...destroying anyone who dares own an animal...

Darling Precious KitKats, the Kougar has failed to post because of the ongoing health issues around her injured leg... this summer has been mostly purely hellacious... this Big Cat is unable to get all the stuff done she'd planned to accomplish... yeah, forget all of her winterizing plans... if the grid goes down for any length of time, local or otherwise, say goodbye to the Kougaress... just the brutal reality.

Okay then, here are EXPOSE'S of PETA, the sheer evil cruelty... this isn't limited to PETA, however. Please, the Kougar begs you, find out the REAL TRUTH about animal welfare organizations, the local shelter BEFORE you donate one penny... please, please, please... many of these organizations are total terrible scams that do nothing to help animals in real need... and many are just horrific killing centers.

"... The goal of these seizures appears to be destroying anyone who dares own an animal, even if they are loved and well cared for, with no concern for the actual health and happiness of the individual creatures they are “saving.”

Tim Stark of Tiger King Preparing Major Fight Against PETA, Says They Killed At Least 20 Percent of Animals Seized From Him

If you search for Tim Stark on Google, you might find yourself siding with People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals and believing that he is some kind of cartoon villain, torturing animals for his own sick monetary gain, but people who know him have a far different take on this complex man.

Stark, who ran the Wildlife in Need preserve in Indiana, has had all of his animals seized by PETA — and they are now looking to take his home after being awarded $750,000 by an apparent activist-judge for the legal fees they incurred while targeting him.

Though the extremist organization was allowed to take all of his animals and livelihood, Stark has never been charged for animal cruelty or abuse.

You see, the Tiger King personality has a very strong belief in free speech, and most importantly, the freedom to offend. When you speak to him, the words that come out of his mouth are almost shocking at times, because there aren’t very many people left in society that actually say exactly what they mean. This brashness has made him the perfect target for animal rights groups that need “bad guys” to make their money.

By all accounts from his friends, however, what Stark lacks in conventional etiquette during conversations, he more than makes up for with his close bond to animals.

“Imagine if you plucked Tarzan out of the jungle and stuck him in Indiana, that is Tim,” his friend Em Lambert, who has dedicated her life to researching and exposing the abuses of animal rights groups, told the Gateway Pundit. She described meeting him for the first time and seeing him walk right up to wild birds, who welcomed his company without fear.

While speaking to Stark, his contempt for the people who have been attacking him softened as soon as he began to discuss an animal that he has cared for. He would go from angrily talking about the “f-cktards” at PETA, to warmly describing a sweet little spider monkey that used to sleep in his bed with him. He believes that monkey is now dead after being seized by PETA.

The veteran told The Gateway Pundit, “I got attacked by a terrorist organization that the government is not only supporting, they’re funding.”

His honesty and way with words was refreshing in a world that has become so sanitized. During our first chat, for example, he asserted that his former lawyer was “as useless as a fishnet condom,” bringing some comedy and levity into a sad and serious conversation.

See, Stark is yet another victim of PETA, who abuse loopholes in the well-meaning Endangered Species Act to snatch animals from their homes, no matter how well they are cared for. The harassment campaign waged against him has become so ruthless that he threatened to commit suicide on a Facebook livestream in April.

“I fought this sh-t with our government, I guess going on about 15 f-cking years now,” Stark said in his somber video. “I grew up in the 70s and the 80s. I was obsessed with animals. Always have been, all my life. It’s all I’ve ever wanted to be around.”

He explained that in 2006, he was placed under investigation by the federal government for illegally selling an ocelot. He said that he had called the feds prior to the sale to ask if he was allowed to do it and how he should do it properly. They gave him no information, and did not tell him not to do the sale, but went after him for it a couple years later. Under advice of a friend and attorney, he pled guilty in 2008 and paid his fines.

Stark did not continue selling animals, telling his friend Lambert, “I don’t like putting a dollar figure on an animal head. I would much rather just give them away hoping they go to the right place.”

In 2015, PETA filed complaints against him with the United States Department of Agriculture to try and get his license revoked, citing the case seven years prior. Stark believes that this was because the infamous Carole Baskin had told the organization to go after him.

