powerful tremors...

Sunday into Monday yowls and scowls, my gorgeous and gallivanting Big Cats... another weird day... everything seems to be off kilter more and more... and earlier today, this Big Cat felt like she was coming down with a flu bug... however, she took lots of her natural supplement stuff, and has recovered... that is, until a tick took a bite out of her, not more than an hour ago... yeah, yeah, the Kougaress was outside getting stuff done... good gracious! The tick bites are painful this year!!! and the welts are so nasty... but, that sucker is floating in alcohol, hopefully dead by now.

Last night the moon was her usual spectacularly beautiful self, and will be full on the 15th. Already, there have been two earthquakes during this lunar window. Watch out, there could be more temblor action.

WELLINGTON (Reuters) – A series of powerful tremors rattled the quake-prone New Zealand city of Christchurch Monday, destroying a building and sending boulders tumbling down hillsides.

Six people suffered minor injuries.

New Zealand's GNS Institute put the strongest of the quakes at a magnitude of 6.0 at 2.20 p.m. (10:20 p.m. ET).

Authoress news and mews ~

It’s been such a busy day, the Kougar didn’t get to her read-through of KANDY APPLE AND HER HELLHOUNDS. Hopefully, tonight she will.

KitKat authors, shapeshifter writers, if you haven’t seen this vid yet... well, a cat and a dolphin enjoy some playtime. Yep, they could be residents of Talbot’s Peak, our werewolf and shapeshifter town over at SHAPESHIFTER SEDUCTIONS.

To quote from a source who wants this info spread ~

“Early last month, an especially ominous bill was introduced in the Senate. Entitled Preventing Real Online Threats to Economic Creativity and Theft of Intellectual Property Act of 2011, PROTECT IP for short, this legislation would use copyright infringement as a smoke screen to take down web domains and institute rolling censorship. “

Guaranteed, in most cases, if this is passed, it won’t be your copyright that is protected. No, if you *accidentally* post ANYTHING that has a copyright, or even if it doesn’t, but some authority says it does, and THEY want to get rid of you for some reason, any reason... btw, if anyone doesn’t like you, and decides to turn you in, or even hacks your site and plants incriminating evidence... hey, say GOODBYE to your sites. Say GOODBYE to being on the internet. No warrant. No trial. No nothing. You’ve been designated a criminal and possibly a t*rr*r*st. Heck, *they* could fine you big time. Toss you in prison simply on *their* say so. If you dare mention anything about the constitution and bill of rights, you’ll be a particularly dangerous t*rr*r*st.

Yep, Hitler’s evil lives on.

AND, another example of pure evil ~

That online stuff sounds unenforceable because of the international nature of the internet.

Boy, lets hope that bill doesn't pass without a whole-lotta fine tuning!

OMGosh that cat and dolphin were so darn cute...they must live in Talbot's Peak!

Bree, it does sound unenforceable. However, the NSA currently controls 'every' hub of the internet. That's why the infamous kill switch can be enforced. Sadly, from my viewpoint. I would rather have a true Wild West internet.

Serena, fine-tuning would be great. Given the current level of corruption in the congress, I'm not holding my breath.

That's what I was thinking. What perfect residents of Talbot's Peak!
