No, most mew obviously, the FED/FCC has decided this Big Cat is not worthy of it’s subliminal messages, or its perfectly timed flicker rate.... tested out on primates many years ago at a Texas University.
Nope, moi’s brain will not become so much gooey mush to be straw-sucked up by Hulu’s Alec Baldwin and his alternate reptoid form... cause that’s how she kougaress-rolls... lithely and swiftly onto her paws... meow rumbles...~~~

Part 171 ~Sylva slid beneath the crisp, yet satiny sheets. Her weariness had overcome her and she’d only glimpsed the lovely selection of negligees. Besides, why deny herself the extreme pleasure of his ultra-masculine physique? Once she snuggled her head against the pillow and closed her eyes, she slipped into a half-dreaming state. Sleep eluded her because she waited for him. Her cowboy. Her husband. Would that become as natural to her as breathing? Thinking of him as her husband. And acting like his wife. Scenarios played out in her mind, long snatches of what it could be like, just fantasies, probably.
Zeke shed his garments rapidly, once he’d taken care to position his guns for easiest use against any intruder. Naked, he moved to a small fancy bureau in his dressing area. Opening the top door, he retrieved a pearl-handled derringer that fit into his palm perfectly. He handled it with consummate ease, adjusting to the feel so his reflexes would be lightning fast if he awoke from a dead sleep. He didn’t want to overly frighten his Sylva. She’d been through enough. He’d place the derringer out of her view. Soon he would teach her how to use her own.

It’s official, my pretty Big Kitties, the Kougar hates DTV!!! Why? No signal, despite purchasing a new modest TV and being hooked up to an outdoor antenna. Before her TVs worked just darn fine. Snarl... hiss... phsssst... moi is nostalgic for the TVs of yesteryear when all she had to do was plug them in, switch it on and adjust the antenna ~ at meow least, in the real olden days. Heck, she has a 20 year old model that was working great... until, the idiot government decided to make a power play and force everyone to do their bidding.
Yep, this is real progress. ROARING-NOT! It’s simply an exercise in pure unadulterated torture.
Not that this Big Cat planned on watching that much programming... but yowl and hiss, she does like to know about the upcoming weather patterns.
So, no, she won’t be getting Direct TV, the only thing available. Her TV viewing days may well be over. Goodby, idiot box... you are now just a playtoy for my paws and vicious claws.

Many of you know me as founder of the Knight Agency, which represents a powerhouse roster of bestselling authors of fiction and nonfiction. Some of you may also be familiar with my romance novels, such as the recently released RED KISS (Signet) or the e-book, BUTTERFLY TATTOO (Samhain, 4/09). Since I come from the perspective of dual publishing careers, I’d like to address some of the recent issues and discussions within RWA concerning digital publishers.

Sylva couldn’t believe how her cowboy husband took care of her. She felt as though she glistened beautifully inside as he removed her shoes. After removing his hat he bent to her mouth kissing her tenderly. “There are nightgowns in your dressing room, darlin’. But naked is just fine with me. I’ll be back quick as a jaybird.” Sylva nodded, his kiss still possessing her lips. “Your father’s message?” she asked. Straightening, he gave one nod, then pivoted from her. Sylva watched him depart, then stood and stretched. Before moving to the lavatory, she glanced at the enormous rumpled bed.
Zeke strode to the apartment’s small leather-comfortable den, a touch of apprehension gnawing at him. Sweeping up the sheet of paper from their privately coded writer device, he quickly scanned the brief communication. Ranson is headed your way by air car. Spotted two hours ago at Birdswell Junction. Keep your wits sharp and your gun ready. Zeke re-read the message and mentally calculated that Ranson was about eight hours away assuming he made no rest stop. Crumpling the sheet of paper, he tossed it inside the renewal bin, then paced and pondered. Ranson was a cactus patch of bad news.
