Ah, sleep is so important! I went for too many years with severe sleep apnea and I hadn't realized how not me I was during that time.
Good luck with your Chapter and a half!! :D
Sleep Apnea is no fun! I only know because of what others have talked to me about.
However, I burned the candle on both ends out of necessity for too long.
Hoping to get editing done soon, but it's been a beastly day, and it ain't over.
