gaherty, Starry Night Education,
Space.com geoff Gaherty, Starry Night Education,
space.com – Thu Apr 28, 10:31 pm ET
If you get up any morning for the next few weeks, you’ll be treated to the sight of all the planets except Saturn arrayed along the ecliptic, the path of the sun through the sky.
For the last two months, almost all the planets have been hiding behind the sun, but this week they all emerge and are arrayed in a grand line above the rising sun. Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Jupiter are visible, and you can add Uranus and Neptune to your count if you have binoculars or a small telescope.
***
If you go out any morning for the next four days, you’ll be treated to a view of the crescent moon and all but one of the naked eye planets.
Because the moon moves rapidly from one morning to the next, it will only be part of the lineup for the next four mornings, but the four naked-eye planets will be there for the next few weeks.
Venus is, as always, the brightest and most visible of the planets, and it can be your guide to spotting the others. About half way between Venus and the rising sun is Jupiter, the second brightest planet.
Mars will be a tiny speck just above Jupiter, and Mercury another tiny speck about half way between Jupiter and Venus. Uranus is slightly more than one binocular field above and to the right of Venus, and Neptune is much farther to the right, about 40 degrees away in Aquarius. The Moon will be just above Venus on Saturday morning, and just above Jupiter and Mars on Sunday morning.
Serena, I always thought it would be art-interesting to build a wall using glass bottles... and, I did use beer a long time ago to stop the slugs... but, sand works too, because they don't like crawling through it.
