Blazing hair and rosy lips...

Languid evening meows, my TGIF and TGIS-strolling Kittens... mostly drizzly, then rainy on the tame prairie... and, oh, are the leaves falling faster than ever... now, if only moi could get them placed where she’d like them before it gets nasty cold again... the Kougaress likes to pile them around her rosebush because the leaves not only turn into beautiful black soil, but keep the roots warm enough during winter.

The tail-switching thankful moment: oh, happy, happy! Give a shimmy-shake. The Kougar has gotten more good writing done on her almost-done WIP ~ Kandy Apple and Her Hellhounds.

For some reason, though not by conscious design, the Kougar’s heroes often end up singing to their heroines... but, what is more romantically sexy than that?

Here’s the scene-snippet ~

“Zin.”
His name from her lips bewitched him further.
“Blazing hair and rosy lips,” he crooned to her. “Flames fly from her fingertips.”
“Our echoing howls in the night,” Zol continued, singing to the tune of Witchy Woman. “She’s our enchanting beauty on a daring flight.”
“Wooo hooo, our witchy woman, see how high she flies,” they both sang. “Woo hoo witchy woman she got the charm in her eye.”
“She held her hellhounds in the night,” Zin crooned. “Dancing shadows and candlelight.”
“Crazy passions, we spin around the room,” Zol sang, “a sweet madness beneath the silver moon.”
“Wooo hooo, our witchy woman see how high she flies. Woo hoo witchy woman she got the charm in her eye.”
“Well you know we want our one lover,” Zin crooned. “Let me tell you brother. I want her sleeping in our bed.”
“There’s supernatural envy going round,” Zol sang. “Someone’s jealous underground. She can rock you in the nighttime ’til your skin turns red.”
“Wooo hooo, our witchy woman see how high she flies. Woo hoo witchy woman she got the charm in her eye.”
Tears glistened in his Kandy Apple’s eyes.

In the tradition of watching lots and lots of movies over the holidays or perhaps getting a movie in your Christmas stocking, how about taking a journey back in time with me to look at some of the scariest movies ever made? I pulled up Google, did a search and after perusing several lists, here’s what I came up with.

Part 684 ~

Sylva felt all soft and dreamy as she awakened. Zeke’s hand rested on her hip and she had sprawled out, but remained on her side. She heard his strong steady breathing. Nothing sounded better. His familiar all-man smell teased her nostrils and made her belly feel molten with desire. Apparently the smile on her face hadn’t left either. The bed covering was warm and silky beneath her palm and she smoothed her hand over it several times. Sylva figured she might as well simply indulge in all of the delicious sensations while she could. All too soon life would intrude.

Zeke surfaced from his deep sleep long enough to know his Sylva still lay beside him, resting peacefully. The feel of her round beautiful hip beneath his hand reassured him that, yes, he had a wife. Everything about her, his woman, flooded through him. Everything that he had come to love about her filled him up as a man. He had never felt so emotionally rich. He knew, too, he’d grown as a man, matured. The difference amazed him. His purpose in life lived inside him, much stronger, much deeper now. But, dang-it-to-hell, he’d been dreaming about that wanted poster.

The federal government has been forced to respond to the accelerating backlash against new TSA measures which have outraged the nation, with TSA Administrator John Pistole and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano set to meet today with executives from the travel industry and heads of pilot associations.

Following intense and sustained focus on the issue by the Drudge Report, Infowars and Prison Planet, Reuters reports that, “Executives from the travel industry, including online travel sites, theme parks and hotels, were set to meet Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and Pistole on Friday to discuss their concerns that security is crimping travel.”

The feds were forced into action after five prominent pilot and travel associations, along with a flight attendants union, vowed to boycott naked body scanners as well as the new invasive pat down procedure, threatening travel chaos. The backlash has also been characterized by new cases of individuals being abused at the hands of the TSA, stories which continue to pour in on a daily basis.

In addition, the TSA is reviewing its policies towards children at security checkpoints following widespread revulsion at the fact that TSA workers, some of whom may be pedophiles given the agency’s poor standard of background checks for its own employees, are openly groping children’s genitals in airports across the country.

“We have received hundreds of e-mails and phone calls from travelers vowing to stop flying,” said Geoff Freeman, an executive vice president of the U.S. Travel Association, which set up the meeting with the Obama administration officials.

“You can’t talk on the one hand about creating jobs in this country and getting this economy back on track and on the other hand discourage millions of Americans from flying, which is the gateway to commerce,” he said.

It’s vital that those representing outraged Americans at today’s meeting with Napolitano and Pistole do not allow themselves to be placated by the rhetoric they will undoubtedly hear about the supposed terror threat making the new TSA measures a necessity.
