Late night yowls, my fancy and fierce Pussycats... still weather-mild on the tame prairie, but rain and snow is in the forecast... Valentine's Day is peeking around the corner... always especially big in the world of romance writers and readers... and the Kougaress has always felt a heart resonance with this celebration of love. If only the sentiments of Valentine's Day ruled our precious world.

Truth is a Sun Blast right now... the Kougaress is hearing more actual truth revealed... truth about the real advancement of technology that most of us won't ever get... hey they can have incredible robots in space, but we don't get domestic robots worth a damn... they can have drones and other horrible tech to brutalize us with if we dare not comply... but we aren't allowed to have all the free energy machines available now... there's also the truth about history... and truth about the supposed big players on the world stage... all the robber-baron horror taking place currently and from ancient times as it ties into what they're doing to us now... the truth, it's hitting like a sun blast, or the way the sun hits us now, a white blast of light that you cannot look directly at, even during late afternoon... on one paw, it's amazing, and a whole lot of us have been starving for the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth... on the other paw, it's beyond depressing that it has come to this when it didn't have to.

A hushed, 'quiet before the storm' chorus of " yeah, got it," answered her.

"I got mine!" Sozchy shouted in a defiant whisper. "The Love Wolfess doesn't love this pile of scat."

After a bit of giggle, Kitty cast her gaze over the thirty or so feral pairs of eyes that looked back at her inside the mostly dark gymnasium at Talbot's Peak High School. Dark because it was nearing midnight. "Remember, if you didn't get one and still want to join in the protest fun, there are copies on the entryway table."

"Got mine from the table." Dante's rumbled whisper sent a massive case of sexy shivers through her middle. And elsewhere more private.

Your February 2012 Forecast is Here!

It's an exciting month ahead as several major astrological transits are lined up for February. And the best part? Almost every one of this month's planetary motions and alignments will range from good to great!

True to form, the month starts with Venus blowing a sexy little kiss to Mars on February 1. With Mars involved, this won't be the most sensitive of encounters, but you'll still be full of passion and enthusiasm!

This transit, which occurs every 160 years, will usher in an era of creativity, compassion, charity, exploration and, oddly enough, an emphasis on mathematics. On a more personal level, Neptune's historic move into Pisces will foster kindness and all forms of artistic adventurousness!

Unfortunately, this excitement is followed by Saturn turning retrograde on February 7, one of the few challenging transits of the month. Agreements will be delayed, and you'll find yourself acting in an overly rigid fashion about your principles as you veer a little too closely to negativity and self-doubt. However, if you can avoid undermining yourself while still putting forth your best effort and keeping your faith, things will all work out.

By February 8, you'll already start to feel better as Venus skips merrily into Aries. This aspect will add a bit of romantic flare to your month and give you the courage to declare your love -- just in time for Valentine's Day!

The month's cosmic activity then mercifully slows down and gives you a chance to rest until February 18, when the Sun moves center stage to steal the show for the rest of the month. It's on that date that the Sun meets Saturn, bestowing sensible and practical solutions to issues both personal and universal.

On the very next day, February 19, the Sun moves out of Aquarius and into Pisces, setting up shop right next to Neptune. This transit will amplify the best Piscean traits ... while also causing some minor drama. Last Thursday I was surprised to see that an opossum had followed my cat through the cat door and into the kitchen. He and the cat seemed to be peacefully enjoying dinner together. Happily, he ran out when he noticed me.

After midnight meows, my spunky and free-spirited Kittens... warm weather, but mostly cloudy on the tame prairie... the Kougaress is forced to wonder when winter will decide to strike with an arctic vengeance... no, no, no! Late this afternoon when ole Sol did emerge from the clouds, talk about a sunblast to the face... there was just no looking directly at the sun, and in prior years there would have been no problem.

Alternative Free-For-All Web Needed ... free for all as in a wild, wild west frontier internet that truly respects privacy, instead of the google/facebook horror of a Chinese-internet model that could care less about anyone's privacy, and will, in fact, sell you out faster than a New York minute, not only ALL your info, but whether or not you've even done anything labeled 'illegal'. For one tiny example, how could you ever prove your innocence if the computing cloud said you wrote this particular sentence in a book, yet in truth you never did. I mean how easy is it to change anything at all, and use it against someone? And, after all, who is the gov going to believe? You, who probably can't even afford a lawyer and the expense of fighting off the circling vultures, or a corporate giant? And since google and facebook claim they OWN anything you place with any of their so-called, but not services... well, bend on over and prepare to take it. Remember the movie, Deliverance?

So, for anyone, any group who is, or can set up an alternative internet, please, please, please! No, this Big Cat will not use her thumbprint, nor any biometric way of ID to gain access to the web. She'll have to go back to horse and buggy days, and try to survive.

A bright-soul week ahead, and on the opposite side, a new darkness rises on the world stage. This will be known by the strident and militaristic words that are spoken to convince humanity a savior is on the horizon.

However, humanity is its own savior. For, in these times of dragon-fierce transition deeper into the Aquarian Age, there is no leader, offered by the system, that is of true benefit to the peoples of the world. This, despite the worldwide 'staged' effort to make it appear as if there is one such leader, or a special group of technocrat leaders.

During this time, it is one person helping another. It is offering a friendly hand. It is the formation of beneficial communities. It is learning the heart of another, and knowing your own heart. That will be the salvation of humankind, and of Earth.

Once again, the 'new' importance of the creative arts, as accomplished by un-celebrities, becomes apparent as the week continues. Exciting fusions and innovations will increase dramatically, all brought about by so-called ordinary people. This will be noticed on a personal level and as a global phenomena.

As stated before, this rise in creativity will include not only visual arts of every kind, but music, dance, books, fashion, and also a renaissance of crafts and inventions. Of course, movies, vids, and interactive games, all created by talented individuals from across the globe are emerging, and here to stay.

