Another damn *politically correct* attack on people who dare to have pets. Who dare to enjoy their beloved animals. Oh no! you aren't allowed to let your dog or cat follow nature as in eating a meat-based diet, as Mother Nature designed them to be.
Look! You cruel little moron idjits, animals were not originally designed to merely live in the wild, as in BORN FREE. Obviously, that was part of the overall design. However, since the time of the human race on this planet, animals were also Creator-designed to be domesticated helpers, to be companion-friends and comforters--to be a type of loving soul mate [it has to be said in this day and age: 'not' loving as in bestiality].
Yes, animals have souls of their own, somewhat different than humankind souls. Yet WE ARE ALL JOINED IN THE GREAT DIVINE. Animals have their own sacred path, and often choose to be with humans. Yes, their choice.
Why does 'anyone' have the right to tell animals THEY MUST ONLY LIVE, ONLY EXIST IN THE WILD? That the path they have chosen is wrong. That they are not allowed to be with or interact with humankind.
Some animal beings want to know what being LOVED by humans is like. They learn from us as we learn from them. It's a mutual beneficial relationship.
And yes, some animals choose to sacrifice themselves as food in this third dimensional experience. Why don't we respect and cherish this choice.
In truth, this Big Cat is squeamish about that aspect of living on Earth--and doesn't really like it. However, that is the current reality. In fact, many of us, choose to make certain sacrifices in this life experience. Why can't animals make that choice also?
VEGAN GIRLFRIEND POSES ULTIMATUM TO BOYFRIEND: ME, OR YOUR MEAT-EATING CAT
Control freak vegan argued ‘the very act of owning a pet is a violation of vegan principles’
A Redditor documented his adoption of veganism to please his controlling vegan girlfriend, only to have her turn around months later and insist he get rid of his cat due to its carnivorous diet.
Appearing in r/relationship_advice (and crossposted in r/antivegan), the man, 22, described how he and his girlfriend, 21, of seven months were compatible and agreed on most things, including that he would switch up his eating habits to adopt a “cruelty-free” lifestyle.
“Me, already being a pescatarian, had little difficulty transitioning to a fully plant based diet,” he wrote. “My GF was proud of me for going cruelty free and everything seemed well. We became ‘the vegan couple’ on our college campus.”
The problem arose when he introduced her to Mittens, his furry four-legged feline companion of three years.
“I’ve had her for three years and I adore her,” the man said about Mittens. “She’s such a sweet and cuddly cat.”
“However, my GF was always a little apprehensive around her, and she blamed it on not growing up around cats. After a while we sort of made a tacit agreement to mostly hang out at her apartment instead of mine, so Mittens never really came up again in conversation.”
After spending “a lot of time together” during the covid lockdown, the couple decided to move in together, but she had one condition – get rid of Mittens.
“After a lot of talking and planning, my GF sat me down and dropped a bomb shell on me. She said that with this next phase of the relationship, she did not see a future with me unless I was willing to give away Mittens,” he wrote.
The militant vegan girlfriend argued, “owning a cat is unconscionable for vegans, because they hunt mice and eat meat,” and additionally claimed “the very act of owning a pet is a violation of vegan principles.”
The man explained Mittens is fed a carnivorous diet as directed by his veterinarian, and told her he was “absolutely not willing to give up Mittens.”
“My gf got mad and said ‘how much flesh does your cat eat? How many animals died to make all that food? Would you be okay with that being human flesh?’” the man described.
The man says he asked why she hadn’t raised the concerns sooner and stormed back home to “snuggle with Mittens,” adding, “Although the mood soured a bit when my GF sent me a link to a Reddit thread advocating for the extinction of domestic cats. Sigh.”
Receiving feedback on the post, Redditors informed him he was being manipulated by a control freak.
“Your girlfriend is trying to manipulate you by lying about what veganism is,” one person summarized.
“If she was truly concerned about animal cruelty she wouldn’t advocate to make your cat homeless or put him down! Throw the whole girl out,” another person responded.
In a follow-up post, the man explained he’d broken up with the vegan, and supplied aphoto of Mittens.
“Many users said that this situation was about control, not veganism, and looking back, I do see a pattern of control on my GFs part. I was blind to it I guess.”
“I called my GF and said I was not willing to give up Mittens under any circumstances, and given the recent issues we’d had, and our incompatible views, I thought it was best that we parted ways,” he said.
“I said she deserved a partner that shared her values. She then asked if we were breaking up, I said yes. There was some anger on her end but otherwise the situation actually went better than I expected.”

TRADER JOE’S PUSHES BACK AGAINST CANCEL CULTURE

Popular grocery chain Trader Joe’s is pushing back against cancel culture after an online petition demanded the chain remove “racist packaging” from its products.
Trader Joe’s resisted claims that its ethnic food brands, such as “Trader Jose” and “Trader Ming”, are racist and said the company makes decisions based on customer purchases and feedback.
“We want to be clear: we disagree that any of these labels are racist. We do not make decisions based on petitions,” Trader Joe’s stated. “…Decades ago, our Buying Team started using product names, like Trader Giotto’s, Trader José’s, Trader Ming’s, etc. We thought then — and still do — that this naming of products could be fun and show appreciation for other cultures.”
“For example, we named our Mexican beer ‘Trader José Premium’ and a couple guacamole products are called ‘Avocado’s Number’ in a kitschy reference to a mathematical theory,” Trader Joe’s continued. “These products have been really popular with our customers, including some budding mathematicians.”
The petition only generated a few thousand signatures, and it’s quite possible that Trader Joe’s sells more than that of its ethnic food items a day.
In other words, the company is allowing its customer base to make decisions instead of a mob consisting of people who may not even shop at Trader Joe’s anyway.
The company may have rediscovered its backbone after watching Goya Foods sales skyrocket after its CEO refused to apologize to the mob for complimenting President Trump.
“So, you know, I’m not apologizing for [praising], and especially if you’re called by the President of the United States, you’re [not] gonna say ‘no, I’m sorry, I’m busy. no, thank you.’ I didn’t say that to the Obama’s and I didn’t say that to President Trump,” CEO Bob Unanue said.
