The players are in place and they are awaiting their predetermined signal. The plan is simple, yet comprehensive and relentless. The subversive groups plan to create as much chaos as possible. The stage has been set for UN intervention. Gun confiscation confiscation will be the first order of business. FBI Admits That 25,000 Chinese Spies Are Freely Operating Within the United States
The Washington Times and many other media outlets, on July 11, 2017, previously reported on the FBI’s 25,000 spies that are operating inside the United States and the FBI cannot and does not want to track them. Why? Because the FBI was hopelessly compromised by Obama administration, Deep-State holdovers who are working to to fulfill their mission which will culminate in the fall of the United States.
In the Bundy ranch attempted takeover, the planned-t0-be attemped confiscated land was to be handed off to the Chinese solar company Cinta. Cinta is a front group for the Chinese military. I have previously covered how many Cinta operations lie adjacent to major American military bases (eg Nellis AFB and Luke AFB).
It should also be noted that on July 4, 2016, then FBI Director, James Comey, said there were ISIS cells operating within all 50 states.
The Composition of the UN Security Council
The UN Security Council is composed of 15 Members. There are five permanent members and 10 ad hoc members. Steve Quayle was correct when he said it was important to pay attention to the permanent members. The composition of this group consists of members who are enmies of the United States and the five permanent members consists of China, France, Russian Federation, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
The presence of the threat posed by the presence by the Chinese and Russians is obvious. However, even the French and the British are compromised. The French are in the process of destroying their own country by admitting millions of Middle Eastern Muslims who refuse to assimilate and have carried out heinous acts of terror on French soil. And of course, the UK is compromised by their status with the Rothschild Banking Cartel.
The Bush Family of Presidents Close Dozens of American Military Bases
Steve Quayle was correct about the closure of bases under former President George H.W. Bush in which over 100 bases were closed. Some of the base closures were not completed until Clinton took office, but Bush Sr. was the catalyst.
On Sept. 8, 2005, the Department of Defense’s Base Closure and Realignment Commission(BRAC) gave President George W. Bush a list of 20 major military installations that it had determined were no longer necessary for the nation’s defense. The president signed off on the list, and despite tepid opposition, it passed through the House of Representatives. By the end of the year, it was enacted, and a deadline was set: On or before Sept. 15, 2011, the 20 bases would shut their doors. Most of the bases closed under Obama were scheduled for closure under Bush.
Since then, there have been multiple civilian sightings of UN planes landing at American Air Force bases and these troops are transporting UN troops and/or having UN markings.
The Internet has been abuzz with reports and photos of UN military vehicles on US soil. Many people are looking at this as a shocking development. The following has been reported as if this were some novel and recent event:
“Military U.N. vehicles have been spotted in Virginia, shocking motorists and sparking conspiracy theories.The white trucks, equipped with large off-road tires, were seen being transported on Interstate 81 and this is just one example of the hundreds of reports I have received. In the accompanying documentation the UN vehicles are Alpine Armoring’s Pit-Bull VX SWAT Truck models.Jeff Stern posted photos of the vehicles on Facebook, writing: ‘Can’t begin to tell you how many of these I passed today on 81 near Lexington VA. Interesting times ahead!”
“Fernando Johnson questioned online: ‘Tactical Vehicles, with bullet proof glass? Whatever could those be for, and why are UN vehicles here, in THIS country?!”
This is just one such report representing hundreds I have received through the years. As alarming as this appears to be, it is just part of an ongoing operation of the pre-positioning of foreign assets on American soil in preparation for the takeover.
Yesterday the Larry Nichols and Jack Easum reported in a story I carried in Part Two that 10 additional military bases are going to be closed and handed off the to the United Nations.
Conclusion
Steve Quayle’s summary observations were verified with a minimial amount of reference material. The body of evidence to support Steve’s statement could fill several libraries.
There are some who think I have gone off of the deep end when I speak about FEMA camps and the intention of the TPTB to put millions of us in FEMA camps where life and death decisions will be made. “Seven Days In January”: Arrests Begin As Trump Counterattacks Against Obama-Clinton Coup

Unbeknownst to Trump in March 2016, Paul Manafort had become an “operative” for the Obama-Clinton regime who had been wire-tapping him since 2014 due to his money laundering activities related to his working in Ukraine
Once embedded into Trump’s campaign, Paul Manafort brought into it the “foreign policy advisor” named George Papadopoulos.
Once both Manafort and Papadopoulos were embedded in the Trump campaign, Fusion GPS contracted with former MI6 Russian Desk operative Christopher Steele to begin creating what is now being called the “Russian Dossier”.
While Steele was creating his fake “Russian Dossier”, Paul Manafort engaged in continuous efforts to get Trump to meet with certain Russian oligarchs.
