Early morning mews, lovely and lissome Pussycats... on the cool side today on the tame prairie, and overcast... the edge of a storm moved through with just some thunder and a spat of rain... sadly, however, no real rain... anyhoo, now it looks like there could be snow on the way... yeah, more strangeling weather ahead... wow, is this Big Cat worn out... it's been a really long day.
So, with the unending horrors, and the endless cruelty of these times... plus, what has happened in the recent past that has been covered up... for example Waco, where the people, the children, were brutally murdered on purpose, for no crime whatsoever... well, the Kougaress had some moments where it became 'all' just too much to bear... her heart hurt... her soul hurt... why be on a world where this sort of insanely cruel scenario happens repeatedly?
Being committed to knowing the 'truth' no matter what has a huge price tag in terms of the emotional impact. However, love saved the day later on... in that, loving and being loved is priceless. It's difficult to explain because it's a soul-deep feeling, a realization. In a sense, it's the fact that love makes the world go round, our loving relationships... not the ocean of insanity and evil we are forced to swim in currently.
On another note, okay, the Kougaress heard this today, a 1000 milligram Vitamin C tablet in bathtub water will get rid of chloramine. This Big Cat will have to try this since she's allergic to chlorine.

Nilambari slipped her tiger’s body noiselessly through the underbrush. After weeks in Rick’s company, she was finally getting the hang of maneuvering through this strange woodland environment.