“They pushed it, they sued me, we won, they appealed, we won again. The USDA was being pressured by PETA to do all of that,” Stark said.

Stark explained that he was then sued by the USDA, who were essentially trying to re-litigate what he had already pleaded guilty to in 2008. He beat that, too.

“At this point, they decided to go and attack me for everything,” Stark said. “I had, more or less, a perfect record with the USDA for damn near 14 years.” All the way up, until PETA started “bullying, intimidating, illegally getting into our system” and taking over the USDA, he said.

Stark maintains that once PETA came after him, he started being written up for things that were entirely untrue, and that had never been an issue during inspections by the USDA before. He maintains that the organization, working with the Attorney General, created fake inspection reports to destroy him and his livelihood. “I proved it,” he asserted.

“It’s a corrupt f-cking system,” Stark said, sounding worn out and exhausted from the abuse. “If anyone would take the time to listen and look at the transcripts.”

At this point, Stark became the target of much larger lawsuits — including another one from PETA itself. He says that he did not believe that he had done anything wrong, so he did not think it would be hard to fight. He represented himself pro se.

Sadly, he lost to the notorious animal killers.

When PETA was granted the right by the court to enter Stark’s property and take his animals, he was not allowed to film them. This seems to be the case in every situation where they seize animals. It has left many wondering what the organization is trying to hide. If they are “saving” these animals from such poor conditions, why don’t they want anyone to see it?

“I was ordered off the f-cking property,” Stark told the Gateway Pundit, adding that any surveillance cameras he had were also ordered to be turned off. “Guess what they did to my security cameras? They cut all the wires.”

PETA did not just take the animals, they also took his personal property including cages and other supplies.

“They had permission to cut and destroy my cages. I had a lot of very expensive and large cages, they took cage after cage, food bowls, water bowls, everything,” he explained. The organization was originally only granted permission to take a certain list of animals, but that was later changed to “any animal they observed on the property” including cats, dogs and personal pets.

To protect his domestic pets, Stark began to take them off the property — and was arrested for it.

Stark explained that “these f-ckers actually came into my house while I was off the property. I had a lizard in my house that I was watching for a friend’s son while they were on vacation and they took not only the lizard, but the aquarium, heater, the lights, everything.”

Sadly, Stark believes that many of the animals PETA took are now dead.

“We have proof that some of my animals were dead before they ever got to the Indianapolis Zoo, two hours away. We also have 100 percent confirmation that some of the animals they sent to other places are also dead. They’ve already killed about 20 percent of my animals,” Stark said. “But I was the bad guy because I will stand up to anybody and everybody?”

One of the biggest problems with this seizure is that most of the things PETA targeted him over were perfectly legal.

Stark admits that he had declawed some tiger cubs and allowed people to interact with them, which, while many disagree with it, is not currently illegal. He was licensed by the USDA and was overseen and guided by their rules and regulations.

“They were fully aware that I was declawing cats,” he said. He was never cited for it.

“PETA are murderers,” Stark said, his tone extremely dire. “I can prove that and I will prove that.”

While he may have been declawing some animals, it is well documented that PETA kills the cats and dogs that are brought to their Virginia shelter. Stark believes that there are even more shocking and sinister actions being taken by the organization.

For example, one of the ways PETA has been going after privately owned zoos and exotic pet owners has been by targeting their veterinarians. When the vet backs off out of fear of ESA lawsuit, PETA then goes to the court and says “look, they don’t have a proper vet.”

Stark’s veterinarian was set to be his main character witness in his defense against PETA, but you all can probably guess what happened next.

“They said that I had violated the endangered species act by declawing some of my big cats and used them for public interaction, so they turned around and filed an intent to sue my vet,” Stark explained. “Remember, this is my main character witness, they threatened to sue him under the ESA, but said that if he agreed to stop being my vet they would drop the lawsuit.”

PETA went on to file the lawsuit against the vet, who was on his last couple years before retirement. Stark eventually convinced him to drop him as a client to save himself. Funny how an organization who claims to want the best for these animals went out of their way to block them from receiving proper veterinary care.