Likewise, George Papadopoulos engaged in sustained efforts to get Trump to meet with people associated with Russian intelligence and/or those close to President Putin.
Though neither Trump, nor any of his campaign associates, accepted any of the “Russian meetings” proposed by either Manafort orPapadopoulos, in June 2016, Fusion GPS was able to insert one of their paid operatives, named Natalia Veselnitskaya, into a meeting with Trump’s son Donald Jr..
As to the “how’s and why’s” of the Obama-Clinton regime even allowing a major US presidential campaign to have appointed as its campaign chairman a person they knew was under constant surveillance due to his criminal activities, this report continues, is a criminal act in and of itself—and that was realized by NSA Director Admiral Michael Rogers—who, in mid August 2016, notified Trump of what was occurring—with Trump then leaking the facts of Paul Manafort’s criminality to the New York Times and then promptly firing him.
Immediately after Trump won his November 2016 presidential election, though, this report further notes, NSA Director Admiral Rogers then defied his US military chain-of-command and flew toNew York City in defiance of President Obama to meet with Trump—and where (presumably) he laid out the entire outlines of the coup plot being planned.

With Special Counsel Muller being in charge of preventing the coup against President Trump, this report details, he allowed George Papadopoulos to remain free in order to use him as an “informant”—and who was sent to London to meet with MI6 operative Christopher Steele who had created the “Russian Dossier” for Fusion GPS—but with Papadopoulos being secretly arrested at Dulles International Airport, in Washington D.C., upon his return on 27 July 2017.

My Dinner with Time Traveler Andrew Basiago
Present day scientists agree that the ability for time travel and teleportation IS possible, but don’t say WHEN. Would it surprise you to learn that we already have the technology and ability to transverse time NOW and that we’ve had it for well over 50 years? It appears that the government has been experimenting with teleportation since the 1950’s, according to military whistle blower and Washington attorney, Andrew Basiago. I was up in Mt. Shasta, California recently and had the opportunity to dine with Andy and question him firsthand. Unusual dinner conversation? You bet! I found his story compellingly credible and his memory for details worthy of a Mensa candidate (which he is). I can hardly remember what I ate I was so captivated by his story.
Basiago’s involvement as a time traveler for Project Pegasus, a Defense Advanced Research Project Agency program (DARPA) started as a young child in the late 60’s and continued through his teen years. He was recruited by his father, who worked in military intelligence. Andrew’s dad was a part of the “time-space program” known as Project Pegasus which utilized Nikola Tesla technology for teleportation. (This explains why over 50% of Nikola Tesla patents and research materials have been placed under lock and key by the defense department for reasons of “national security”.)
The military’s experimental use of young children of military intelligence personnel is legendary. As a clinical therapist once practicing in the Norfolk, Virginia area, home of the Atlantic Fleet and several military bases, I treated a few grown-up candidates from some of these covert programs. They included everything from mind-control to inducing dissociative states in children to create an alter personality to carry classified information without detection. It was the penultimate spying program (see MKUltra). It was hard to believe such tales at first, but their stories were all eerily similar and were not elicited under hypnosis. Most of these programs are covert and not openly sanctioned by the government or, oftentimes, not even known about by even the top military brass. So it wasn’t much of a stretch for me to keep an open mind about what Andy was sharing regarding his own experiences working for several secret military programs.
Much was first reported about Andy’s time travel in the Huffington Post in 2012. He recounted how he had traveled back in time to President Lincoln’s Gettysburg address (and was caught in a photo), as well as forward in time to the year 2045. Each time his handlers had him report back in detail what he saw, political and social details, and who the president was during that time. He claims that after a very early time traveler leap into the future he reported back that there was a black president named Barack Obama. He confides that his handlers were especially interested in identifying future presidents in order to foster and shape their early development. Andy claims that many of the most recent presidents, including both Bushes, Clinton and Obama were told of their future presidential roles long before they came into power. Andy even reports being involved on a project where he briefly roomed with a young black man named Barry Soetoro (later to take the name Barack Obama). Interestingly, Obama has acknowledged knowing Andy Basiago as well as being familiar with Project Pegasus. As to any further details regarding his involvement–he has remained mum. As Captain Spock would say, “Fascinating.”
Some people may recall hearing the term Project Pegasus from its use in the Stargate Atlantis TV series. However, it’s no secret in Hollywood that deep space stories as well as the film The Day the Earth Stood Still were scripted based on info gathered from military film consultants who suggested such ideas. Truth is often hidden in plain sight under the guise of fantasy. I myself wondered how accurate time travel was, as portrayed in film and TV, with Andy’s own experience. Can we go back in time and correct some horrendous event such as the realm of Hitler or John F. Kennedy’s assassination? Unfortunately, the answer is “no.” If it could be corrected, we wouldn’t even know about it ever having happened to go back and try to correct it in the first place. Not even Stephen King’s time traveler character could go back and undo the Kennedy assassination in his book 11/22/63. Too bad.
