Fight Back Against the FDA’s Attack on Supplements

The agency is deciding what to do about “old” supplements—tell them what you think! Action Alert!
Last year, we told you about the FDA’s massive attack on supplements that came in the form of a guidance document. That guidance is meant to provide clarity to supplement companies regarding “new supplements”—referred to as new dietary ingredients, or NDIs.
Federal law requires companies to submit a notification to the FDA before an NDI is sold in the US. Federal law also defines a NDI as an ingredient that was not marketed in the US before 1994—meaning that supplements marketed before 1994 are “old dietary ingredients,” or ODIs, for which no notification is required.
This leaves the question: how will companies know which supplements are considered NDIs and which are considered ODIs?
The FDA is asking for feedback from the public on whether or not to develop an official list of ODI ingredients.
While the creation of an official list may sound like a good thing, we think it’s possible that the FDA would use such a list to target supplements. FDA inspectors could simply go to a vitamin store with their ODI list, and anything that is either not on the list or doesn’t have an approved NDI notification would be wiped off the shelves.
ANH-USA has prepared comments to submit to the FDA that make the following points:
- As FDA staff have themselves pointed out, no law requires the creation of an ODI list; therefore, no ODI list should be created;
- If the FDA does decide to create a list, the omission of a supplement from the list should be “neutral”—meaning the exclusion of an ingredient from the list does not automatically make it an NDI;
- The list should never be closed, accepting new ODIs on a rolling basis;
- The FDA should broadly interpret the term “marketed” when creating an ODI list. The FDA has maintained that, for a supplement to be an ODI, it needed to be marketed in or as a dietary supplement before 1994. This excludes many nutrients that were in the food supply but not listed on the bottle of a supplement. Instead, the FDA should consider ODIs to be dietary ingredients that were sold, in any form, before 1994.
The FDA’s proposed NDI notification process remains one of the largest threats to the supplement industry ever. A win here would be a significant step toward fixing the mess that the FDA created.

Trump Declaration Of National Emergency Throws US Media Into Silence, And Global Elites Into Terror

Human rights abuse and corruption undermine the values that form an essential foundation of stable, secure, and functioning societies; have devastating impacts on individuals; weaken democratic institutions; degrade the rule of law; perpetuate violent conflicts; facilitate the activities of dangerous persons; and undermine economic markets. The United States seeks to impose tangible and significant consequences on those who commit serious human rights abuse or engage in corruption, as well as to protect the financial system of theUnited States
I therefore determine that serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States
The ability of President Trump to use American military forces during this now declared National Emergency, this report explains, are contained in what are called his nations War Powers laws—but with this conflict, mostly, being conducted in secrecy as Trump further declared “I therefore determine that for these measures to be effective in addressing the national emergency declared in this order, there need be no prior notice of a listing or determination made pursuant to this order.”—and who, without doubt, will be aided by the secret intelligence operation he has built around himself to battle against his “Deep State” enemies.

White House Prepares For Attack After Loyal Clinton

Being confronted with this MOSSAD evidence by the SVR on Friday (22 December) as to why these CIA operatives were operating within their monarchy, this report notes, UAE intelligence officials stated that they all had been hired by them to create a “spy empire”—and whose leader in doing so is an American citizen named Larry Sanchez—who is a former member of the CIA'sclandestine services—with Sanchez, also, during the Obama-Clinton regime, being under the direct command of then CIA acting Director Michael Morell.
Most concerning to the SVR about these CIA operatives building a “spy empire” in the UAE, this report continues, is that they have available for their private intelligence use a defacto air force that goes by the name of Emirates—that is one of the largest airlines in the world having a fleet of over 240 planes, and whose destinations cover the globe.
And in attempting to “trace/track” where these CIA operatives were dispersing to from the UAE, this report details, SVR analysts, during the past fortnight, identified 7 of them who had traveled toEurope—4 of whom landed in at the Frankfurt Airport in Germany, 2 whom landed at the Copenhagen Airport in Denmark, and 1 of whom had landed at the Stockholm-Arlanda Airport inSweden.
Though all 7 of these “indentified/known” UAE based CIA operatives had arrived to separate destinations in Europe during early December, this report says, on 16 December, all of them were “indentified/targeted” as being in close “range/proximity” to one another in Terminal 5 at the Stockholm Arlanda Airport, located in Sweden—and all of whom took separate flights to leave from, but whose initial destinations led them to Emirates connections which they flew back on to their new UAE “spy empire”.
Within 3 hours of these UAE “spy empire” CIA operatives leaving Sweden, though, this report grimly notes, news reports began to emerge stating that the prominent Swedish independent journalistBechir Rabani had been found dead in what local police reported were “suspicious circumstances”.

In this December 28th story from 'Tyler Durden' over at Zero Hedge titled "What Has Made America's Inner Cities Into A Violent Warzone?" they report violence is returning to some inner cities at levels not seen since the early 1990's drug wars.