The big entertainment industries will fight tooth and claw to remain in control, and to be looked upon as the gatekeepers. Their methods for doing this will become uglier and more heinous. Despite the endless emphasis on trendy stars and big name celebrities, this time is over, and 'slowly' coming to a neon-flash-and-crash close.

The rise of romance, as both entertainment and a way of life continues, even during these challenging economic times. Look for ways to enrich your life. As well, make your life richer with all things beautiful. A single bloom in a lovely vase is one example.

On the economic front, the dark powers that be will attempt to put a happy-days-are-here-again spin on the absolute disaster that is the world economy. The dominos are falling, only propped up by deception, fraud and lies. It is wise to use this time to prepare and become as self-sufficient as possible.

On the bright-soul side, many are coming forth with inventions outside the system, that are meant to assist all of us at this time. Take advantage wherever and whenever you can. And spread the invention love.

On that note, there are wonderful opportunities to make a living, and help others, with these off-the-grid types of inventions. As well, this is true with more natural ways of gardening, farming and ranching. There is no need for austerity as currently being advertised by the system.

Trendwise, this week is about looking to the future as it truly is, not how it's being sold by the establishment. From this vantage point, good decisions can be made, and ways to create the future anew will start to become obvious to a lot of us. Communities have sprung up that offer a viable lifestyle, and many more are rising like the phoenix -- from the ashes of these endtimes.

Moments of miracles, magick, and romance, that is what awaits all of us this week.

Kallyn had never seen a creature like this before, a black fog one moment with an evil head emerging from it then morphing into white fog with a woman’s head but no face, only silver hair streaming everywhere. She had heard rumors that there were female aliens who could constantly change shape. If you looked them directly in the eye they could paralyze you, then take you back to the space ship. Steam rose from their fog that could burn your body.
One way or the other they were going to take over the world as Kallyn and Odric knew it or completely destroy.
A sharp, cutting wind suddenly scraped over them, dispelling the fog around them and carrying the vile creatures with them.

Story Plot ~ What if the South had won...

Yes, the Kougaress adored the movie, "Gone With the Wind"... except for the unromantic ending, of course.

Closing in on midnight meows and purrs, my mighty Aphrodite Big Cats.... the times will be a-changing very, very fast now... the almost half moon in her heavenly bower, wearing a diaphanous gown at times, has been a gorgeous sight to behold throughout the evening... relatively mild on the tame prairie... and damn the chemtrails that were, once again, perpetrated on humanity this afternoon... the Kougaress thinks about all the damage being done to the precious land, to the beautiful cardinal she watched for about ten minutes as he fed near her favorite window... to the eagle pair she glimpsed earlier fly across the field... and her resident rabbit who seems to have lost some of his/her fear and only moves deeper into his brush home when the Kougaress goes outside.

Story Plot ~ What if the South had won... the Civil War, what would our world look like today? What would our beloved country look like? The Kougaress's curiosity has been aroused. Given that slavery was already on the way out because of mechanization for farming, and that was not the REAL issues that brought about war in the first place... well, what if the so-called union had never been? Would we have a gov most in the country no longer support and don't want -- that based on the current polling statistics, and other obvious factors like the ongoing occupation movement? While it was true that the gov of Britain fomented the Civil War because it couldn't stand the heat of trading competition at that time, and wanted to take the united states of America down, extend the empire once more... yet, how would that scenario have played out? Sure, other authors must have written that 'what if' story. And, there's always the idea of the old TV show, SLIDERS... all the alternative timelines, all the 'what ifs' being played out. Also, there was the intriguing phone call this Big Cat heard from a man who claimed to be visiting this timeline from his timeline where the South did win the Civil War... this was a call to the Art Bell radio show during the late 90s when he invited time travelers to call in... certainly, it could have been a hoax call, and a whole lot of people would immediately dismiss it as such... however, to the Kougaress's ear there was a ring a truth she couldn't just dismiss out of hand... plus, the man had that Southern genteel accent... so, hmmmm... what if?

Filling in for George Noory, Rob Simone (email) welcomed independent researcher Clifford Carnicom in the first half of the program for an exposé on the profound impact of chemtrails. Clifford said he prefers the term 'aerosol' in lieu of 'chemtrail,' as the former is more accurate in describing the introduction of particulate matter into the air. "Our environment has been altered," he stated unequivocally, noting how the Earth's atmosphere has been modified by the "largest covert operation that has ever been conducted on this planet." Carnicom explained that the ubiquitous aerosol streaks in the sky are part of a multi-pronged program, which includes environmental modification and control, biological and electromagnetic operations, military applications, geophysical considerations, advanced light-wave surveillance, and detection of ionic disturbances (i.e., UFO propulsion systems).

According to Carnicom, the health of the entire global population has been affected to a significant degree by these aerosols. It has been strongly established that barium salts are in the airborne particulate matter, he continued. Soluble salts of barium are highly toxic, with the level of toxicity matching arsenic, he added. Carnicom also reported on a baffling ailment known as Morgellons disease, a condition he described as characterized by skin lesions and the presence of unusual filaments. He revealed that many people could be suffering from Morgellons but show no outward signs because the filaments are internal. Carnicom commented on a recent CDC report that dismissed the condition as the product of mentally unstable and delusional minds, and pointed out some issues he had with the study's methodology.

Yawns and yowls, my gorgeous jiving, jumpin' Hep Cats... still milder weather on the tame prairie, and overcast... the night sky has never looked this matt solid black... the Kougaress's writing mind has been kind of blown since she had to pen her two flash scenes yesterday, plus promo-ing... and not to mention all the daily stuff that has to get done, so not much else done. ~big sighs~

Be careful out there, kitty lovies. Lots of not good stuff happening right now.

Spiritual Divide and Conquer... observation time for the Kougaress... there are certain people she listens to regularly, their online radio shows. These are people who are committed to being spiritual, not in the way of traditional religion, but from their hearts and souls, their spirits. They've proven this over and over again. And once again. They are considered leaders in the light by some. Certainly, they are on the cutting edge of life, and all of its meanings. They are about truth, and living truthfully.