I also had to ask Andy whether teleportation is anything like Star Trek’s “beam me up Scotty” holodeck? According to Andy, this would be impossible for humans, unlike inanimate objects. Atomic cellular reconstruction from point A to point B is just too complex. The re-assembled human version would arrive dead. Andy says he traveled through man-made time vortals (vortex portals) that used pulsing radiant energy. One had to take a fast running leap into the vortal or the body could start dis-assembling. He recalls how one boy, who faltered, came through with both legs cut off at the knees. Yikes!
Inside the vortal he would often see other alien-like entities observing him, and experienced the feeling at times of both falling and not moving. As for the actual logistics–his time leaps might take from a few seconds to as long as one minute, during which time he was instructed to fill his lungs and hold his breath. There was little oxygen in the vortal and having breathing control was necessary to avoid passing out. If he passed out, he might not come back.
Hmm. Teleportation, however intriguing as it may seem, also sounds kind of dangerous. Is that why they sent expendable children? Andy says that since the 1970’s they have perfected the technology and today it could be used to clean up the earth. He came forward as a whistle blower because he believes such highly advanced technology should be freely available to the world and that it would positively change humanity. Just in transporting goods, it would alleviate the need for combustion engines, fuels, and other materials that deplete and/or pollute our environment. It’s no secret that this lawyer, turned activist for truth and transparency, intends to run for the U.S. Presidency in 2016. His goal is to get the government to finally release this incredible technology and bring it out in the open. He foresees escalator transports (kind of like subway stops) becoming the new teleportation vortals of the future. Hey Andy, if teleportation technology can put an end to enduring the gridlock traffic of the Los Angeles 405 freeway, you certainly got my vote!

A new Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) report circulating in the Kremlin today is expressing “distressed amazement” over the indictment of former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort that they say is so sloppily written it fails to even note the correct titles of Ukraine government officials, but has, nevertheless, provoked American leftists into another spasmodic episode of mindless anti-Russia hysteria—and that MoFA officials suggest the only cure for might be by providing these “Psikhushka Americans” with their very own Cheburashka’s before they slip into “eternal insanity”. [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]
Psikhushka, this report explains is the ironic diminutive for the psychiatric hospitals used during the Soviet-era where communist-leftists placed their “politically incorrect” enemies in order to isolate them from the rest of society, discredit their ideas, and break them physically and mentally, and today accurately describes an entire American society rapidly going insane—whileCheburashka is the cherished character that for generations has soothed the fears of Russian children and adults alike.
Can Cheburashka save America
Though Foreign Minister Lavrov said that the US should investigate a possible Ukrainian trace in the case of Paul Manafort, this report continues, MoFA spokeswoman Maria Zakharovanoted that the indictment against Manafort stated that Yulia Tymoshenko was a former Ukrainian president, although she never held that office—with Sakharova adding that “such things are impossible in the case of serious investigations”.
In determining how serious, in fact, the investigation into Manafort really was, this report says, MoFA experts on American law note that it was supposed to be about the so called collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign—but that Manafort’s sloppily written indictment failed to even mention or make any accusation of.
As to the true purpose of the investigation into Manafort, though, this report details, can be clearly seen by noticing the Washington D.C. location where Special Counsel Robert Muellerchoose to issue this indictment—and that Harvard law professor and noted attorney Alan Dershowitz said gave Muller a significant “tactical advantage” against President Trump.
To the significant “tactical advantage” desired by Special Counsel Muller over President Trump in choosing this location, this report explains, was his being able to have Judge Beryl Howellof the US District Court for the District of Columbia oversee the entire Trump-Russia collusion legal proceedings—and who was appointed to her position by the admitted communist-leftistPresident Barack Obama.
As to why Muller wanted Judge Howell in power over the Trump-Russia collusion legal proceedings, this report continues, was due to her rabid protection of all things leftist—and that was displayed, in 2015, when MSNBC personality Ed Schultz was sued for defrauding his business partner—but that Schultz was allowed to win due to Judge Howell presiding over a trail that made an absolute mockery of the entire American legal system, and as documented by the appeals that quickly followed, which stated:
The appeal accuses Howell of these reversible errors:
Omitting from jury instructions the fact that D.C. law says partnerships can be formed even without overt intent, so no written agreement is needed.