In their blatant propaganda about Stark, PETA also likes to paint an unfortunate incident related to the euthanasia of a leopard in the most horrific light imaginable, though they gleefully support euthanasia when they do it themselves.

Stark had taken in two leopard cubs that were surrendered to his wild life facility because they were very aggressive. He did not realize the reason that they were behaving that way until he found one dead in their enclosure. It turned out that they had Metabolic Bone Disease and were constantly dealing with the pain from hairline fractures they obtained while doing normal things, like playing.

One day, Stark was inside the enclosure feeding the leopard while holding a bat that he used as a sort of walking cane. The animal ran head first into it and fell over, twitching and frothing at the mouth. As a licensed animal caretaker, Stark immediately knew that the cub had just shattered his skull. Sadly, it would need to be put down — but his veterinarian was located 45 minutes away.

Stark, being well versed in all aspects of animal care, knew that letting the animal suffer for something that could not be fixed was inhumane. So, he used the bat to put it out of the misery.

While this sounds awful, manually applied blunt force trauma is one of several euthanasia techniques considered acceptable by the American Veterinary Medical Association.

“If blunt-force trauma is done correctly, it can actually be among the most humane of methods performed,” Dr. Gail C. Golab of the American Veterinary Association said in their euthanasia guidelines.

Stark maintains that the animal was no longer in pain within five seconds. He told the Gateway Pundit that he still believes that what he chose to do was the most humane method for him to handle the situation and makes no apologies for it. He also self reported this incident to his USDA inspector, despite no requirement for him to do so.

Writing about what is being done to Stark, the website AWVSAR reported, “PETA has deployed undercover operations on Tim by Shane M. to volunteer for four months and were faced with mysterious deaths and illnesses of animals.” This operation was “followed by massive letter writing campaigns, labeling him an animal abuser and libeling him in public forums.” They noted that this operation “caused multiple investigations by numerous government agencies (in which nothing was ever found wrong).”

“The end goal of these continued undercover investigations was to deny him of income and generally make it difficult to stay in business. Which is 100% a violation of the AETA (Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act),” the report continued. They also noted that on April 10, 2019, after a seven and a half hour long interrogation, Stark suffered a massive heart attack, and nearly died. “The physical heart problems still continue, but the heart of the warrior is growing nothing but stronger.”

“They should be assisting places like Wildlife in Need in upgrading facilities and training of staff and volunteers, instead they are holding siege on the Kingdom that Tim Stark set out to build as his life’s passion, and to fulfill his lifetime pursuit of Happiness,” they added.

“PETA has been labeled as terrorists by the United States government, so why does our government allow terrorists to have anything to do with my f-cking country?” Stark asked. “I spent six years in the United States Army. I thought I could fight PETA and I was doing damn good, then they started conspiring not only with the USDA, but the Indiana Attorney General.”

Stark is now being represented by Pierce Bainbridge and the National Constitutional Law Union Inc. (NCLU), who also represented Tonia Haddix against PETA when they seized six chimps from their beautiful private sanctuary — and he has big plans to fight back.

“Tim is yet another client we are representing that is falling victim to attacks from PETA. The way PETA is moving could appear as if they want to ensure that any animal that is covered under the Endangered Species Act should be under their control and ownership,” Stark’s lawyer John Pierce told the Gateway Pundit. “However many attempts PETA continues to make to own and take control of these animals from privately owned zoos and sanctuaries, I and the NCLU will continue to fight to save these animals. The NCLU is committed to helping people such as Tim Stark and other owners of wildlife refuges and we will not give up the fight until we find justice and protection that these animals deserve.”

Ryan Marshall, Chief Financial Officer and associate, pending admission, at the NCLU told Gateway that “the pain I viewed from PETA stepping in to take these animals is on the level of watching a person come in and rip children out of the arms of their parents. The heartbreak and pain you see is simply devastating.”

Those who wish to help Stark fight back against PETA can donate to the NCLU.