However... and it's a huge however, they, in general, are coming apart at the seams in a way this Big Cat didn't exactly expect... except, she did in a way expect it. Okay, that doesn't make a lick of sense. Suffice it say, infighting is surfacing as in 'eating your own'. Blame is being thrown about, usually against the victim of a psy ops, instead of against the true perpetrator. Also, talk about some elephant-sized personal blind spots. And, talk about major denial.

So, how much??? of this 'falling apart at the spiritual seams' is the times, as in 2012 is *vibrationally* a make or break year for humanity on several fronts. Plus, the dragon energy does play destroyer, that is, destroying the old to build the new, or build the Aquarian Age. Everything has intensified like a pressure cooker, and will keep on intensifying this year. The universe is putting the squeeze on humanity, on all of us. It's time to WAKE UP!

The other question: What kind of psy ops are being used on these people to create their un-spiritual behaviors? There are 'god knows' how many mind control apparatus out there. Not only out there, but being used. Heck, they have tech that can make it sound like God is talking to you. They have tech that can scramble your brain, your thought processes without you ever knowing it. They have frequency technologies that can control your mood, your behaviors. Really, who does KNOW what kinds of advanced tech THEY have? Who knows what THEY are really doing with it? Remember, it was the CIA who brought LSD onto the scene originally, to test out its affects.

In the first hour, George welcomed Templar Knight and historian Mark Pinkham ~ gnostictemplars.org ~ for a discussion on dragons. A self-described descendant of the European Dragon Families, Pinkham revealed that those from such lineages are descended from some legendary dragon of the past and possess the ability to rule. It appears as if the internet wars are on, a direct consequence of no real justice in terms of due process. While obviously, this Big Cat is NOT in favor of e-piracy, she is more NOT in favor of web fascism. Why should ANYONE have the right to take someone's site down without due process and real proof of wrongdoing? Not to mention the whole industrial complex 'entertainment' industry has been, and continues to commit acts of wrongdoing piled upon acts of wrongdoing [including murder] against individuals, against smaller companies and enterprises... and against humanity by depriving us all of the highest and best in art, talent, and entertainment.

MOST of the top players in the entertainment industry *are not* gatekeepers for art. Nor do THEY seek out the most talented among us. No, for the most part THESE are mafia greedy creepazoids who, in the long scheme of things, force their ideas of entertainment on the people and 'say' it's the best there is. THEY convince us with Fifth Avenue slick hype campaigns. In truth, to this Big Cat's way of thinking, the most creative of humanity are intentionally kept suppressed, kept out of the ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY. Or, only a few of the 'chosen' are allowed to be basically enslaved by the industry. Yeah, those outrageous salaries are simply slave collars. Being in the big house instead of working in the fields. So to speak.

From that perspective, does this Big Cat care if the Biggies in the Entertainment Industry are taken down by Anonymous or anyone else? Would she care if there was never another Academy Awards show, and all the other crap anorexic/plastic-doll award shows? NOT AT ALL!!! There would be a huge fresh breath of freedom blowing that would bring in true art and entertainment. A time of true renaissance would flourish.

So, no, the Kougaress did not plan on this extensive rant. Suffice it say, as far as she's concerned THOSE in Anonymous who truly have humanity's best interests at heart... well, she's on your side. Take down 'all' the bad guys and gals who have eluded any kind of justice whatsoever for their massive, ongoing, and heinous crimes.

Eye candy needed...

Late night purrs, my lickety-split, lovely KitKats... definitely a cold spell on the tame prairie today... the trees, plants and animals must be in a state of confusion, given how often the weather has been unseasonably warm, then turned cold... yesterday, during the afternoon there was no way to even glance in the sun's direction because it was an eye-blasting sun... and finally it hit this Big Cat's noggin, if the sun is now extra bright, which it is, then wouldn't that make the other planets in our solar system, like Venus and Jupiter, appear brighter in the night sky... well, they do! So much brighter than before... however, more interestingly, are the spectrum of colors often seen like rays and geometric patterns instead of the planet being merely a brilliant white light... so, how this affects seeing the stars... well, all the Kougaress knows is, IT IS NOT like it was when she first moved to the tame prairie... nor does the starry night sky look the same way it did when this Big Cat was growing up.

BIG CAT *not in a good mood* RANT ~ Yeah, NASA [Never a Straight Answer], what a pile of pure lying crap about what is really going on with the sun and the solar system, and what a stealer of taxpayers dollars. Oh, they can have all sorts of useless and redundant programs to keep fooling everyone while paying welfare salaries to their scientists and so-called experts. Oh, and they get to have robots out the kazoo, but no domestic-helping robots for us. No, the people don't get robots to help around the house. Ohhh nooo, that would be asking too much.

On the economic front, claims will be made by the corrupt 'powers that be' that the economy is on the upswing, if only slightly. The opposite is true. At this point in time, bank failures will happen across the globe like dominos falling. On the near horizon one of the major banks is likely to fail unless there is a behind-the-scenes intervention. This depends on what faction of the bankster gangsters wins.

On the war front, while the Mideast remains the focus, the real war raging on the planet continues in both the Arctic and Antarctic. It is possible some news about this will leak out.

Also, what has been called Contact with extraterrestrials and other unknown beings is in the cards for the year, 2012. There is a major battle between many forces for how this will come about, and WHO will be in charge. What is known as Project Blue Beam, a false flag alien attack using holo technology, could be used to keep humanity controlled and believing their so-called leaders are saviors. However, this scenario is not set in stone.

Beginning this week, always expect the unexpected on the world stage and in your personal life. Sadly, mass insanity will rise to new levels worldwide as people realize deeper truths but have no coping strategies. As well, the bizarre, the paranormal, and everything labeled 'high strangeness', will start to become the norm.

On the GOOD SIDE, many of us are developing new abilities, ones we never thought possible -- or the super abilities we have merely dreamed about. In truth as human beings, we are, overall, becoming smarter, faster, and bigger in our spirituality.

Norbert had to look twice, then add one extra look to make sure he’d really seen what he thought. Yeppur, no mistaking that belly and that rolling stride. One of the greatest shifter chefs of the modern age had just walked into a lowly diner.

Norbert hurried over and went in. The place was just beginning to fill up with the breakfast crowd. His target had a booth all to himself and had already been served his coffee. Norbert slid in opposite, practically shaking with excitement. “You’re Louie Delavecchio.”

The rat regarded him warily. “Yeah?”

“I saw you on TV. You were on King of the Kitchen.”

So, it's already the middle of the month. Not only has the time practically disappeared, but it also feels like the year has gone on for too long already... so weird. But, hey, a week from Monday, on the 23rd, is the Chinese New Year of the Water Dragon. We're planning on writing dragon shapeshifter flash scenes for SHAPESHIFTER SEDUCTIONS. And about a month from now will be the Valentine's Day blog hop. Gosh, would this Big Cat enjoy penning a Valentine's Day erotic romance, but so far... not enough time.

Excellent article, Regan. I never thought of all those elements. Great insights and I like how you detail the process of writing. I fall somewhere between pantser and plotter, as I suspect many of us do. I pay attention to grammar, punctuation, how the chapter develops, etc. However, I don't outline [horrors!], and my characters tell the story, often rather like channeling. Sometimes, I have to persuade them to tell on themselves. At other times, I can hardly keep up. My latest release, Santa Baby, Several Stars Away, is a short story, but began life as what I call a flash story that I simply wanted to write for some Christmasy fun one year. Each day, I wrote a five hundred word flash for my blog, finishing at 9000 words. While I started out with a basic idea for the story -- my heroine, Kaily, wraps herself in a red bow for the hero, Dylan -- I really never knew what would happen next until the scene appeared in my head or on the page. I certainly didn't know that much about the hero's character until he and the heroine began interacting with each other. And since I always write in some type of paranormal subgenre for my erotic romances, I knew Dylan would be out of this world in some fashion. And he was!

Pic from Coast to Coast am... Video: 'Snowboarding' Crow ~ A Russian family recorded footage of a crow apparently using the lid of a jar to 'snowboard' down a snow-covered rooftop. In the video, the bird can be seen sliding down the roof, picking up the lid, and flying back to the top to do it again.

Saturday into Sunday purrs, my dance-crazy Hep Cats... almost midnight on the tame prairie, and there are stars! These days, it's so rare to see the stars bright and sparkling in a black sky as they are now... the constellation Orion is gorgeous and on display, and there are other recognizable constellations... not as cold today, and warmer weather on the way... a couple of days ago, there was a news article about a HUM that is being heard all over Costa Rica, and in other parts of the world... well, this morning all of a sudden this Big Cat heard a 'nasty' hum... and thought oh no! However when she got up to investigate it turned out the radio had gotten knocked off the station and was humming in a way the Kougaress has never heard... thank goodness! Because no one would want to live with this hum.

Come Together, Right Now... Or Else... Sure, yeah, Martin Luther King Day is Monday, and "come together, right now" is from a Beatle's song. However, this Big Cat is betting Dr. King would agree, especially in these times when the different races and classes of humanity are being pitted against each other intentionally by the soulless ones.
For, if we as humanity would metaphorically hold hands and come together, then all those of evil intent would be dethroned from power. Our world would then be transformed in amazing, amazing ways toward the GOOD.

If we don't do this, as far as cooperating in good will with one another, then it's the "or else" factor -- it's a world most of us don't want... that is, except for the tyrannical psychopaths currently going for their version of the endgame.

Winter Heats Up Poly Style

Tongson paused, leaning against the snow shovel he’d been using to clear a path from the patio to the hot tub shed. Neither he nor Tavia knew when Tomas would return. Or if he would. The covert war in Talbot’s Peak was heating up.

Too many days and nights cooped up in the house with colicky triplets wore on everyone’s nerves. Even Mickey and Night Hawk took turns walking the floor with any of the infants needing care. Enough for everyone to edge up to their own point of boiling. Time to create space for release. He smiled as another snowball whizzed by him. The neighborhood children loved Night Hawk’s boyish exuberance and his ability to get on their level and play. One snow-tossing contest after another had ensued in the last week. Warm giggles and laughter rounded the side of the house where Night Hawk hid apparently discovered.

“Hey not down my back. Ooh, that’s cold. You got me.” His warm laugh and calls back at the retreating backs of the youth made Mickey grin.

Friday, the 13th, into Saturday roars, my fierce and fine Felines... not as frigid on the tame prairie today... and when the Kougaress ventured down to her mailbox, she saw lots of coyote paw prints in the fine layer of snow... one of the resident rabbits that likes to hang around the transport vehicle to keep safe and warm, also bounded away at her approach... and yes, there were coyote tracks... but evidently bunny didn't get caught.

Yes, you read that correctly, the Amish are experiencing a zeitgeist of fashion-forwardness that they haven't experienced since, well, the 1800s. Last year the New York Times ran a fashion spread under the title "Amish Fashion Week" featuring men in simply cut trousers, unadorned shirts, and broad-brimmed black hats. As with many trends from the runway, the look has finally trickled down to the rest of us. But the accidental hipsterness doesn't extend just to fashion.

In a recent Los Angeles Times profile of an L.A. hairdresser who grew up Amish, the author states, "In her first 30 years, she's butchered large farm animals ... sewn her own clothes, grown and canned her food." Whether in Austin or Brooklyn, there are unquestionably hipsters engaging in those very same activities right now. Go buy some jam, pickles, or pies at a local artisanal market and the purveyors are as likely to be young urbanites as they are Amish farmers.

Unfortunately, there's little doubt that the Amish would not especially appreciate their unlikely hipster status. The culture that considers buttons to be a sign of worldliness may not enjoy a Paris runway show dedicated to their look. However, the handmade food movement is probably something they can get behind, because who doesn't enjoy a nice jar of artisanal jam made from local fruit?