Wrongly excluding as hearsay and immaterial exchanges between Queen and Schultz that would have buttressed his case that they formed a legally binding partnership
Improperly allowed Schultz’s lawyer to prejudice the pre-dominantly black jury against Queen by suddenly referencing indentured servitude — essentially slavery — in his closing statement. Introducing a new and “inflammatory” argument without required advance notice, Hayes asserted that if Queen’s asssertion of a partnership was correct it would mean
Schultz was indefinitely bound to Queen like a slave in violation of the 13th Amendment.
Allowing Schultz to prejudice jurors by improperly telling them about prior rulings against Queen when the case was first filed that should have been excluded.
Most importantly, the appeal also says that Howell basically took every opportunity to stack the decks for Schultz.
Specifically, she:
Threatened [Queen’s trial] attorney Catfish Abbott and Steven Teppler [his co-counsel] with unwarranted ethics sanctions
Belittled Abbott as a Jacksonville , Florida attorney who does not understand the “highly educated, experienced, professional people [of]Washington , D.C.
Empowered Schultz to refuse to answer Queen’s questioning, reach into the jury box, and go on a tirade before the jury.
Independently provided Schultz with objections to Abbott’s arguments.
Like she had done in 2015 to subvert the American legal system in order to benefit her leftist friend Ed Schultz, this report continues, so did Judge Howell do against Manafort too—and as evidenced by her approving Special Counsel Muller’s warrant to violate Manafort’s constitutional rights by invading his home in the middle of night in order to seize his private legal documents covered by attorney-client privilege—and that Muller returned to Manafort because their seizure had been illegal—but that Judge Howell used anyway to force Manafort’s lawyer into testifying against his own client.
Even with Judge Howell and Special Counsel Muller breaking every law they wanted to, though, this report notes, they were still only able to indict Manafort on what America legal experts call “shaky and overcharged” criminal violations that “seem far from slam dunk” due to Muller “turning one offense into two” that is now being called “an abusive prosecutorial tactic that flouts congressional intent”.
Specifically, this report explains, by Special Counsel Muller stating in his indictment that Manafort committed the offense of failing to register as a foreign agent, American experts are stating that these foreign lobbying laws “are so toothless that you can count on one hand the number of people prosecuted for what Manafort is accused of”—but who are now warning, too: “If you're going to indict and prosecute lobbyists for failing to disclose their activities, roughly half of Washington would be under arrest”—and that others are now warning K Street about by stating:
The threat of serving hard time for failing to disclose foreign lobbying work is rattling Washington
And although the charges have largely been seen as a blow to the White House, Monday’s actions by special prosecutor Robert Mueller also sent shivers down the spines of Washington
One of whose spines was most certainly shivered by Special Counsel Muller’s indictment of Paul Manafort, this report continues, was close Hillary Clinton friend and powerful Democratic Party lobbyist Tony Podesta (brother of Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta)—who yesterday sent out hundreds of letters to all of Americas major media outlets threatening them if they even mentioned his name—but that Fox News host Tucker Carlson refused to abide by his stating “We are not intimidated!”—and thus causing Podesta to quickly resign from his powerful K Street lobbying firm.
And as if Special Counsel Muller’s subversion of American law in order to indict Paul Manafort wasn’t enough, this report notes, new reports from the US are emerging showing that he is, also, attempting to obtain jurisdiction over a drug case involving Hollywood actress Rose McGowan—who most famously, last month, broke open the long held dark secrets behind her movie industries preying upon young woman—but whom US “authorities” have “magically and mystically” issued an arrest warrant for by their claiming that a piece of luggage they found at a Washington D.C.airport contained narcotics belonged to her—and who could very see her case being ruled over by Judge Howell—who was, also, the former top executive for the Hollywood music industrythat’s now being crippled by too many perverted sexual allegations against young woman and children to count.
The importance of noting how Rose McGowan relates to Paul Manafort’s indictment, this report continues, is due to the leftist elite power structure in America having long proven its success in diverting the “Psikhushka Americans” attention away from the truly important to the stupidly trivial—and in this case is exampled by a sordid story emerging this past Friday wherein Hollywoodactor Anthony Rapp accused the much beloved by leftist Oscar winning actor Kevin Spacey of having attempted to rape him when he was a 14-year-old child—but just as this story was about to explode, the rabidly anti-Trump CNN received an illegal “leak” that Special Counsel Muller was preparing indictments—and which, of course, kept the larger part of America from knowing about Kevin Spacey’s shocking crimes.
And while these “Psikhushka Americans” are being led down the path of “eternal insanity” by their elite leftist sexually perverted overlords, this report concludes, nearly all of the sane voices in the US have gone silent—but with one of the few voices rising up being the former top President Ronald Reagan administration official Paul Craig Roberts who has just stated that “the rest of the world must find some means of quarantining Washington before the evil destroys life on earth”—and whose further grave warning most accurately states:
