SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Thousands of people stripped to their underwear and ran through Salt Lake City to protest what they called the "uptight" laws of Utah.

Undie Run organizer Nate Porter says the goal of the event Saturday was to organize people frustrated by the conservative nature of the state's politics.

Nudity was prohibited by organizers. Participants donned bras, panties, nightgowns, swimwear or colorful boxer shorts — and some added political messages by expressing support for causes like gay marriage on their chests, backs or legs.

Salt Lake City is the home of the Mormon church, which is a vocal opponent of gay marriage.

Porter estimates 3,000 people participated in the run, which began in downtown Salt Lake City and circled past the state Capitol building about a mile away.

Another day, another second grade. Suzanne Coates hefted carriers into her van in the elementary school's parking lot. No one, not even the school custodian, had volunteered to help her. Tech-manic day...

Good lord and gravy does the Kougaress need a cowboy, given she worked dang hard today...

Sunday into Monday purrs, my crazy-leg dancing KitKats... a few days in, Autumn is lovely on the tame prairie... yet, there is an odd feel to the weather as in nothing feels in sync... but then, these days most everything feels out of sync.

Tech-manic day... Whew! What a long tech-manic and accomplishing day for this Big Cat. Okay, it is really low, outdated tech compared to lots of folks. However, the Kougaress purchased a refurbished computer tower as a backup in case her other one goes on the fritz... well, at first the modem wouldn’t work correctly... than after attempting to install an external modem, which didn’t work, the original internal modem did work... maybe because drivers were installed... but that’s a tech-dummy guess...

Anyhoo and boo! Oh, yes, the Halloween mood is asserting itself already... the Kougaress spent most of the day uploading updates, installing the Firefox browser, messing with Media Player to get it the way this Big Cat likes it, and making adjustments... the screen display didn’t fit the parameters of the monitor... however, after looking for info on the web, which wasn’t exactly the right answer, the Kougaress found the way to resize so there wasn’t an inch dark strip on one side.

Yeah, this is so not exciting to most of you, however, the Kougaress worked really hard to get as far as she did... now, she has to solve the problem of getting WordPerfect somehow, at hopefully the least expensive way she can... so she can actually use it to write on... double argh, triple argh...

Saturday into Sunday meows, my beautifulest and boldest KitKats... oh, the days slip past so fast, so amazingly past... and the Kougaress’s mind is worn to a frazzle, or she would have come up with a better description... another wonderful Fall day, however, the tame prairie does need some soaking-in rain... so, please, oh Divine.

Lifeline and Lightline... this was said by an obviously highly spiritual woman, who called in on last night’s Coast to Coast am radio show. It felt uplifting to listen to her speak her awareness since she is in touch with the AWAKENING at such a deep level.

With the veil between the worlds basically dissolved at this point in time, and with All Hallow’s Eve about a month and a half away, the energy connection between the worlds will strengthen, so don’t be too surprised if paranormal phenomena increases dramatically.

Goodness, big-project meows, this Big Cat author spent a good part of the day organizing her computer files for RED LIONESS TAMED, and formatting. She has ideas for the second book in one file, and several other files. It was all sort of organized, but not in the way needed, that is, if the Kougar can ever get the next sequel written... which, she would adore doing because the first book was such a fun story to write.

Evening of May 6, 2011. I was with some friends in the Cross Roads District of Kansas City, Seeing the contrails in the sky I commented, look "we're in the cross roads and there's cross roads above us!" The funny thing is we all looked up and never saw or even heard anything at all, no UFO or any other lights in the sky out of the ordinary... when we got home later that night I downloaded the pics I took on my iPhone and this is what I found...

Could it be that all the light emitted was InfraRed therefore we could not see them however they would show up on the the VGA cameras our phones have, I always use the camera on my phone to check my TV remotes to see if they're lighting up.... if they are infra red, that would explain that when it is dark out and people see the UFOs they give off a dim orange glow, hell if so they'd have a huge area on the ground well illuminated with IR when we can just barely see them...