Late night mews, my superstar Big Beautiful Cats... another unseasonably warm day on the tame prairie... looks like the cold will be moving in shortly... the Kougaress was out and about hunting up her groceries... on the way to and from she saw a beautiful red-tailed hawk fly up to, then land on top of a utility pole... it was so similar both times, this Big Cat wonders if there's an animal spirit message... keep soaring to the top spot? Maybe, that's a good message for us all at this time.

The superstorms in weather are here, and here to stay... the Houston flooding, the first tornado of 2012, and snow dumped on an Alaskan town are current examples... plus, all the extremes of weather that have hit South America recently... it will only escalate... also, if you live in a low-lying area, flooding could affect you this year. Be prepared in every way there is to prepare... it could be wise to find another place to live. Also, it is likely, the state of California will take many superstorm hits this year, plus become affected by land changes.

On the GOOD side, the new energies fueling these superstorms are available to each and everyone us on a personal level. To accomplish our goals, we, as human beings, are being energized as never before. Each one of us is a superstorm. We are able to use these fiercer energies in ways that further our lives for the highest and best, and to help further the lives of every good person on Mother Earth. ~let it be so~

And this Big Cat is entirely grateful for what she's learned from the group. She intends to keep Indie publishing. Evidently, though, she just doesn't have what it takes socially. Steampunk Comes to Talbot's Peak, Montana

"Dark powers arise," Khamalia heard as she ran hunched over toward the mammoth-sized chest near one of the five towering masts of the steam-powered cloud galleon.

Like a wraith she silently slipped behind the chest most likely used for rigging. Its size concealed her well enough, and at her back the polished wood of a deck cabin also kept her hidden.

This was her one chance to escape the marriage her father had arranged to a horrid potentate with numerous wives. She didn't exactly blame him. The crates of gold, already delivered, assured the survival of her immense family and their extensive lands in a time when corruption ruled. When those with the blackest hearts ruined the lives of those who were honest in their trade and affairs.

Before the hour struck, Khamalia had managed to dress in her brother's sturdy outdoor clothing, even finding a pair of his childhood stealth boots. At that moment, she decided a higher power watched over her, and an unknown destiny awaited her.

Late night purrs and yowls, my disco-to-waltz dancing Kittens... still relatively mild weather on the Kougaress's beloved tame prairie... so sad to meow that once again chemtrails crisscrossed the afternoon sky creating a grid-like pattern... colder weather is due later on in the week... oh, do the vibes feel strange... not so unusual in these times... but something really major is up.

The Full Moon, an Orange Explosion of Light... omygoodness, my darlings, when the moon began to rise next to the barn in the early evening, she was a gorgeous and spectacular orange explosion of light. Once again, the Kougaress has never witnessed that level of high luminosity.

Watch for the 'revolutionary visionaries' this week. They will make a strong appearance via the alternative media. THOSE who cherish freedom are on the rise, and an upcoming force to be reckoned with. This is worldwide.

On a personal level, you may notice the need for freedom wells up inside you, and concerns several areas of your life. Also, the people you know who are least likely to have concerned themselves with the vigilance required to keep a free society, may suddenly be ignited with the idea of 'let freedom ring'. This is partly because it is now their time to AWAKEN.

The following week begins a new dynamic on Earth. This is a spiritual counterbalance to the smoke-and-mirror tactics of the soulless ones. Space, both celestial events and exploration ventures taking place in outer space, will continue to be a major focus of many during the year, 2012. All the lies that have been told to the public about the nature of the solar system and our galaxy, will begin to unravel at a rapid rate. At the same time, UFO activity will only increase.

As the so-called mainstream media continues to shoot its credibility in the foot each and everyday, those who have resisted the AWAKENING will now come onboard, albeit many will do so reluctantly -- growling and grumbling like bears disturbed during their winter hibernation.

At this time, firearms will come under fierce attack by *those on the dark side* who want to disarm the innocent. There are terrible scenarios, already arranged, that are designed to enrage the populace and make weapons look like the problem. This will be an ongoing 'psy-ops' as it's called.

In regards to daily life, this week and the next three weeks will be an opportune time to start new projects, the ones you've been putting off, but really want to accomplish. Go for it!

Trendwise, It's a Wild and Wooly Year Ahead! The year 2012 is a FIVE year in numerology. Look for drama, non-stop action, adventure, periods of chaos, and lots of parties. Yes, it's time to keep the party hat on and get your groove on this year. For some of us that will be rediscovering Disco. FIVE is also the year of the detective. That means more people will be ferreting out the truth, and looking behind the scenes.

Remember music is a balm to the soul. Music also ignites your deepest passions. It is the universal language of the Aquarian Age. Speak, or sing, it to your loved ones.

Not the Same Old Story

Ray Nardo skipped out on his 8th period study hall to saunter over to the TPHS auditorium. He had a permission slip from Mr. Smalls, the English teacher, but preferred not to show it unless forced. Sure, everybody already knew he had a part in the spring musical, but it wasn’t something a cool dude cared to advertise, and Ray counted himself among the coolest of the cool.

He stepped inside the auditorium and saw he wasn’t the only class-jumper taking advantage of Mr. Smalls’ generosity. The artsy bunch, put to work on scenery, went at their New York City backdrop with gusto, and the occasional actual perspective. Ray waved to the paint-spattered ladies up on the stage, and got a few waves in return.

This year’s musical was West Side Story, adapted for a Talbot’s Peak audience as a tale of the herbivorous Jets fighting a gang war with the invading predator Sharks.

Sunday into Monday meowser-wowsers, my 'dancing through the milky way' Star Cats... chillier on the tame prairie, but still seasonably warm... at this point, the Kougaress is a fan of global warming [said tongue-in-kitty-cheek]... she won't be a fan of any climate change once the cold weather hits hard.

