Late evening purrs, my Beautiful Big Cats... a warmer day on the tame prairie, and windy... the almost-hot dry winds kept the tree leaves and limbs dancing for the most of the afternoon. In the morning, the blue sky was nearly covered with cumulus clouds... fluffy white clouds moving at a smart pace from west to east... moi has never seen anything like it before.

Supersonic Jet Style... no, not the Quickening anymore, as it’s been called, this tremendous speeding up of time... no, time has gone supersonic, if anyone remembers that olden term from the 50s and 60s... you’ve probably heard the loud crack-pop of sound from a jet flying past the speed of sound, but once upon a time it was a new phenomena.

This week is about remembering to be of the world, but not in it. Join with others who are also doing their best to bring about their own dream world. Work together. Stand strong together. In this way, the dark monsters in the current world will eventually be defeated.

“Sylva.” Her cowboy swung her upwards. Encircling her waist tightly, he carried her as they gazed into each other’s eyes, their passion simmering. “Rations,” he explained as he set her down. “We both need ‘em.” Sylva couldn’t agree more and watched Zeke flip open a large container. Wrapped bars were inside. He grabbed a handful and shoved them in his side pocket. Before she knew it, he’d unwrapped one and held it out to her. “Raspberry,” he encouraged with a grin. Hungrier than she realized, Sylva took it, then gave it the nibbling taste test. “Yum.” She devoured four quickly.
Zeke watched his little wife eat one bar after another as he tucked away several himself. “What’s in these?” she asked, then licked her fingers. “Other than the obvious,” she added. “Not what’s in ‘em so much as how the nutrition is bio-enhanced to get into the cells quick. They’re also hydratin’.” His woman cocked her head a bit, eyeing him with more spunk. The color returned to her cheeks, too. “Hydrating is good. Before I forget, or something else Indiana Jones happens, I have a message from,” she paused, “the Caretakers.” Zeke lifted one brow high, then the other.

The charcoal-colored, leather-like fabric seemed to absorb light and was so supple and lightweight it almost felt as if she wore nothing. “Step into these.” Kneeling before her, he quickly put her boots on. Zeke had his belly-roilin’ misgivings about this dangerous turn in their lives. Yet, for a reason he didn’t fathom, he knew it was their path together. He and his Sylva. Lifting his gaze upwards, he checked her expression. Her drawn face concerned him mightily. But before he could he could say something to her, she quirked a brow and asked, “Buckaroo?” Giving her a grin, Zeke rose upwards while keeping his gaze locked on her. “What we call it here. For instance, storming a television network like James Lee did earlier this week. James Lee, the gunman ultimately taken out by a police SWAT team, was a psychotic environmentalist and fan of eugenics who believed children are no different than an infestation of cockroaches. If we use Harris’ logic, the corporate media is responsible for spreading “highly-charged ideas” with its non-stop propaganda about the debunked theory of climate change and over population. Such sensationalism has increased “the odds for unbalanced people to do stupid things.”In the Nightline piece, Harris fumbled in his effort to characterize Jones as a conspiracy nut after Jones pointed out the obvious — the global elite are establishing world government. ABC and the corporate media have reported on this fact numerous times. Jones showed Harris and ABC documentation of this fact, but it ended up on the cutting room floor because the point of the Nightline segment is not to present objective facts, but portray Jones as a dangerous conspiracy kook. ~~~

The movie lived up to and even exceeded expectations.Critics have mostly panned the movie as trashy, campy, and rife with senseless and gratuitous violence. Daniel B. Wood, writing for the Christian Science Monitor, says the film has a sub-theme — immigration and “reverse racism.” Wood quotes Barbara O’Connor, director of the Institute for the Study of Politics and Media at California State University, who warns that some people may have “negative reactions” after watching the film. “Yes, this movie is goofily violent, but it’s also dealing with issues that are largely visceral,” she tells Wood. “I don’t know that people in the middle of the debate will view it as satire.”Machete is not satire. It is propaganda under the cover of an exploitation film. It is designed to stir up “visceral” reactions to the very serious issue of illegal immigration. YUM! Ultra-intense, the sun on the horizon... wowser maowser, the Kougaress has never seen Sol so bright, so late in the day... Later on... a melon-colored beautiful sundown... so good for the SOUL.~~~
Oh lordy, what a day spent all over the blog-happening map... and, it’s always good to be reminded of those wonderful bodice rippers as author, Chloe Waits, did at ROMANCE WRITERS BEHAVING BADLY today. On Coast to Coast am, nighttime paranormal radio ~ one of the guests talked about being in Sedona, Arizona while this Big Cat penned on Sedona and Volcano’s second anniversary scene... yep, synchronicity... And the synchronicity hits kept on happening ~ the Coast to Coast bumper music featured ‘Dancing Queen’ ~ this is a line the Kougar had already written ~ “Saturday night fever on Mars, my dancing queen.” Ooooh, and yet, even weirder, a woman who called into Coast to Coast was gifted with an ancient ear of corn from the Anasazi civilization in Sedona, Arizona, and talked about its magical properties... AND, YES!!! The Kougar finally finished Sedona and Volcano’s second anniversary scene. But, where to post??? ~~~~~~

Friday-into-Saturday yowls, my wild and wickedly sexy Big Kittens... what a blue-sky lovely day on the tame prairie... and this always makes the Kougaress feel happy.Things are movin’ and groovin’ in moi’s writerly world... so, stay tuned. Sooner than later, it will be the release day for THE TIGER’S MASQUERADE, one of the short stories in the Just Another Paranormal Monday Anthology, coming from MojoCastle Press. Yes-mews, in that twilight realm before falling asleep, this Big Cat realized she’d completely blanked out on the one year anniversary date of HER INSATIABLE DARK HEROES ~ which was May 1, 2010. Donkey-shake-a-butt damn! This realization was brought about, in part, because the Kougar was thinking about the upcoming one year anniversary date for STALLION OF ASH AND FLAME... and musing on how she wanted to celebrate Trail and Seneca’s love story. Maybe, it will have to be joint celebration. ~~~
No kidding... 2012 ~ strikes again... it felt decidedly weird seeing 2:12 am for the third consecutive time... so, the Kougar figured she better work on Sedona and Volcano’s anniversary scene... she did get some good penning done, and is so close to being finished... yippee!~~~~~~
Beware: Grrrring Rant AheadWeirder... and then, more bizarre... so many of us, these days, want to ask the question: can it get more crazy? More insane... can things really get weirder, and then even more bizarre in this in-transition world of ours? The Kougaress contends, at this point, that the only sanity in our precious world is from folks themselves, what good folks bring to the table, that, and the Divine. That’s it. What’s been called ‘the leadership’ and now called ‘the authorities’... a whole lot of them, at this point, are freakin’ out-of-control insane. Just read the news stories... yeah, the ones reported by traditional ‘big corp’ media outlets. *They* have become so corrupt and corruptible, so essentially demonic in their natures anything and everything is justified. One simple example: to their way thinking, it’s okay to radiate people to death in order to save them. The naked body scanners at the airports, and also at many court buildings, deliver slow-kill doses of radiation. Sure, ‘big corp’ media may tell the truth in the fine print, so to speak. Maybe. However, the leading news story, the headline, always sells THE SPIN, the outright lie, that the airport scanners are really safe, with little risk... that the images taken of you aren’t kept in a database... THEY ARE. Not only that, that you’re really not naked. BUT, YOU ARE. Including, your butt. Yep, this is like the x-ray vision of Superman... only the bad guys and bad gals are using it. ON YOU. Imagine a world run by two year olds throwing tantrums... that’s what we have now... only far, far worse. ~~~~~~

2012 ~ Time Synchronicity ~ it’s sort of a wowser. At 2:12 am the Kougar began working on finishing [not quite there] her two year anniversary scene for Sedona and Volcano, not as an intended time to begin, simply as one of those neat synchronicity occurrences... Part 613 ~Sylva took a split second to make certain it wasn’t Zeke emerging through the door, then she pulled both triggers. And kept firing as she slowly moved backwards. She felt her stomach clench in sheer terror, yet determination gripped her. Stopped in his tracks the Darth Vader like soldier seemed about to topple over. Behind him, another soldier aimed what looked like a giant funnel at her. Shooting one of her guns at his shielded face, she stood her ground. Glad both pistols kept firing, Sylva felt her skin begin to burn. “No!” she screamed. And tried to shoot faster. Zeke sighted the fully charged ray rifle the moment he saw the robotic soldier stepping through his room’s door. Blasting, he moved forward at a fast pace. With satisfaction, he watched the thing crumple to the ground. He ran, his heart trapped in his throat. She had to be okay his woman. Some part of him knew his Sylva remained alive. From Coast to Coast am ~ Face in the Volcano CraterAug. 6, 2010, Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park-- According to Hawaiian mythology, the volcano goddess Pele is a shapeshifter. In her form as an old woman she's believed to reside in the crater Halema'uma'u inside the enormous Kilauea Caldera. She is called Kaluahine, the old woman of the pit. The lava inside the crater is several hundred feet below the floor of the caldera and you can only see its glow at night. I took the picture from the observation deck using night exposure on my camera and it clearly shows Pele Kaluahine's face inside the crater!--Igor ~~~

