Cool closing in on midnight mews, Summer-strolling Kitkats... wow, this unusually cool weather is certainly enjoyable and superior to the hot sticky stuff!... gosh knows, though, if the nasty hot stuff will hit... last year was awful... anyway, the Kougaress had to rescue a bird today that somehow got inside the house... she ended up removing a screen that hadn't been messed with for years... but then, little panicked birdie flew out another window this Big Cat opened... it was a plain brown bird the Kougaress didn't recognize, and bigger than a wren... one of the same kind came to the window for a bit looking anxious, and might have been the mate... so hopefully, they are reunited.
Big challenges for us all in these times, darling kittens. Prepare and take care. 'Cause this Big Cat loves ya!

Myra looked around, bewildered. She was standing there just inside the bar she had been planning to visit. Her outfit was torn and dirty. She had blood drying in her hair and a neat row of butterfly Band-Aids holding a three inch long section of her scalp together. And somehow, she'd let the bouncers from the bar drag her inside for a complimentary drink "on the house."
Actually, she hadn't "let" them talk her into it. They had insisted she come inside and had dangled the free drink like a cookie before a screaming toddler.

While this is a complex and sad issue on several fronts, it boils down to the dark-hearted politicos using the impoverished illegals as a weapon and a shield against the people, and exploiting these people, these children in horrific human trafficking operatons ... imagine being actually that hard-hearted as to hide behind women and children just to keep and increase your political power... because reality dictates that most of us in this country don't have a way to help... that is, if we are to survive and care for our own in this bankster-gangster gutted economy... yeah, because our own lifeboat is in danger of sinking.
The Kougaress also has a BUNDY UPDATE: Daniel Brigman of NuManna Storable Foods ~powerprepper.com~ has been at the forefront of helping out with food for those watching over the Bundy ranch. He reports that at this point in time everything remains peaceful. However, the Bundy family is constantly protected along with the ranch by a devoted group of people because there is still the belief the feds could retaliate.
*Knock on wood* the peace at the Bundy ranch continues, and that others in the same unconscionable situation will also be helped and protected. Most likely it will take constant vigilance to keep the Bundy's protected.
On a further note, the Kougaress tried a sample of Daniel Brigman's NuManna food, and it was delicious. She's trying to save up to purchase more, since it's good stuff and storable.