Moonrise, Peach-Golden Spectacular... as the almost full moon rose in the east next to the barn this evening, she was ultra-bright and an amazing peach-golden color. No, the Kougaress has 'never' seen the moon this blazing brilliant in her heavenly bower. She's never seen the sun as blindingly bright as it is nowadays. And, as was mentioned last night on Coast to Coast am, the sun is much hotter on your skin too. Yep, agreed.

Chapter Thirteen ~

Even as exhaustion seeped inside her limbs, Sherilyn thanked whatever lucky stars she had. Her precious Cloud had accepted her, and gone into his stall. Her other horses, her very heart, were safe and sound for right now.

Backing away as Roy finished shutting the stall door, she wondered that her rubbery-feeling legs still supported her. Not wanting her horses to see her fall helplessly to the ground, Sherilyn summoned every ounce of her remaining strength, and pivoted toward the exit.

Still carrying the plate of Christmas cookies, Zance rushed toward her, Dontoya right beside him.

Big Cat Commentary ~ There's this *oh let's all use our eyes instead of a computer mouse* on the tech horizon. Well, no. NO THANK YOU! The Kougar has absolutely no yen to re-train her eyes so they act like a cursor, pointer, or whatever. For one thing, she moves her gaze all over, and away from the screen simply to keep her eyes in good seeing shape. Plus, she's always actively used her eyesight, gazing around often at a variety of pictures, etc. in a room She does this outside as well, looking at the landscape, the skyscape, studying nature.

Thus, using her eyes to stare at the monitor/screen in a certain and consistent way would likely lessen their health. Also, ya know, this Big Cat wants to keep her hands, her fingers active. She has absolutely no desire to turn into an armless, legless blob that depends on tech to function.

Now, the Kougar is not against this technology per se. She is against being forced to use it at some point down the road. So, what happened to REAL CHOICE?

Now here's a cowboy future the Kougaress would like to collide with...

Saturday into Sunday purrs, my gorgeous-gam Pussycats... still nice and warm on the tame prairie... an overcast day with an absolutely stunning rose-pink sunset... gosh, the moon as she set in the west around five yesterday morning was so incredibly bright, Luna looked like a giant spotlight.

Collision of Futures... the Kougar just heard this term on a replay of an Art Bell 2002 radio show at COAST TO COAST AM. To her way of thinking it perfectly describes the following year of 2012. Human versus Machine, or the takeover of cyber machines. Human versus a Twilight Zone Tyranny. Human versus the artificial frankenfoods of Monsanto and all such chemicalized ways of destroying our bodies.

Ultimately, do we create a human future bright for ALL of us... or do we descend into machine-serfdom-frankenfood hell? Will freedom ring across the globe or will a Hitler-like regime rise again?

Yep, a collision of possible futures.

Friday into Saturday meows, my frisky and dancing-frantic Hep Cats... wowser! Warm on the tame prairie today... once again, the moon rose above the barn in the afternoon, so beautifully bright, as if illumined by the Divine.

Oh, what a day! The Kougaress discovered her mailbox was attacked yet again... and likely with a baseball bat... the poor thing took a real pounding but didn't come off the post because of the way this Big Cat wired it down... still, the front lid is mangled... the Kougaress took a hammer to it, and did enough pounding of her own to straighten it enough to get it closed... but she'll have to hammer some more... no, she IS NOT buying another mailbox just to have it beaten to within an inch of its life, and ruined.

While it was a lovely sunny day, it was also a horrific chemtrail day... lines and Xs all over the sky, and they just kept making them... it's like living in a sci fi horror world with no way to protect yourself from all those death-ray chemicals.

About an hour ago, the Kougaress witnessed strange blinking lights in the night-dark sky that could have been from a plane, however whatever the craft was, it didn't move like a plane or a helicopter. It was just weird.

Late night meowsers, my shake-a-leg, shimmer KitKats... fairly warm on the tame prairie today, and the sun was so blazing-bright... this afternoon the almost full moon hung high over the barn... this Big Cat adores seeing the moon in the daytime... instead of a misty appearance, though, the moon was a brighter whiter light.

The Great Awakening is Here... today, the Kougaress knew in that deep-soul part of herself. More than ever humanity is awakening to THOSE who do not have our best interests at heart. That is half the battle, knowing the real enemy. Once that critical mass point is reached, an avalanche of good change will occur, yet not without major trials and tribulations.

Like the Kougaress just heard... the French eat like crazy, drink like crazy and smoke like crazy... now the Kougaress is not personally advocating smoking chemical-laced cigarettes like crazy... or drinking chemical-laced wine/alcohol like crazy... or eating pesticide-laced, hormone-laced and GMO crap foods like crazy... but, really, if we had good clean air, good earthy-natural food and liquor made without harmful chemicals... yeah, go for it! Even natural tobacco that has not been chemically destroyed with pesticides, etc. and cigarettes that do not contain gosh-knows how many harmful chemicals... yeah, just good plain tobacco, for most folks, smoking that is not going to be unhealthy... in fact, tobacco does have health benefits. AND NO, this Big Cat IS NOT a smoker, and never has been. But truth is truth. And why shouldn't those who do smoke, get to smoke something that is unlikely to kill them?

Also, the medical system in the US is the most expensive, and only number 72 in delivery of care.

My heroine, Gypsy Red Wolf...

After midnight meows, my New Year-dancing and darling Pussycats... the moon is fantastically bright in her celestial bower and Jupiter is beneath her, a diamond-sparkly companion... it's eery not seeing any other stars, though... what a busy day! It's full speed ahead whether you can keep up or not. Yowls!

Windy cold on the tame prairie, but then it warmed up in the afternoon. So grrrring-sadly, it was chemtrail city in the skies today... just guessing there had to be close thirty or more from the first one this Big Cat witnessed to several hours later and the sky was virtually covered with the nasty things... not to mention a headache and labored breathing ensued.

The Rise of the New Renaissance ~ From this point forward in the year 2012, those who value their humanity will bring forth every manner of artistic and creative endeavor. For these people it will become about the art of living life. They will use technology, and the rapid advancements, as their servant.

