Zorich was at home with several family members and her pit bull, Kiya, when a St. Louis County Police Tactical Response Unit burst through the door without knocking, according to her suit. The unit had at least five officers with M-4 rifles, supported by at least eight uniformed officers.
The officers entered so quickly, Zorich’s suit alleges, that Kiya didn’t even have time to bark. A tactical officer fired three shots into the dog, and the dog’s “bladder and bowels released and she fell to the floor.” The dog “was laying on the floor in her own waste and blood struggling to breathe. She had a gaping hole in her chest.”
Zorich claims the officers kept trying to talk to her about the natural gas, but she was focused on her dog, whom she’d raised as a puppy and who (she says) had “never shown agression to any person.”

In March, the federal government removed the latest vaccine injury court statistics—more than a year’s worth of data—from one of its publicly reported charts. It was an abrupt departure from the normal practice of updating the figures monthly.
Wiping the latest data means the “adjudication” chart on a government website no longer reflects the recent, sharp rise in court victories for plaintiffs who claimed their children were seriously injured or killed by one or more vaccines.
Since January of 2014, twice as many victims have won court decisions than the previous eight years combined. In these court decisions, a judge ruled the evidence showed vaccines “more likely than not” caused the plaintiff’s injuries.

In 2010, the cybersecurity company Tiversa contacted LabMD to tell them that there'd been a security breach and that 9,000 files including clients' names, social security numbers, and medical diagnoses had been hacked. But Daugherty realized it was a scam operation by Tiversa-- they were the ones who hacked into LabMD and were trying to force his company to hire them to respond to the breach.
When Daugherty refused to hire them, Tiversa went to the FTC to tip them off about the "data breach." Subsequently, the FTC filed charges against LabMD, when they refused to sign a "consent decree"-- a plea deal that includes years of audits. The FTC used my company as a stepping stone to build common law, Daugherty complained, so they could increase their jurisdiction over the cybersecurity regulation of medicine. Notice the telling phrase on the sign: “AN INTERNATIONAL BIOSPHERE RESERVE.”
