Sedona and Volcano's One Year Anniversary

My darling Big Cats, welcome to the Kougar’s own personal insane asylum... aka her life. Yep, it’s been brutal. It’s like trying to live two days inside of one. Two everything-coming-at-you days... whew... spin this kitty girl around like a bowling pin, set her up and roll that ball for a strike.
How long did it take moi to pen a new scene for Sedona and Volcano ~ a love/sex scene now featured at THE ROMANCE STUDIO BLUE blog ~ probably a good EIGHT hours, at least, and moi doesn’t even know if it’s a good scene... ???
Okay, she likes it... a whole lot. However, the Kougar was so exhausted the last few hours working on Sedona and Volcano’s Celebration of their first year together, she has no idea if what she wrote works, or not. Still, it’s up there for all to see.
In fact, the Kougar wonders if she should use it for her bloggie at HAPPILY EVER AFTER on Friday, August 14th. Certainly, Sedona and Volcano deserve their day of recognition. It is the one year anniversary of their story being released on August 13th.
Ya see, moi can’t even pen her blog correctly... oh meow well...

Part 229 ~

Sylva watched understanding dawn on her cowboy’s handsome visage and he quirked a smile. “I’m thinkin’, Sylva, from all you’ve said, that I like my Earth better than yours. Except for...” He halted, realizing that he was about to remind her of the danger she was in. “Except for me being a bit psychic,” she finished for him. His gaze enigmatic, his jaw like steel, he gave a nod, then offered his arm to her. “Come on, let’s go see the sights.” Moving to him, Sylva smiled and knew she was falling beneath his charm as she took his arm.

Zeke checked his ‘hackles’. So far, no ambush loomed. Still, with a certain amount of caution, he opened the door and paused scanning around before he lead his bride fully outside. “If the sights are like last night, I’m going to enjoy this.” His Sylva’s enthusiastic words were, in part, genuine. He knew she also brightened her tone on purpose, probably for her sake as well as his. Once they’d moved down the steps, he took her in gentlemanly hand and they strolled toward one of the main sidewalks. “A man likes to know the preferences of his wife, darlin.”

The Devil Tomato as Omen

The other day I bought the 'Devil Tomato' at a roadside stand. It looked delicious, but when I ate it, it was hard, fibrous, and tasteless, as one would expect from a Devil Tomato.

Ah, yes, my KitKats, the Kougaress has a theory as to why the Devil Tomato has appeared. Besides, as a descendent of the Killer Tomatoes from that notorious spoof, Attack of the Killer Tomatoes ~ those naughty rolling bright red beasts of the plant kingdom who are determined to take over the world. Hey, could tomatoes do a worse job of running the world that those currently in power? Maybe, we ought to give them their juicy-squirting or rotten-smashing chance...
Okay, this is just a strange weird-ism that happened often to me and my sisters. We would come up with these off-the-wall ideas as teenagers, laugh our sides to aching and end up rolling on the floor, tears running from the corner of eyes... yes, my Big Kittens, moi and her sisters came up with the idea of The Killer Tomatoes about ten years before the movie came out... our solution to defeating the tomatoes terrorists... make them all into ketchup... don’t ask the Kougar to remember how this came about.
Maowww... back to the Devil Tomato as omen. The red planet, Mars, that great tomato in the solar system, is rising and will be the closest to Earth in 60,000 years. Is it on August 27th, that’s the date moi has down on her calendar... claw-googlie to find out for yourself.

Sedona felt like a temptress as she leaned forward and hugged Volcano tightly. The shape of his super-cycle seduced her bare thighs while the black celestial leather of his jacket wickedly teased her naked breasts. Somehow the carnal cherub had convinced her to go skinny dipping in the sky.

Part 228 ~

Sylva watched her cowboy’s eyes blaze with promise before he gentlemanly arranged her beside him, offering his arm. Damn, she could get used to being treated this way, as his cherished bride. Sighing inwardly, she wondered how long it would last before the luster would wear thin and she would simply be his wife. Deciding to enjoy his devoted attention while she could, Sylva moved beside him, feeling more womanly than she ever had. Womanly as in her true nature, not constrained and kept down by someone else’s idea of what a woman was supposed to be and act like.

Zeke halted where he’d hung his gun belt and gently unwound his arm from his Sylva’s hold. “Gotta strap on our protection, darlin’.” Swiftly, he placed the belt low on his hips, then buckled up and adjusted his holsters. His wife giggled nervously, tickled over something. “What got your funny bone, my beauty?” Her face reddened charmingly, reticence in her gaze. Still, raising her shoulders, she eyed him squarely. “The way you said ‘strap on our protection’.” Pausing, she drew in a determined breath. “On my Earth... well, it sounded similar to ‘putting on protection’, as in using a condom.”