KOUGAR COMMENT: Thank you! Cassandra for EXPOSING PETA. Many years ago AJ exposed them because his ex-wife worked for PETA until she found out the truth. I know this extreme painful heartbreak, not because of PETA, but the local city shelter pulled the same horrific scheme against me and my mom. Honestly, I don't know how I've survived the endless heartbreak even though it was some 18 years ago. I later found out through back channels, while legally fighting back, that these cruel lying scumbags, had been paid about 25,000 to steal our unique beloved dogs. Hell can't describe what me and mom have gone through. Everything they pulled was cojmpletely ILLEGAL. A policeman on scene who was a dog lover even told told the shelter our dogs were NOT abused. Much later, I saw a picture of my precious Wolferton. The story said those who adopted him has been told he was two years old. No, he was ten years old. I lovingly called him my Grandfather Wolf at times. He'd sired several litters despite our best attempts to prevent litters. However, his progeny was incredible in every way. Beautiful in temperament and physique, and so lovingly smart. Whatever... all power to Tim Stark.

PETA Seized a Privately Owned Zoo’s Lion — In Part, Because It Loved the Owner Too Much

Bob Candy and his first lion Bu

One of the deceptively named ‘People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals’ biggest targets in recent years has been a Maryland man named Bob Candy.

If you were to simply read PETA’s library of breathless press releases attacking Candy, you would think that this man was running some sort of Hostel-style torture chamber for animals in the middle of the Tri-State Zoological Park in the small town of Cumberland.

Of course, as appears to be the case with every one of PETA’s leading villains, their descriptions and representations of him could not possibly seem to be further from the truth. Candy explained to the Gateway Pundit that the Tri-State Zoological Park does not purchase animals, simply provides a home to those who need it — in other words, it’s a rescue.

They say that animals are a great judge of character. Well, Candy is apparently such a good man that PETA actually argued in a court filing that one reason they needed to “rescue” the park’s lion was because it liked him too much — and that it was unnatural for a wild animal to care about humans.

The Gateway Pundit spoke to Candy about what this animal-killing organization has been doing to him and his zoo, which sits on sixteen acres of what used to be a campground. The conversation was jaw dropping.

PETA’s harassment campaign against Candy began all the way back in 2006, when they started sending letters about him to animal control. At that time, the organization would receive letters back assuring them that everything was fine and up to their standards at the park.

“In 2017, after the Endangered Species Act (ESA) changed, things really changed for having lions and tigers,” Candy explained. The organization began using a new loophole in the legislation that allows for private organizations and citizens to have standing and seize animals through the courts, all over the country, ever since. “We’re a small zoo, I’m a little guy. That makes me an easy target and they can use me to set precedent for larger cases in the future.”

The reason for PETA’s standing for a lawsuit, per the court, is that Candy’s park “frustrated their organizational mission.”

“As a preliminary matter, the Court addresses PETA’s standing to bring this suit. At trial, Defendants argued that PETA had not suffered a sufficiently concrete and particularized injury to confer standing. Based on the record evidence, however, the Court finds that PETA indisputably has standing,” the judge wrote in their ruling. “PETA as an organization may establish what is known as organizational standing on its own behalf. Organizational standing is conferred where the defendants’ misconduct causes injury to the organization by frustrating the organizational mission, thus requiring the organization to divert resources in response.”

The judge asserted that mistreatment of an animal is in “‘direct conflict with PETA’s mission of protecting animals’ and therefore evidence in favor of satisfying the ‘injury in fact’ element of the standing analysis.”

Organizations like the Animal Legal Defense Fund and PETA frequently boast about their cases setting new precedents, so what they are trying to do is not really up for interpretation. Previous lawsuits that they have brought against other animal owners were cited frequently in the court’s ruling in this case — even though many of those cases are under appeal.

The end goal of these organizations is to have no animals, including domestic pets, ever in human care. By targeting those who cannot afford to take on a massively funded and well-connected organization, they get closer and closer to their goal.

When the new ESA rules went into play, Candy had five tigers, lemurs, and one lion. The caretaker says their second lion had passed away from Addison’s Disease — while court filings from PETA’s vet, who never treated him, asserted that it was anemia. The organization used a photo of the emaciated and sickly looking lion in both the actual court, and the court of public opinion. Bizarrely, the judge argued that the vet who worked with the lion was not an expert, but PETA’s paid vet who was flown in was — despite never meeting the animal.

