Late night yowls, my precious and New Year precocious Felines... wow, the Kougaress got a closeup look at one of her eagles today... the winds were whipping around and moi was looking out her fave window... she’d seen a lovely cardinal high up in her old big tree... then, she watched a redheaded woodpecker moving up and down on the main trunk of the tree... when all of a sudden a she saw a huge wingspan not that far above the tree and almost above the tree... it was a magnificent sight as the eagle balanced his flight in the high winds and guided himself toward the next-door pasture... just amazing! ~~~
Deep Mew-sing Reflections ~ One realization that smacked the center of this Big Cat’s forehead recently, is that we human beings, that humankind itself, is so traumatized at such a deep, deep psychological level it has become like water to a fish. This began during the catastrophic fall of Atlantis and has been perpetuated for generation after generation by THOSE who want to keep a corrupt domination over humanity. This means everyone has their particular defense mechanisms just to cope with, and get through life. Defense mechanisms, that, of course, we are often blind to. Even those of us who have spent lots of time and effort to overcome and transform... well, it just uncovered the bare tip of the real iceberg. What we would look like as humankind if this weren’t so... well, the Kougaress believes we would show up as utterly magical, as such spiritually powerful beings, we would barely recognize who we are now... of course, this is the promise of the Aquarian Age... it may be that a simple recognition of this traumatized state, an awakening to being in the waters of trauma, will cause a mass transformation, and soar us on our way to who WE TRULY ARE. ALSO, today this Big Cat heard the substantiation of what she heard on her college campus, lo those many year ago. This particular revelation concerned President Ronald Reagan. However, it got her to remembering several other stories she heard that have proven to be true some 30 plus years later. At the time, the Kougaress didn’t discount those particular stories. However, since she possessed no direct proof, it went into the mental basket of ‘this may be true, or it might not’. Yep, this Big Cat has new respect for her college campus experience during the seventies~~~~~~

Omygosh, the rip-off cons are in full play these days by supposedly respectable companies... in this case, the Kougaress is referring to the sinister operations of an insurance company that is attempting to make her mother sign an agreement to insure her house for, at least, twice its worth... which is most likely considered fraud, since you’re not supposed to insure a house for more than its actual worth... so take care, dearest felines... not to mention, Divine Forbid and *knock on wood*... that if the house were blown away by a tornado, it’s likely the company wouldn’t pay out the full amount... furthermore, they would likely claim that due to the housing market, the house is no longer worth the insured amount... and, getting one red cent out of them would likely involve lawyers... not to mention that since the dollar is now being flushed down the proverbial toilet, what would those dollars be worth anyway? At that point time... and, not to mention, the company could simply declare bankruptcy at any time, and not pay out anything... oh, unless, they got bailed out by the bankster-ruled congress... and then, hey, it’s back to the lawyers again. No, the Kougaress is not a happy cat camper... right now... ~~~

I’ll talk it over with dad, and we’ll increase our weapons’ prowess with more frequent training.” Van skirted one of their Longhorn herds. Even so, they whirled and galloped a short distance before halting, the bulls snorting and pawing. “Used to have contests,” Van reminded. “We surely did. Then cookouts with square dancin’ afterwards. Shake, Rattle and Roll ~ Not the good kind... Oh, darling Kittens, did you know that earthquake activity in the US and across the world has escalated dramatically. Of course, most are low level quakes that cause no damage and are rarely felt by a population... however, it is shake, rattle and roll all over Mother Earth right now. Apparently, there is no sign that it’s abating, either. Rather, it appears as if it will only continue. AND! Currently, there is regular earthquake activity along the New Madrid fault. Yep, and the *lying pant-on-fire* news media is playing it down, and even saying this activity is normal. NO... IT’S NOT!!! In case you don’t know, the New Madrid fault [do an internet search] is bigger and badder than the San Andreas fault in California, and, in fact, an 1800's earthquake on the New Madrid fault was so brutal and so strong, it caused the mighty Mississippi river to run backwards... yeah, that’s THE REAL danger facing those who live close to this fault. As a further Big Cat Commentary... not only are earthquakes manifesting all over the globe, but quakes at every level of society, and in every country, are manifesting as well. Our entire world is shaking, rattling and rolling... get ready, and be prepared. ~~~~~~

Slogging through manuscripts that seem too hard, even though we love them so much.With all these things bombarding us, we forget sometimes to be Happy Writers. And really, if you're not happy writing, the thing you love the most, what's the point of even doing it?That's kind of how I feel about it. December 31, 2010Part 733 ~Sylva accepted the steamy mug of apple cider Ginger handed to her, then watched her give mugs to Marina and Grant. She lifted her own from the serving tray, and sipped. “We usually keep a pot brewing. Good for the innards.” With appreciation Sylva inhaled the cinnamony and gingery cider, then took a sip. “That is so good,” she praised. “How about a cup of joe?” Marina asked Grant. “I’ll go put on some fresh. It can percolate while we’re jawin’.” Grant beamed an intimate smile. “Could do with a cup, my prize filly. Gotta go make the rounds soon.” Zeke scrutinized Sheriff Big Gun for several moments. “I’ll keep in contact. That is, if you got things handled here.” Big Gun studied him right back. “Reckon I got everything roped tight enough. The Center is waitin’ on my report. And your word on the matter.” Zeke gave a quick nod. “Think that’s the best place for ‘em right now. Whatever’s happenin’ around here won’t be solved in a day. We gotta smoke the sidewinders out, then take ‘em down.” Big Gun gazed into the distance. “Yep. Gotta agree. But, they ain’t operatin’ in my county.” Zeke appreciated his attitude. ~~~~~~
January 1, 2011Part 734 ~Sylva felt comforted by the closeness she observed around her. Even though, she felt like the odd person out, still...she also felt accepted. With a flirtatious smile at Grant, Marina pivoted toward another area of the kitchen. “You know, I should probably go get dressed.” Sylva set the mug down and began to rise. “No, dear,” Ginger assured. “You’re just fine. I bet Zeke would like knowing you’re waitin’ here with us.” Sylva picked up her mug again. She knew in that instant, that while Ginger was being genuinely kind, she was also being ultra careful to keep Sylva protected. Zeke motioned to Van. He stood at the ready, leaning against the Speeder. At Zeke’s signal, he looked relieved and hopped within. In moments, Van had the flight auto humming. “Got anything else on your mind, Sheriff?” Zeke asked. Big Gun gave him a bearish grin. “Got lots on my mind. But, it’ll keep for awhile. Tell Nevada I’ll be in contact once I get more of this Secret Circle mess sorted out.” Zeke nodded, his feet already itchin’ bad to run for the Speeder. “Oh, by the way, Zeke, your sister sent me an invitation to your marital barbecue.” ~~~~~~