Sky Net is Here... for the last several days, this Big Cat has been thinking, off and on, about the movie, Terminator... about Sara Connor, the TV series... and about ***Sky Net***. It simply came to mind, and was not triggered by seeing any reminder about ‘Terminator’. Although, the way Big Brother/Big Sis is taking over via all manner of electronic surveillance and jumbotron screens... well, the idea of Sky Net is always lurking in the back of the Kougaress’s mind. So, today, she heard a killer report based on public documents, that SKY NET IS HERE. In fact, AI, artificial intelligence, exists far beyond what has been revealed by lamestream media, and is being used to monitor everything, absolutely EVERYTHING on the world wide web. Every bit and byte of data about you is being ‘filed’, your biometrics included -- that is, everything about your physical appearance, not just your eyes and facial structure... of course, all your medical info is included... your blood, your genetics... everything they can get their greedy bot hands on. Satellites have been and are being used to track, and also kill, targeted individuals. This has been going on for, at least, the last ten years.

Because of OnStar’s recent changes that will allow them to ‘sell’ data about you to about anyone who wants it... yeah, real time data about where you are, where you’re going, who you’re with, info about your car... anything and everything... these public documents about SKY NET have come to light. Did you know there are AI killer robots, some with skeleton faces? Yeah, just one of the DODs little surprises for all of us should we get too uppity for the establishment. Yowls of fear, for all this Big Cat knows they’ve got robots impersonating zombies... oh, btw, there are miniatures tanks loaded for bear and tiny drone aircraft able to target and kill any individual... gee, good thing Hitler is dead, huh?

More and more, my darlings, the ‘fringe-paranormal, out-there’ topics and happenings are going mainstream. No, not as in the so-called mainstream-lamestream media -- woefully behind the times. The fringe-paranormal is becoming ‘actually and truly’ mainstream. Obviously, the internet is one of the super drivers of this discussion, and a super source of the available info. Here’s one tiny overview-example of what is out there.

Planet X, Consciousness, & Comet Elenin

During the middle two hours, publisher of Mysterious World books, Doug Elwell, discussed his research on ancient references to Planet X which connects the work of Zecharia Sitchin to Biblical writings. He noted that astronomers have actually been looking for Planet X for "over 100 years" and clarified that the use of 'X' is merely to denote that the object remains, so far, unknown. "It's not some cheesy science fiction thing," he declared, "it's a legitimate scientific endeavor." Elwell described his interpretation of Planet X as a combination of mainstream science theories on the object along with the voluminous work of Zecharia Sitchen. According to Elwell's research, Planet X circles through our solar system about every 2,000 years and crosses through the asteroid belt.

Elwell observed that numerous ancient texts appear to allude to Planet X and asserted that the object is actually the "core concept behind the Bible." He noted that, in the Bible, Jesus said that, much like his birth, his return would be preceded by the arrival of a bright star, which Elwell interprets, in both cases, to be Planet X. Additionally, he said that if we "take mythology at face value," various ancient cultures wrote about their highest deities facing off in battle against a "dragon" of some kind. All of these references, Elwell theorized, suggest a "cosmic war" between God and the fallen angels, who come to Earth every time Planet X arrives in the hopes of raising an army to "attack heaven, itself."

Quantum Leap & Consciousness

In the first hour, writer/producer Deborah Pratt discussed her work on the TV series Quantum Leap as well as consciousness. She attributed the massive popularity of the program to the strong chemistry between the main characters as well as the concept that past mistakes could be fixed which "gave people hope." On consciousness, she opined that "we are in a shift" and stressed that mankind needs to harness the power of their "collective mass" to shape the future into a positive place. Pratt has set up a special website where Coast listeners can get a free e-download of the first book in her Vision Quest trilogy.