“This vet from California never saw the animal and wasn’t even in the picture until three years after we had to euthanize him,” Candy told the Gateway Pundit.

In 2017, PETA sued to have the lemurs removed from the park because Candy would allow people to interact with them — a practice the organization vehemently opposes because it is “not in their nature

Candy argued that an animal’s “nature” is what they have grown up with, as they have been bred in captivity for so many generations at this point.

“Nothing comes from the wild. They’re all raised in captivity,” Candy said of the animals. “There is no real ‘natural behavior’ for them anymore in captivity. We will try to replicate things that seem natural, but they are all different because they are raised differently. PETA tries to argue that every tiger and lion is the same, but it’s just not true.”

Candy noted that three of his tigers that were born at the park “coincidentally” got fatally sick during the process with PETA. He said that one became especially ill two days after representatives from the organization came and did a walkthrough of his park.

There seem to be a lot of coincidences, exotic animal owners have pointed out to the Gateway Pundit, in which mysterious fires break out, animals get loose, or they get sick… following PETA setting their sights on them.

PETA had been claiming that the lemurs needed to be with more animals of their own kind — so Candy sent them to a place with more lemurs. The move, despite being what they claimed they wanted, outraged the organization.

“They actually offered me, at one point, $150,000 to close the zoo, let them take all the animals, and promise that I will not have any animals there or at my house,” Candy said.

Their offer would include taking Candy’s groundhog who is part of a local tradition in Cumberland celebrating Groundhog’s Day. The animal, Western Maryland Murray, hasn’t been wrong yet in his 14 years of predicting the weather.

Of course, he did not accept their ridiculous offer. So, Candy says the organization went after his vet next.

“The hearing, I hate to say it, was a farce. They have been going after a lot of people’s veterinarians. That is one way that they battle,” Candy said. This has been alleged by multiple victim’s of PETA’s seizures, including Tim Stark, who Gateway recently interviewed

“They actually threatened my vet of ten years so much that he quit,” Candy said.

Just like in Stark’s case, PETA threatened to sue the local vet for treating the exotic animals — unless he agreed to their terms and stopped working with the park.

PETA also convinced the judge to not allow testimony from his next vet, claiming that she “wasn’t an expert.” Another witness Candy tried to call, who was an expert witness in a previous USDA case and has a PhD in big cat behavior, was also determined to not be an “expert” by the organization and the court that was siding with them.

“I was the only one left to testify, and the judge basically said that I wasn’t an expert on my own animals either,” Candy said. “So, they had their vet come out from California, even though it is illegal for them to come and diagnose animals in Maryland.”

The vet, Dr. Kim Haddad, has been used in several of these cases.

Candy said that PETA was paying a zookeeper from Nebraska $80 an hour, up to $800 a day, to be an expert witness for the organization. “He lied under oath. When you’re paying someone $800 a day to be your witness, do you think they’re going to say anything positive about us? Of course not. That’s not what they’re getting paid for. It’s a weird system.”

As other exotic animal owners have also alleged, including the owner of Cricket Hollow Zoo, whose owner Gateway recently interviewed, Candy says that undercover volunteers were sent to the park in 2014 — not to help make the place the best it could be — but to gather information that could help shut it down.

Candy says that he caught the two men sneaking into the zoo after it was closed for the winter and taking photos, but said that he wanted them to be able to “see the animals and feel good about what they were doing,” so he did not think much of it at the time. It turned out, the men were video and audio recording everything — a violation of the state’s two-party consent wiretapping laws.

Despite being the product of a crime, the court allowed their video to be used as evidence, just without the audio.

“We actually filed a criminal complaint, because it’s against the law. We waited until the negotiations were over, a week before the case started,” Candy said. “Well, PETA filed a complaint saying that we were intimidating their witness and the judge actually ruled in their favor.”

The judge ordered Candy to pay $56,000 in attorney fees for “intimidating their witness” by filing the charges — even though Candy was undeniably their victim.

Candy said that he will never pay the fine and would happily file for bankruptcy first.

When the undercover activists testified, the judge ordered everyone out of the room other than the parties involved and lawyers, and placed a gag on those who remained. Candy was not permitted to tell me what was said, or if they admitted to any crimes, during that portion of the hearing.