Instead of becoming addicted and enslaved as the soulless ones intend, the renaissance renegades will become the rulers of Aquarian Age technologies. This will be in direct opposition to the cyborg lifestyle, which will be advertised as the only savior of humankind.

This week, and the next several weeks, will see major changes in the world economy on several fronts. Also, as more of humanity realizes that many banks are no longer good caretakers of their money, they will pursue other ways of doing business. At this time, there is an underground economy now taking 'good' root. However, it will only be accessible by those in the community who are trusted.

This year, as the sword of TRUTH becomes swifter and heavier, more horrendous acts of corruption and treason will be revealed. As well, those who perpetrate evil against others will be exposed as never before. Thus, those of us who walk the Good path will become more and more valued, and sought after. This will be a slow process, however.

At the year's midpoint, those who are both warrior and the peacemaker will ascend as a major force on the world scene. For, now is the time to harmonize the ability to fight with the ability to bring about peace. Remember, there can be no peace without true warriors, and a true warrior cannot exist unless there is a peaceful society to defend.

On a personal level this week, focus on economic matters, and take action where wisdom and common sense dictate. Take inventory and decide what is most needed and required for your household. Since the price of food is likely to rise rapidly in the coming months -- also to prepare for winter storms and the storms of life, lay in good supplies.

2012 will be the Year of the Sun. That is, solar activity will be wild and varied and also extremely intense at times. This will result in quickly changing weather patterns that develop into superstorms. The whip-lashing force of the sun will also trigger major land changes

Trendwise, because superstorms in weather, in the economy, and in society will be occurring, any service or product that helps humanity will be in demand.

Remember, All Beloved Ones, this is also the Year of Miracles, the most extraordinary and enchanting miracles. All of them just for you, and your loved ones.

BIG CAT ADVISORY ~ The Kougaress heard the recorded call a brain surgeon made to a radio show. He had just attended some sort of conference for brain surgeons and those in charge of the prez's health care plan. He said he and the other brain surgeons were told their services were too expensive and that most likely anyone over 70, without enough expensive medical coverage, would be denied surgery if needed for a brain bleed, as an example. That they would ONLY BE given comfort care... meaning just let the 'old folks' die. BTW, seventy is not old for some people in otherwise good health. This man was obviously freaked out by the sound of his voice, and said that if a patient came to him, he would do everything he could to treat them regardless. Also, instead of 'patients' people will now be called 'units'... like some sort of commodity, or something.

Sunday into Monday, New Year meowsers, my jive and jumpin' Hep Cats... a colder, blustery day on the tame prairie... yeppers, that wind was kicking up a storm, except no storm came in... tonight the half-moon is hanging high above with Jupiter as a companion, a splendid sight... last night, the dog star, Sirius, ruled the inky sky in spectacular fashion... there was a strange oblong-shaped cloud in an otherwise cloudless sky that hung over the barn during the afternoon... it was there for a few minutes that this Big Cat observed, then was simply gone... Mr. Strange Cloud should have been seen floating away or dissipating...

She whipped her gaze back and forth nailing them both. "You two may be hunks of cowboy goodness, but I'm not in the market...damn! I'm hungry." Sherilyn devoured the rest of her cookie, and snatched up another one.

"Tell you what," Dontoya unfolded his tall frame, standing, "I'll go get your room ready and let Zance-dog explain why you'll be needin' it real soon."

Fucking hospital gowns didn’t cover much and with his six-foot-two torso, even extra-large didn’t come close either. And his junior year nickname called out by his former soccer teammates. . .Too Toxic was another lifetime ago. One of his nine lives he preferred to not remember.

Even though, Sherilyn felt half-frozen with fear, the sight of the humongous dangerous panther-like creature who looked more like a cougar acting like a cute frisky kitten...and Zance laughing his head off beside her...okay, Sherilyn felt herself begin to unthaw. Amazingly.

She also numbly considered that maybe she'd entered another dimension, the hapless victim of some blip on the grand cosmic screen of life.

Because now, Dontoya, apparently a midnight-black big cat if her eyes didn't lie, lay flat on his back. His giant paws were folded over and limp as he gazed at her with those bronze-blazing eyes.

As she'd said, he was positively adorable, even though every sleekly defined muscle of him screamed predator.

Red-Tailed Hawk and Black Helicopter

Nighttime mews and purrs, my New Year anticipating, crazy-leg KitKats... a bizarre, but miraculous day for the Kougaress... mild temps, but again a cold-biting wind sweeping over the tame prairie today.

Red-Tailed Hawk and Black Helicopter ... so, this Big Cat went hunting for groceries and other necessities and on her way back, about ten miles from the lair, a gorgeous hawk floated in front of the Kougaress, and gradually winged across the road, then over the farm field... the sunlight caught the hawk's reddish tail feathers... it was an inspiring sight, one the Kougaress had never seen before. Hawk Spirit speaks.

Before that sighting, this Big Cat had a 'big surprise' unexpected sighting. She was standing at her rural mailbox, and when she turned around moving toward the end of her drive, she saw an astonishing sight to her. One of those black helicopters flying almost directly overhead, and below a 1,000 feet. At least, it looked matte black and it definitely looked damn sinister. The helicopter continued flying really low over the fields and in a northwesterly direction. What really got this Big Cat, though, she heard no sound.

Now, later the Kougaress asked her mom if she had heard a helicopter at that point in time. She had, but couldn't see it. So, between the time it was heard, it was then not making any sound this Big Cat could hear when it flew overhead, and so close at first... yep, you could have thrown a rock at it, and might have hit it. The flight speed was deceptive also since it moved fast. Further Note: There is nothing wrong with this Big Cat's hearing, which has acted normally all day, and is still normal.

For long moments, Dante imagined his lovely catwoman, Kitty, dressed in an elegant slinky gown, dancing in his arms. He whirled them over the smooth-as-glass ballroom floor -- over the rainbow shades of pearl in time to the sophisticated swinging music of a big band.

