A very sobering new Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that by 0400 Moscow Time on 9 April, US and NATO warplanes operating in the Levant War Zone retreated to their various Middle Eastern staging bases and sea platforms (aircraft carriers) without their having violated the new rules of engagement (ROE-”Red Line’) imposed by Russiaon these hostile Western military forces—and whose swift withdrawal came in the aftermath of a failed, and unprovoked, Israeli airstrike on a Syrian air base whose air defenses obliterated 5 of the 8 missiles fired at it. Foreign-owned company linked to Chinese national & Clinton scandals to manage US phone database
America’s most sensitive phone records will soon fall under the control of a foreign-owned company that once employed a Chinese national and whose owners had given money to Bill Clinton amid a sanctions scandal.
As of Sunday, April 7, the phone record database, which is central to “all significant criminal and national security investigations” accordingto Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-N.Y.), will be managed by Telcordia, a subsidiary of Swedish telecommunications company Ericsson which was accused of giving “pay-for-play” cash to Bill Clinton to escape sanctions in Iran while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State.
Additionally, in 2016 US intelligence agencies found out that Telcordia was using a Chinese national to help write the phone record database, which was a direct violation of a federal requirement that only US citizens could work on the project due to national security concerns.
“These officials fear that if other countries gain access to the code, they could reap a counterintelligence bonanza, learning the targets of U.S. law enforcement and espionage investigations,” reported the Washington Post at the time.

According to this report, on 4 March, former Russian military intelligence officer Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia were reported by the British government to have been poisoned by Russia—but with their failing to report that the only people having a motive to kill Sergei Skripal were those aligned with the “Deep State” as he was instrumental in fabricating the fake “Trump-Russia Dossier”, information about which he was ready to exchange with Moscow in return for his being allowed to return home.
With Secretary Boris Johnson claiming that UK chemical weapons scientists at Porton Down (located mere kilometers from where the Skripals were poisoned, and in the past has killed British soldiers in secret chemical weapons tests) had confirmed that they not only had a sample of the supposed nerve agent that poisoned the Skripals, but that it had been used in this attack, this report continues, Russian intelligence experts found it bizarre that Porton Down then received £48 million for a new defense centre immediately afterwards—but that, apparently, wasn’t enough of a “bribe/payoff” as, just hours ago, Gary Aitkenhead, Chief Executive of the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory at Porton Down, said that while his scientists managed to identify the chemical used in the Skripal poisoning case as a “military-grade nerve agent”, they were unable to determine its “precise source”.
As President Putin has correctly noted that, according to international experts, about 20 countries around the world are able to produce similar nerve agents, this report says, Russia has consistently maintained that the proper venue for investigation this “UK poisoning charade” is the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), whose investigation into this matter has just begun in the Hague—but that comes at the same time Walter Litvinenko (the father of Alexander Litvinenko who was “false flag” poisoned in London a decade ago that was blamed onRussia too) is warning that his experience with the UK’s intelligence services shows that the Skripals may be deliberately murdered, and is why Russia isn’t being allowed to see them in violation of international law, and who said:

Though cheered by the American people, who didn’t know any better, this report says, the US climbing towards energy independence was followed by China becoming the world’s largest importer of oil—that makes it the source of marginal demand for oil in the world—and with Russia being the world’s second largest oil exporter, that makes Moscow one of the suppliers of the marginal barrel of oil on the world market, thus makes them the marginal supplier and marginal buyer who are able to set the price oil, and, most importantly, determine the currency it will be sold in—and that isn’t the US Dollar.
Quickly seizing this historic opportunity to destroy the “petrodollar system” once and for all, this report continues, Russia built two massive oil pipelines to China able to deliver 600,000 barrels a day valued at over $7 billion a year (at today’s current price of $65 a barrel for Urals crude) that has allowed Russian gold reserves to hit an historic high—and to such an extent, Russia’s gold reserves have now overtaken China’s in another blow to US Dollar dominance—and is, also, allowing Russia to not only boost its own gold reserves, but to increase gold sales to both China andIndia.