Comet Elenin

Final hour guest Richard C. Hoagland shared his thoughts on Comet Elenin, Friday's impending satellite re-entry, and 2012. He decried the hysteria surrounding Elenin, declaring that he'd "never seen any object so hyped and so lied about than this little nothing, wimpy thing." Hoagland also voiced suspicions over the origins of the comet's discovery, noting that Leonid Elenin, the man who discovered it, has seemingly rebuffed nearly all press surrounding the object. He encouraged listeners to avoid what he sees as "fear conditioning" by the media surrounding Elenin and surmised that something about the approaching comet threatens the world elite. As such, Hoagland mused that "someone in power is deathly afraid of it, so it must be a good thing."

Late night meowsa-powsa, my heroic and happening KitKats... loveliness continues on the tame prairie as autumn takes over.. omy and sigh, and life does go on, waiting for none of us... with all that’s currently going on in our world, this Big Cat finds this rather amazing, and also confusing, given humanity as a whole, is under constant attack now, on so many different fronts... obviously, we humans are far more resilient than we often realize... yet, we are also fragile, especially when it comes to our emotions and feelings... in the Kougaress’s experience communicating well with each other is often the key to respecting each others emotions and feelings.

Such Silliness... Nobody Wants Redheads...

BIG CAT COMMENTARY ~

The Kougaress, when doing research on redheads a long while back, came across this prejudice that is briefly addressed in the article below. If life had worked out differently, this Big Cat would have loved to have had redhead children for a couple of reasons. One, she absolutely loves every shade of red hair, as she’s talked about before. And, two, because she’s a redhead. In fact, the Kougaress has WIPs devoted to finding a red-headed mate, and continuing that hair color via genetics. Certainly, there is no dearth of redhead heroines in romance novels these days. They’re in nearly every subgenre. Although, this Big Cat has no idea if redheads are well represented in the m/m subgenre. Since most often the romance novel hero is not depicted with flaming red hair [too bad]. And, meow-yes, the Kougaress adores adding red highlights or a reddish color like bronze to her heroes’ hair... just because she finds it ultra sexy attractive, and so do her heroines, of course.

Really, how sad that anyone worries about the color of another individual’s hair, in terms of relating to anyone on a one-on-one basis. How absolutely silly. What happened to acting in a grown-up, non-prejudicious manner? Because obviously here’s where the content of someone’s character is far, far more important.

Now, of course, when it comes to the matter of sexual attraction. Yeah, we all have our preferences. That’s only natural and good. Certainly, it’s easy to make a distinction between choosing to be with someone you find attractive as opposed to shunning someone simply because you don’t care for the color of their hair. Yeah, it’s such silliness...

Nobody Wants Ginger Children

We always thought having red hair was fashionable, at least that's what Interview Magazine told us, but it turns out nobody wants ginger babies anymore, reports The Telegraph. The world's largest sperm bank has started turning down donors because of a lack of demand. "There are too many redheads in relation to demand," Ole Schou the sperm bank director told Danish newspaper Ekstrabladet, continues The Telegraph. "I do not think you chose a redhead, unless the partner--for example, the sterile male--has red hair, or because the lone woman has a preference for redheads. And that's perhaps not so many, especially in the latter case."

We wonder why anyone wouldn't want a baby with beautiful strawberry locks. Perhaps it has something to do with the teasing red-headed children sometimes face? Or maybe it has to do with this New York Times piece that claims red heads are more sensitive to physical pain? In that case, we guess we understand that you wouldn't want your decision at the sperm bank to produce a child who might grow up as unhappy as this red-headed woman... [pic at flikr].

The Crazy Cougar and the Mad Bear

Half bombed out of her mind, Sirakusa squeezed the glass between her hands. Blocking out the good-times voices of those around her in Yosemite’s late night bar and lodge, she stared into the depths of her alcoholic beverage. Made with vodka and coffee liqueur, the drink known as a Black Russian, reflected her mood.

“Men are just dogs, doncha know,” she snarly greeted the son of a bitch -- likely a shapeshifter predator of some kind like her ex-fiancé -- and like herself.

Since her third drink -- this was her fourth after eating dinner several hours ago -- he’d been stalking her with his gaze from his solitary position at the bar. Now he towered above her. His burly frame had to be well over six feet, the complete opposite of the young stud who had professed to love her... then left her the minute his pack leader showed teeth.