BEWARE: Yowling commentary ahead ~Un-schooling... what a delicious concept to this Big Cat. She heard the term today, and couldn’t agree more. Did you know the current school system was begun by a secret society in Massachusetts and is based on a Prussian, very repressive model of education? This secret society wanted this particular system so they could make Americans more docile and obedient. When this type of public schooling was attempted earlier in our history, the people took up arms against it. The Kougaress would have been more than happy to take up arms, claws, fangs against the public school system she endured until the age of sixteen. Yes, she had some absolutely wonderful teachers [teachers in general are great folks and moi adores them] – and she had a deep passion for learning. However the consequence to her spirit have been devastating in many ways. Overcoming the ill affects has been a lifelong job, a lifelong rehabilitation, and the constant recovery has been extremely difficult at times.~~~~~~

For one thing, it gave me an opportunity to observe them and their behavior. My heroes must be considered gamma because most of them consider it manly to help out their woman. Volcano just helped Sedona prepare a fruit salad in a recent scene I wrote. My heroes are dominant in certain ways, the important ways my heroine craves and loves. However, they also respect their woman's abilities. If not, she lets them know in no uncertain terms. Definitely *shrink* wouldn't work for any hero, imo, unless he was temporarily addled... under mind control... heck, as a woman, I wouldn’t be thinking my man shrunk back unless he did, and then, it would be goodbye time. ~~~~~~

Her heart pounded uncontrollably. Still, her hands remained steady enough. “Go, away! I’ll shoot,” she hollered. Steeling herself, she waited. Blood pounded in her ears. The door slightly shimmered, and appeared to become wavy. Another portal? A way to destroy the door? She took another step back. Intuitively knowing Zeke confronted his own dangerous situation, and with the Center under attack, Sylva figured she was on her own. “Meet your Maker.” Zeke ranged his weapon up and down the soldiers’ bodies, firing. His father did the same. Finally, the four collapsed to the floor, failing in their mission. When the door swung open mere seconds later, Zeke dead-aimed. Coon peered outside. “Ya got ‘em. Deader than dead.” Taking care, he moved outside. “Time we was rescuing my kin. Nevada, you and me. We’ll get the drop on the evil sidewinders. Zeke, couple of those black devils is trying to get yer bride. Please! *****************Purrs, my gamboling and glittery KitKats... some stray showers have moved in and it’s been an eventful day on the tame prairie... mostly in a good way... moi did re-injure her foot from putting too much extra weight on it carrying all the shopping stuff yesterday... so, that’s a downer... but, wahoo... the Kougar received one of those wonderful surprises that we authors are moved to tears over. Can you believe it’s now September? Whizz... whizz... whizz... time has become like a speed demon. No, this Big Cat can’t keep up and it doesn’t matter how many positive meows she mews... it’s the way it is. ~~~
Toadins came for a visit this evening. The Kougaress found her favorite big plump toad at the back door when she went outside. Ms/Mr. Toad has made an appearance a few times this summer, but not as many as last summer. And moi hasn’t seen nearly as many baby toads this year. ~~~

This author was also able to insert into this book the political climate witch is brewing in Texas and put it into the story line to make the whole book seem more realistic. Part 611 ~ Sylva knew that if she’d felt unnerved before, she did now. Pushing herself upwards, she kept listening for contact. It’s not that she had any idea what she could do about Snake or anything at all. Instinctively, Sylva gazed around the subtly lit room for weapons. Her eye landed on the glint of pistols, a pair of them mounted near the bedroom door. Rising, she grabbed up her robe and padded toward them. Of course, she had no idea if they were loaded. Though, on this Earth it was likely they were. Damn! Talk about living the adventure, she thought. Zeke aimed his gaze like he did his blasting weapons. A smoky residue billowed off the soldiers who had ignored their attack at first. Now, they appeared to weaken while frantically working to blow open the electro-magnetically sealed door. Two of them spun around to answer their fire. Shooting as one, Zeke and Nevada overpowered them and watched them slump to the floor. To Zeke’s eye, it looked as though the other four operated like automatons, impervious to what occurred around them. Whatever explosive elements they used began to unseal the door. Tiny neon blue cracks formed. Late evening purrs, my Beautiful Big Cats... a warmer day on the tame prairie, and windy... the almost-hot dry winds kept the tree leaves and limbs dancing for the most of the afternoon. In the morning, the blue sky was nearly covered with cumulus clouds... fluffy white clouds moving at a smart pace from west to east... moi has never seen anything like it before.
