Summer Solstice Purrs...

Summer Solstice Purrs... my amazing and amorous Big Cat Beauties... a windy day on the tame prairie which kept some of the heat down.
~~~~~
Big Cat thought for the day ~ there's talk among those in the spiritual know about ascension, how to ascend during these times, or rise above the dark powers that be... while the Kougaress has been doing her righteous and spiritual best to bring about humanity's ascension... realistically, however, how do you ascend if you're not even willing to protect yourself and those you love? From the horrors of current-day tyranny?
Her Midnight Stardust Cowboys
Chapter Forty-Nine
Sherilyn followed the stream of sequin like stars, and knew she dreamed. A sense of reality enveloped her, more than she'd ever experienced while lucid dreaming.
When her starry path swirled upward, then vanished, Sherilyn drifted inside the mouth of a gigantic object that reminded her of an upside down tornado. Only nothing spun.
'Void,' she mentally spoke. Ascending slowly, she attempted to see where the enormous spiral formation ended.
As Sherilyn focused on the narrowing funnel, dread suddenly swamped her. She stilled, trapped.
The Sun Enters Cancer!
There's a lot going on over the next few days, with much of the activity revolving around Cancer -- including the Sun's exciting transit into this homebody sign!
First, the Sun joins the Moon for one last hurrah in Gemini. On June 19, the new Moon rises in Gemini, giving you a chance to turn your ideas into action. This may seem uneventful while it's happening, but you'll sow seeds for something big in the very near future!
Then, on June 20, the Sun makes its celebrated move into Cancer. The next month will demand that more time and attention be spent on your home, family, emotional life and all-things domestic. This doesn't mean you can't be creative or ambitious -- you'll simply find that you're bound to have more success doing whatever truly comes from your heart. Watch out for Cancer's moody tendencies and recognize that if you're feeling down, it's only fleeting. Otherwise, enjoy the comforts of home and the deeper bonds you'll develop with loved ones throughout this time!
June 20 also sees communicative Mercury, still in Cancer, square off against Saturn; then on the following day, June 21, chatty Mercury forms a touchy sextile with Mars. You'll have to deal with some serious talks, and while they may not be fun, they'll help you face -- and resolve -- problems. Fortunately, these two days also see flirtation between Venus and Uranus, giving you moments of pure, unadulterated fun!
Good question, Savanna. How do we move on, or ascend, if we won't stand strong and protect those weaker then ourselves...
Love and inner strength are must haves in this snarly world. :)
So true about standing for those weaker, and about love and inner strength in this gnarly, snarly, need-a-big-ole Harley world.
