Security staff at an Omaha Beef baseball game at the Ralston
Arena body slammed and cuffed a fan for not wearing a mask while eating
in the stands with his family at a game. Then they dragged him out of the game.
His son is seen crying at the end of the video. How awful.
Then the local police come — without masks on — and lecture him about “fighting” in the stadium! WTH?
This was pure insanity!

First let us thank you again for your loyal support and prayers which saved me from the deadly snare so carefully placed by Congressman Adam Schiff and Robert Mueller and his dirty cops. My family and I would never have survived without your help.
I resisted their unbearable pressure to falsely testify against the President, my friend of 40 years, and was therefore put before a rigged Soviet style show trial in Washington, D.C., and essentially condemned to death in a dank COVID-19 infested prison.
Now they are dragging me back into Federal Court once again – on totally fabricated charges!
Despite the full and unconditional pardon granted to me, by President Donald Trump the very same cabal of Trump-hating Democrats and their confederates in the vicious Fake News media sought to use "guilt by association" to tie me baselessly to the illegal acts of January 6th.ABC News, CNN, and MSNBCall pushed this baseless smear.
To our shock last Friday, the U.S. Department of Justice filed a – flawed and sensationalized – civil lawsuit against my wife and me to collect back taxes. They also implied that we have evaded taxes which is categorically false.
Within minutesCNN, The New York Times, MSNBCand all the same Fake News outfits who falsely insisted for three solid years that I worked with the Russians to elect Donald Trump in 2016 were celebrating this unnecessary and contrived attack on me – once again.
In fact,we have neither under-reported income nor hidden any assets of any kind.This lawsuit is politically motivated harassment fueled by the partisan prosecutor's fury and liberal hysteria over the fact that, by the grace of God, President Trump saw the clear corruption of my trial and had the strength and the courage to correct this injustice by issuing me a grant of clemency and a full and unconditional pardon. It has made the haters wild.
Please recognize that the Justice Department filed their civil suit against me at 6 PM on a Friday with no notice whatsoever to my tax attorneys with whom they have been in regular contact. This demonstrates the political motivation of these highly contrived charges.
In fact months of on-going good-faith negotiations between my tax attorney and the IRS to settle this debt went silent the day after the inauguration of Joe Biden AND after we submitted a MOUNTAIN of updated financial information in ongoing settlement negotiations.
That my wife and I owe a significant amount in federal taxes has been a matter of public record for several years. This is not news. We had worked diligently with the IRS to pay down our tax debt until we were financially destroyed by the politically motivated and corrupt Mueller investigation.
After making over three years of escalating monthly payments on time without missing once per a settlement agreement adjusted by the IRS multiple times, between the cost for lawyers for my defense plus the immense cost of just reviewing the 3 terra-bytes of evidence that Mueller and his thugs dropped on me (if piled end on end it would be the height of the Washington Monument times 3) and my inability to make a living writing and speaking while preparing for trial and ultimately being gagged for 16 months, I simply ran out of money to pay them.You can't get blood out of a Stone.
We lost our home, our savings, my car, most of our insurance and even had to liquidate the small fund we had put aside from my book sales to pay for the college education of our grandchildren.
The claim in this lawsuit that my wife and I are living a lavish lifestyle is a cruel joke in view of the fact that we are still struggling to pay for housing, groceries, medical and dental expenses and gas for Mrs. Stone's "luxurious" 2012 Audi with 98,000 miles on it.
Evidently I am being held to a far different standard than Hunter Biden who is in fact living a lavish lifestyle and the status of whose federal tax investigation we have no report on whatsoever. Hunter just moved into a $4.5 Million dollar home in the pricey Hollywood Hills that rents for $25,000 a month.
Then there is the case of the "Reverend" Al Sharpton who is reported to owe more than $8 million in unpaid taxes. Is the Biden Justice Department suing Reverend Al?
The DOJ's claim that we secretly live a lavish lifestyle – it's pure bunk. I sold my car to pay the lawyers but a friend died and left Mrs. Stone a 2006 Mazda with 120,000 miles on it. The transmission died last week and the cost of replacing it is greater than the value of the car.
The total censorship of all my words or books on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram has taken its toll in their sales. The destruction by the FBI of all of my digital broadcast equipment when they raided my studio in Oakland Park, Florida the same day they raided my home to arrest me for theCNNcameras has made getting my new video/podcast up more difficult.
The smear tactics used against me have soured two promising podcast/radio deals. My Podcast "Get Stoned: your daily rundown on politics with Roger Stone" and "Perfect Clear" with Tyler Nixon will debut soon at StoneColdTruth.com.
This Biden Department of Justice civil suit is, however, a clear sign that the smear campaign of "guilt by association" to tie me baselessly to the illegal events of January 6th (Witch Hunt 2.0) has failed. In fact, any statement, claim, insinuation, or report alleging, or even implying, that I had any involvement in or knowledge of any unlawful acts by any person or group in or around the U.S. Capitol or anywhere in Washington, D.C. on January 6, 2021, is categorically false.
These new charges are both contrived and sensationalized. The claim that my wife and I funneled money anywhere to live a lavish lifestyle is preposterous and will be exposed at trial as patently ridiculous. The revenues to the LLC cited in the DOJ complaint have been fully and accurately reported in our tax returns for over 20 years and all income has been taxed. We hid nothing.
In fact we have survived only through prayer and due to the generous and strong support by many great patriots who contributed to theStone Legal Defense Fund.
I hope you will consider contributing to help us once more… I must hire the best tax attorneys in my home state to fight the Biden Justice Department and I hope you will help me do it. I am still contending with no less than nine frivolous harassment civil suits filed by a single crank but which still must be defended in court.