When he'd first began sketching out the design for the supperclub, he'd had Kitty in mind with each stroke, and with each idea he'd written down. Of course, once he'd finalized the plans, and began to build, the Midnight Stardust had taken on a grand and resplendent life of its own.

The continued downfall of the economy has been created for this purpose, as well. For, the evil ones plan to use their octopus-tentacle economy to keep everyone down -- to keep all of us begging for solutions.

Once again, the dynamic forces of the coming week are complex, and there will be several twists and turns, all of them manufactured for public consumption. However, as more and more people 'see' behind the curtain, there will be huge backlash after huge backlash, as was spoken about in the previous forecast.

Trendwise, this week is about reflection. Even though, there will be the usual preparations for the New Year and for celebrating, the real underlying force will be taking a serious look at what has been. This is extremely important for soul growth, and to move into a brighter future.

Another trend is 'make your soul rich with romance and relationships'. As money 'very' gradually becomes less and less important in our culture, and loses its grip on much of humanity during the Aquarian Age, the richness of human experience will be in your relationships, and in how you romance your life -- how you romance others and those you love.

Take time to rejoice. Take time to be prepared. For, the magic, mystery and mayhem of 2012 is nigh.

The stock doesn’t care if Santa’s coming; they still need to be fed, the stalls still need to be mucked out, and the million and one tasks that keep the ranch running still need to be done. Therefore, dawn on Christmas morning found Merry on horseback riding toward the upper pastures to make sure the Christmas eve snowfall hadn’t caused any hardship for the herds.

She gripped her mount’s mane and leaned across his neck to speak above the chilly winter wind into his ear. “We’ll take a look at the southwest first, then swing toward the top of the ridge. After we’ve checked on the cattle we can take a break at the line cabin, and I’ll call back to the office.”

For Paranormal lovers ~ the Christmas Tree Bedazzler UFO... so, being the night owl she is the Kougaress regularly gazes out at the night sky... last night, the Bedazzler UFO appeared in one of its regular spots. This was past the time Jupiter occupied a close position in the night sky. Well, this Big Cat enjoyed the show of a blinking light in one end, and the array of colors. Having stuff to do, and since it was darn cold...well below freezing... the Kougaress didn't watch for a long period. However, when she returned a couple of hours later, the sky had become overcast with only a faint trace of few stars. She looked toward the Bedazzlers position and saw nothing at first. But then, her UFO blinked on brightly. As she watched it morphed into a semblance of a Christmas tree, then faded slowly... only to return with a full blaze of lights, and again wink out, nowhere to be seen. Yep, that's the Kougaress's story and she's sticking to it... the caveat being: unless there's torture involved. Then she'll lie about her UFO sighting.

Zance took his time carrying the rose-decorated teacup on a matching saucer. He'd been extra careful in how he'd added the herbs, then poured the hot water over them at the temperature that would bring out their healing properties best.

"What are we samplin'?" With his inner wolf ears, he'd heard Donny-cat, his nickname for Dontoya, tease Sherilyn with the contrast between their bare butts, "dark meat or white meat". Her response tickled his elbow something fierce, and also raised his cock like his wolf tail wanted to raise and wag for her.

"Nothing...nothing," she quickly called out.

"Are you warm enough now?" Dontoya asked.

Holiday Hmmmm...From the Desk of Ziva

She knew the poem would make Nick grumble and groan, but that, in fact, was why she posted some bit of silliness every year. Nick needed to grumble and groan; to moan and growl and do all the good things that led up to releasing his alpha nature.

BEDAZZLER UFO Update: Last night on the radio show, COAST TO COAST AM, there was a report by the renowned investigative journalist, Linda Moulton Howe ~ earthfiles.com ~ about UFO sightings that were remarkably similar to what this Big Cat witnessed also.

During the second segment, Linda reported on Greg Crane, an Ontario native who has captured a series of puzzling photographs of anomalous lights repeatedly seen in the sky. Having originally been baffled by the pulsating nature of these lights, Crane explained, he decided to hook a camera and telescope up to a tripod in order to take long-exposure photos of the phenomena and get a better view of them. The subsequent images show bizarre and erratic patterns caused by the object. Crane theorized that the light may be some kind of antigravitic craft and the patterns are due to the influence of Earth's gravity on the object.

John Major Jenkins is one of the leading 2012 researchers, and here he explains to us the history of the Long-Count Calendar that encodes the 2012 date. So what did the ancient Maya actually believe that the date meant, and is there any reason for us to believe that the calendar is any way predictive of events that will happen in our world--beyond the doomsday hype?

His “2012 alignment theory,” first published in 1994 and elaborated in his 1998 book Maya Cosmogenesis 2012, argues that the December 21, 2012 date was selected by the ancient Mesoamerican calendar makers to target a rare alignment within the precession of the equinoxes. He was the first to show how the astronomical features involved in the rare “solstice-galaxy alignment” of era-2012 were centrally important features in the Maya Creation Mythology, in the sacred ball game, and in the archaeology at the site of Izapa. These include the “Dark Rift” of the Milky Way, and the cross formed by the Milky Way and the ecliptic. He was also the first to propose and present evidence for the idea that the visually perceivable “nuclear bulge” of the Galactic Center was thought of by the Maya as a center and source, a “womb” of a cosmic mother deity. This was presented as one of many identities the ancient Maya applied to the Milky Way. In reconstructing ancient Maya precessional astronomy, Jenkins sought to define and clarify the factual basis of the era-2012 “galactic alignment,” discussing timing parameters and ranges of duration, in his 2002 book Galactic Alignment, citing the calculations of astronomers Jean Meeus and Patrick Wallace.

In truth, sometime, it's a darn miracle that she's able to post nearly every day. Life has become, in some respects, a big bag of the impossible.

Yowls, let's see... today... this is definitely a good miracle for the season... this Big Cat's 87 year old Aunt and her husband, who is 91 years old, sent a Christmas card and are still going strong, retired down in Arizona.