Ultimately, the judge ruled that PETA could take their two remaining tigers, 18-year-old Cheyenne and an over 10-year-old white tiger named Mowgli, as well as the then nine-year-old lion.

“The female lion I had raised since it was two days old. I got it because the mother wouldn’t nurse it and the guy who owned the mother knew that I was looking for another lion as a companion for mine,” Candy explained. “They said the reason that they had to take her was because she loved me too much. They said that it was unnatural.”

In her declaration to the court Dr. Haddad wrote of the lion Peka, “she is desperate for social interaction as witnessed by her abnormal interactions with Mr. Candy. On multiple occasions, Mr. Candy was observed reaching through the barrier and petting Peka. This is not normal behavior for a lion.”

PETA also claimed that the lion had a bad back leg, but Candy maintains that it was under control with his vet and that the USDA knew about the health issue as well. He says they agreed that she was still in good health.

“We make sure all our animals are in good shape, we are small, but that’s our priority,” Candy said. “No matter what we tried to do, there was always something else that they claimed was wrong.”

When PETA came and seized the animals, Candy said that they took them from the property while they were still sedated and without a veterinarian travelling with them. Additionally, the lawyers were helping drag the 500 pound tigers from their enclosures, which appears to be illegal — as there is no public contact allowed after a big cat reaches a certain age.

In this and many of these cases, particularly the ones involving big cats, PETA appears to be funneling animals to one specific sanctuary run by a man named Patrick Craig in Colorado.

Candy ended up filing a complaint over the handling of the animals and what he saw when he went to visit them. He says that when the lion left she was in perfect condition. When he went to see how the animals were doing, she was all beat up and covered in marks. The tigers were being held in small 16’ by 16’ enclosures, a massive downgrade from the thousands of square feet that they were used to.

The complaint has never been followed up on. Candy says that he has been told that one of the tigers has died — but nobody from PETA or the sanctuary will confirm either way. The Gateway Pundit called the sanctuary, who claimed that all of the cats are still alive, but said that they had no current photos of them to provide proof of life. “We just want to know if they’re okay,” he said.

Meanwhile, PETA has filed three complaints against the Tri-State Zoological Park based on things they have found in discovery, and of course, all of them have been followed up on by the USDA.

One would think that PETA and the sanctuary would be clamoring to show off the cats they “saved” from the alleged “hell hole,” and how great they are doing, instead of hiding them. It does not add up.

In May 2020, PETA helped file another lawsuit by working with a woman from New Jersey named Constance Collins who had visited the park in 2018 and says she “fell in love with all the animals and didn’t like the way they were being kept,” since they did not have standing to file it themselves. She claims that she is emotionally tormented by the animals being there as the reason she deserves standing.

PETA and Collins are seeking to have the rest of his animals removed by claiming that it is a “public nuisance,” likely seeking to use the precedent set in the case against a small Iowa farm and zoo that Gateway Pundit also recently covered. No neighbors or local law enforcement have complained about the park.

The litigation is ongoing — and just so happens to be being heard by the same judge as in his previous case.

“Here’s the thing. A judge should not be allowing a private organization like PETA to take your animals. There’s something wrong with that. It’s a violation of our rights. That’s like me saying ‘I don’t like the way you take care of your dog — give it to me,’” Candy said. If anything, he argued, a government organization should have handled the matter.

Candy acknowledged that under the ESA, private citizens and organizations are allowed to sue whoever they want — but that does not mean that the judge had to give them the cats.

The Tri-State Zoological Park is still open and running for now — though PETA is still fighting to take every animal.

PETA has claimed that they spent $1.2 million fighting Candy in the first lawsuit alone. Who knows how much they are willing to spend this time. For that price, they could have just helped Candy build state of the art enclosures to their liking and helped him hire more experienced workers. It was obviously never really about the well-being of the animals, though.

Those who wish to help contribute to Candy’s battle and continued care for his animals, can do so here.

PETA and Joaquin Phoenix Launch Campaign to Remove Bears From Beautiful Home and Place Them in Barren Cages

By Cassandra Fairbanks
Published August 13, 2021

One of the deceptively named People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals primary tactics is to hire celebrities that have worked with animals in the entertainment industry to do public relations campaigns against the people who own them.

