Hmmm... what costume suits this Big Cat’s fancy for tonight’s party? Let's see... wouldn't it be fun and lovely to attend a romantic Celtic costume party attired this way? Where what goes bump in the night is a handsome lover who makes you feel both lusty and cherished?

Nearing midnight meows, my flirty and playful Pussycats... the first quarter moon is otherworldly in her beauty tonight as she hangs, an ethereal pale gold, in the night sky... never has the Kougaress seen the moon so bright, as Luna has been this year, and as she is right now... it’s purely amazing.

Today, the Kougaress had this core feeling of wanting to be ‘free’... free to express her love toward individuals she heart-cares about, or who may need a hug. This particular feeling was not in the realm of romantic love... although, it could be. However, this was just the desire to be honest about ‘caring’ feelings in this culture. An impossibility, given the way things are now.

Anyhoo, this core feeling that welled up inside wasn’t even aimed at anyone in particular... but, was a general desire... to be free... to simply be free. As yowled above, there is no real freedom to express that type of caring and love, right now. Not generally, anyway. Yes, on an individual level... on a one-on-one basis.

Have you ever had that feeling: Have you ever wanted to be free to love?

To simply express the love and warmth you’re feeling toward someone without risk of being shut down, or pushed away? Again, not even as a demonstration of romantic love, but simply an act of kindness, to give a squeezy little hug...

Certainly, the Kougaress has experienced wanting to share her ‘caring love’ toward someone... and the individual didn’t want it, refused it. Even if they did want it at a heart level, they were emotionally unable to accept it. At first, this Big Cat didn’t understand who would refuse this type of kindness, and way. However, given all she’s been through in her life now, she DOES understand why.

If you’re emotionally starved for love, if you’re wounded too deeply at an emotional level... well, often, this translates into not being able to accept an expression of caring... yes, this Big Cat DOES understand now.

Lots of authorly biz stuff got done today, including more Indie publishing do’s and don’t’s. Also, the Kougar needs to get her blog for THE ROMANCE STUDIO BLUE written for this Thursday. Lots! on her writerly plate... yee-owws! Did you know about the Kindlegraph, a way to autograph your bookie? However, you have to have a Twitter account. That leaves this Big Cat author out... darn it.

I am captured by my black tiger’s gaze. Love shines in the dark depths of Zurroc’s eyes as his thumbs caress my cheeks. He has embraced my head between his palms, and my body doesn’t know whether to surrender against him, or attack him with fierce passion.

“One reason I love you,” he silkily rumbles, “you will never be tamed, my tigress, my Kytaira.”

“Only by your hand, your lusty paw.” My whispered words feel like mist and smoke deep in my throat -- and as they pass my lips.

“Never waiting to be tamed,” he croons -- his twist on the song lyrics ‘waiting to be tamed’.

His seductive tease curls my toes, and I feel my inner claws flex with pleasure.

“If it weren’t for this meeting...” I begin, then stroke his hands with mine.