It has become a clear pattern of behavior by the organization — whether the animals are being well cared for or not — because their goal is to end all animals in captivity, no matter the conditions.

To do this, the deceptively named organization destroys animal owners by launching massive smear campaigns alleging abuse and neglect, again, whether that is actually the case or not. They then sue to seize custody of the animals, play on people’s heartstrings, beg for donations using the animals as props, and set precedents that can be used to target broader groups of animal caretakers in the future.

This tactic is currently playing out with Brother Bear actor Joaquin Phoenix and a beautiful facility that happens to be the home of the bears that the star had no issue using for his own profit in the past, called Bearadise Ranch in Florida.

We Share Our Home With 14 Bears | BEAST BUDDIES

PETA, by their own admission, approached Phoenix to let him know that bears that were used as models for his film Brother Bear are being kept at the USDA licensed preserve. They claimed that these animals are being exploited because people are allowed to see them — and used the celebrity to bring headlines and public shame against the owners.

The bears travel for fairs and are used to teach people about the importance of conservation, as people are often more open to caring about such efforts when they are seeing a real animal right in front of them.

In fact, six out of eight species of bears native to the United States are threatened or endangered due to habitat loss, something the people at Bearadise Ranch hope to educate people about when they meet their bears at state fairs and other events.

The “animal rights” organization has presented no evidence of abuse or mistreatment, but claimed that it is an outrage that sometimes the bears travel… and that one of them was used as a ring bearer in a wedding. Since they cannot accuse Bearadise Ranch of actual abuse, they allude to it in their carefully crafted press releases by suggesting that the bears do tricks “likely because they fear what will be done to them if they don’t.” Apparently, positive reinforcement is not a concept that the bullies at PETA are familiar with.

The group exploits loopholes in well intentioned, but misleading, laws that have provisions which provide massive amounts of funding and grants for animals that have been “rescued” by the organization, despite their alarming track record of killing animals placed in their care.

In many cases reviewed by The Gateway Pundit, animals are pulled from beautiful lush homes where they can run and play and are placed in cold sterile “sanctuaries” to be used as fundraising props by the so-called “animal rights” organizations.

As usual, what PETA does not show people in their fundraising efforts is the beautiful preserve where they currently live, cared for by a family that has raised bears going back generations — and the grim isolation awaiting at the sanctuary where they are trying to move them.

At Bearadise Ranch, the animals have a large pond to swim, plenty of trees to climb, fresh vegetation, and a beautiful natural outdoor habitat. Their caretakers have dedicated their lives specifically to understanding bears and being able to provide enrichment and proper care to make sure they have happy and healthy lives.

In the countless videos from the preserve, the animals seem happy, healthy and bonded with the Weldes.

Here are photos of the sanctuary where PETA and Phoenix are trying to send them:

This is an actual picture of the “accredited sanctuary” that @Realjoaquin wants to send these bears to.

That doesn't look like a roadside zoo, either. That would actually be a compliment. That's an outdoor dungeon. Looks like a dump or junk yard. Those animals look doomed to filth & concrete. Looks like disease would breed there. This is @BearadiseRanch

“Bears have been in my late husband’s family for 92 years. After my husband passed away 4 years ago PeTA had been harassing me on a daily basis. It’s hell with them. They want to take my bears away and put them in an animal rights sanctuary and tell the public they were abused and ask for tax free donations to care for them. It’s a scam. All about the money,” Bearadise Ranch owner Monica Welde told the Gateway Pundit.

Welde added that, “we go above and beyond what is required by federal and state agencies to give our bears a good life.”

In fact, Bearadise has 15 acres of land with five separate habitats within it.

“My bears have a huge pond with fish to swim in and every other habitat has a pool for enrichment, exercise and cooling off,” Welde explained.

Johnny Johnsen Welde originally began training bears in Norway in the 1920s, before running away with the circus and joining Ringling Brothers in the 1940s. The love for bears continued to be a big part of their family, and now his grandson, the third generation, is raising and training these bears with his mother, continuing after his father’s unfortunate passing. They have worked with Walt Disney, Universal Studios, and 20th Century Fox — just to name a few.

PETA claims that the bears are being transported for jobs in poor conditions, but the transport used by Bearadise Ranch is state of the art — and anyone can see that it is much nicer than the trucks from Project Chimp that PETA has used in previous animal grabs.

The goal of these seizures appears to be destroying anyone who dares own an animal, even if they are loved and well cared for, with no concern for the actual health and happiness of the individual creatures they are “saving.”

TWITTER COMMENT:

Phony "actorvist" forgot those bears for 18 years. Now he suddenly wants these sensitive, sentient beings riipped away from their bear paradise home & the family they've loved all their lives. This is the real @BearadiseRanch https://youtu.be/q1bZWZAwrVs

In 2020, PETA seized three chimps from a smaller sanctuary — and they were quickly killed by other chimps at the organization’s partner “sanctuary” Project Chimps. This “sanctuary” has been accused by 22 whistleblowers of absolutely shocking cruelty and neglect, including of some of the very animals the “animal rights” organization has “rescued” in the past. They have been cited by the USDA for multiple violations of the Animal Welfare Act.

Tigers and a lion seized from a rescue in Maryland have been missing with no proof of life since February of last year. The Gateway Pundit called the sanctuary, who claimed that they are alive — but said that they had no current photos of the animals.

Em Lambert, a researcher who has dedicated her life to stopping PETA’s bullying and abuse of the law, told the Gateway Pundit that she would “like to see the condition of missing animals that PETA has ripped from their homes previously before they are allowed to destroy the lives of another animal family.”

Those who wish to contribute to help Bearadise Ranch fight back can do so here.

Subject: How Big Tech Helped The Taliban
Date: Aug 17, 2021 12:45 PM

It has been widely reported that Taliban leaders used Facebook’s WhatsApp and Twitter to help capture Kabul. Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid enjoys free reign on Twitter with an account that has over 300,000 followers.

Facebook’s WhatsApp has become the de facto communication platform of the Taliban, who reportedly used the service to spread propaganda, communicate with residents of Kabul, and share official statements with the world.

In messages apparently distributed to Kabul residents via the messaging group WhatsApp, the group proclaimed that “we are in charge of security for Kabul.” The messages listed telephone numbers in various neighborhoods that citizens should call if they saw problems such as looting or “irresponsible” behavior on the part of armed individuals. Source

Meanwhile Twitter and Facebook banned the sitting President of the United States back in January and millions of conservative Christians face shadowbans, deplatforming, and blacklisting at the hands of Big Tech companies. If you are a Christian conservative in the United States of America you are treated worse and have less freedom online than the Taliban.

The significance of Big Tech’s involvement in the destabilization of Afghanistan is largely being ignored by the likes of the ADL, SPLC, and the many other activist groups who for years have lobbied Big Tech platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, and more to deplatform and defame Gab and our community.

Facebook and Twitter are once again getting a pass for the many horrors of humanity that they allow to occur on their platforms, while Gab is demonized and deplatformed for giving a home to political dissidents in the United States and other Western countries.

Gab doesn’t host the Taliban. When the U.S. government tells us America’s enemies are on the platform, we take action. Facebook and Twitter do not.

Gab has zero tolerance for threats of violence, terrorist propaganda, and illegal activity. Our community has thousands of group moderators and volunteers who proactivity report and take action against illegal content on our platform.

Gab permits politically incorrect, but fully legal, speech on our platform. The vast majority of the tens of millions of people in our community are normal Christian conservative people who are simply fed up with Big Tech tyranny. A small minority of people in our community use “offensive” but legal language that the mainstream press, activist groups, and Big Tech tyrants have painted as “dangerous.” Apparently more dangerous than the Taliban.

In times like these it’s “dangerous” to think for yourself. It’s dangerous to speak freely. It’s dangerous to point out that Facebook and Twitter get a free pass on the rampant child exploitation, terrorist groups, live streamed murders, and illegal activity that pervades these platforms.

Big Tech played a tremendous role in the embarrassing travesty that is unfolding in Afghanistan and it’s time to start talking about it.
